Very clean facility. You get to use 24h gym and indoor pool which were very convenient for me to keep my workout routine. All the staff members were very fit and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area.

The staff were so friendly. Stacy kept a fantastic kitchen and it was a pleasure to have breakfast there. It was unfortunate that the pool was so cold we couldn't swim. Several guests went down to the pool while we were checking it out and said it was too cold to swim. We repeatedly asked staff to turn up the heat without success. The only reason we chose the hotel was because it had an indoor pool, so this was a disappointment. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay then this is your place. If you are looking for an indoor pool, this may not be your first choice.

Newer property with spacious clean rooms. Small but efficient fitness room. Quite nice breakfast. Towels in rooms are small and scratchy. Staff is nice however not dressed professionally which would help Holiday Inns Image.

This was seriously the nicest Holiday Inn that I've ever stayed in. Everything was top notch from the service, cleanliness, fitness facility, swimming pool, etc. I attended a concert at the Hard Rock Live and this hotel is conveniently located less than a 15 minute drive away. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I attend another concert. I rarely give any hotel a perfect rating, but this hotel is exceptional!!!

Exceeded expectations. Clean room, very comfortable bed, courteous staff, quality breakfast, and clean and well-equipped workout room (full rack of dumbbells, a bench, elliptical, and treadmill, plus towels and complimentary water). Would absolutely stay at this property again.

My stay was great! My room was clean as well as the rest of facility with exception of the elevator floor. I am only giving a three star for the cleaniness of the elevator floor during my three night stay, the floors were filthy and never cleaned. Would i stay there again, yes as it is the nicest hotel in area.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was for 3 days. We got to meet different staff from check-in, Room ice and Breakfast every single one of them were amazing and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and very well kept . We also enjoyed the pool ans the Breakfast is amazing alot to choose from.

We chose this hotel cuz it was convenient to Hard Rock. There was a smell in our room that was very musty. Carpets could have been cleaner. The breakfast was great.

Front desk lady in the afternoon was rude. Not sure if she was a manger. Seemed like she was annoyed check us in. Room floors need to be shampooed, very dirty. All holiday inns have been great except for this one. Showers need to be cleaned better serratia bacteria was around the shower drain. Phone was missing buttons prior to checking in

This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. If I HAD to find a complaint I guess it would be that the elevator floor needed to be mopped. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again

Initial check in with Justin was great. Mentioned that we would not be able to partake in the breakfast at 6am due to meeting our fishing guide. He provided us a to go bag for us to pick out bagels and muffins. Rooms inside felt brand new with a contemporary look. Every bit of the room was pristine clean. Beds were very comfortable with extra pillows. Good location by the bridge leading into Marysville.I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Yuba City.

Room had issues. The bed was bowing on one side and very uncomfortable. The toilet was not safe and was wobbly and the seal was broken. The shower had damage to the floor/wall cocking. The rest of my experience was great. The people were awesome.

Room was clean the air conditioner didn't work we called three times to have it serviced some one finally came up and said they would work on it and call us back once they get a status we never received call it was so hot in the room all night. The pillows and mattress were so uncomfortable. The outlets didn't work and the curtains didn't work they were all digital there was a device on the window but the cord was broken so unsure if that is why the curtains weren't working when we asked we were told this building was 2 years old and there still working out the issues. Was so disappointed since we had many family members give great reviews for this location.

The hotel was nice. It’s pretty new in the area so I was expecting an over the top room cleanliness. The shower backed up while taking a shower and I am not sure what came back up but it was pretty gross. I did tell the staff the next morning and she did apologize and said she would make sure maintenance takes a look and fixes the issue. It was a good stay other wise.

Great staff and hotel. Very updated and clean. Our only problem was that they didn’t have multiple rooms ready when we arrived at 4pm. We had to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby. There were 5 or 6 other groups waiting as well. We had a concert to go to and couldn’t get ready soon enough and didn’t have time for dinner before

I'm going to redirect you to my Yelp review. One thing, I wasn't pleased with the front desk lying to me about contacting management about an issue. I didn't find this out until several days after my visit while talking to management. Thanks to Justin and Lizie (I probably misspelled her name), we will be coming back to this location.

I’ve stayed here several visits and I enjoy it here because it is the newest hotel in Yuba City. It’s near the bridge that takes you to Marysville. Hotel staff is courteous. It is located next to Plumas Street where there are several dining options. Late night munchies are available at the nearby 7/11. Cleanliness is hit and miss. But nothing horrendous. Will book again soon. Thank you!!

Always enjoy staying here. Near Plumas Street where there are several dining options. Close to Marysville. Staff can be courteous and not so courteous at times. I think they had me and an Amazon delivery man waiting for a total of 5 minutes at the front desk to ask for assistance. I have a feeling they have a camera facing the customers and if they don’t then they should. That surveillance of the front desk should be available in the back office. I ended up calling the hotel and one of the three people that morning finally came up front from the back office. Some staff look miserable and some staff are happy to work there.

Check in was ok, clerk was not interested in being anything but a quick here ya go, not friendly. Room was clean, water prey& temp on point. Heater was loud. Breakfast was not what you would call good. Over cooked & tough. You know it’s not good when the two teams of young athletes staying there turn their noses up to most of it. Maids were loud in the morning hard to rest with the noise. Check out, same attendant, didn’t even get told good or asked about the stay. Most likely would not stay again

Wish I could do a 4.5 star rating. Everything was great except for the bacon the second morning. After waiting for the bacon to finish cooking, it came out overdone and all clumped/stuck together. The bacon on the first morning was perfect. I usually bring my own shampoo, conditioner, etc. because usually hotel shampoo is too diluted. I chose to use the hotel shampoo at Holiday Inn Express because the quality was much better than at other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.
