I stayed here with my in laws and boyfriend for 3 nights overall very clean, comfortable, and affordable. Only downsides Expedia posting said there was a gym as one of the amenities but there is no gym. Also the pool is in an area not very visible and on the side of the street and some random people (homeless maybe?) came to ask us for our hotel key to get in the gate while my bf and I were in the pool. We ended up getting uncomfortable because they kept insisting and left the pool right away, staff helpful in kicking them out when we asked. Overall an affordable stay and clean! would stay again :)

I will start with pros. The staff were exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. Never walked by you without a hello or asking if you needed anything. The property was a bit industrial looking for my taste but not a con. The tv worked well and did not require you to use your own netflix or Hulu like the new hotels are doing. The rooms had no carpet which is not a con for cleanliness (easier to clean) but it gave the room that echo sound which felt a bit like a prison cell and of course it did not make the rooms soundproof at all. The beds, room and bathroom were very clean looking and housekeeping cleaned our room while we were out. The cons were that I encountered 3 cockroaches in the room. Despite the weather being in high 90’s the pool was absolutely freezing. Even our very hearty grandsons could not take it and the door going to the pool would only let you out not in. You were instructed to walk around thru the parking area to the front entrance to re-enter. The rooms were very small and with no closets just a hook for a few hangers. The bed was pretty hard but doable. Pillows the same. The breakfast was waffle maker, muffins, juice and coffee. Some bananas. I stay in the area often and have tried many hotels. The price for the Friday night stay was ok but the sat night price was over priced but all the hotels do that. I would not willing stay there again but as a last resort I’d stay there.

It was vey clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was warm and plenty of water pressure. No closet space. The neighborhood was questionable. Entering and exiting the hotel was inconvenient. Breakfast was severely limited. Couldn’t access exterior door from the pool even with the key card. Had to walk around to the front.

Super friendly staff, very clean and updated. Small but nice rooms. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but they also give free gym passes to guests at a really nice gym walking distance because they dont have one. Great location. Was more than I expected for the price!

Room was good and clean. We were on the first floor and it was quite noisy, it may have just been the days we stayed. We liked that breakfast was offered. Appreciated it the 24/7 coffee by the front desk. Nice, small gym. The pool was crowded so we didn’t get a chance to lounge.

Bathroom was dirty, found bunch of hair in the skin bathtub and toilet. Towels had makeup stains, AC took a long time to work, had to go out and buy fans to cool off the room. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Loose chickens was definitely a new sight to see at the property.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and soap, the room was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. Only downside was the vagrants across the parking lot who were hanging out. They made me think twice about whether or not my car would be okay overnight, so I decided to park in the first space next to the main entrance which was well lit and had a security camera pointed in my direction. Luckily, there were no problems whatsoever. Also, the drain in the shower wouldn’t stay completely open so the tub filled up a little bit while showering, but it wasn’t too bad. My check in time was at 3pm, but front desk attendant was nice enough to let me check in early. I arrived an hour beforehand and called to be sure, and he told me that my room was ready and was welcome to come. The proximity to some busy streets surrounding the hotel caused it to be noisy at night, but that wasn’t their fault. Overall, for the price, I was very satisfied and I would stay there again.

The room was super dirty and very noticeable that it was not cleaned prior to my arrival. There was dirt and dust bunnies in the bathroom and there was a BLOOD STAIN in my living quarters floor which is very unacceptable. The pillows had some sort of sensors in them and the room smelled terrible.

When we turned on the air conditioner in the room lots of mold particles came out on the desk, floor and bench and my opened suitcase was on the bench so it was also covered with the mold particles. The room smelled bad afterwards and it was hard to sleep in the room after wards. My husband let the desk help know right after it happened. He was told ok we won’t charge you for the mess since you told us about it. We expected them to at least clean it the next day since the cleaning staff wasn’t there when it happened but no one cleaned it. The guy at the desk did finally change rooms for us the next night. Since it didn’t get cleaned. The second night wasn’t as noisy or as dirty and sneezing smelly since we changed rooms.

Hotel staff was awesome, rooms were small but okay for a 1 night stay. The beds (fulls) were too stiff and super noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all. Good location, close to everything. The building was in great shape. If I traveled alone the bed would maybe been okay but you hear every movement all night long. I almost slept on the floor. The staff was superb. :)

Rooms are tiny, Queen beds are not queens, those are called Full. Wifi connection was terrible. Changed rooms cause first room had no Wi-Fi. Second room was good, but in fluctuated and kept dropping me, so I had to reconnect every 10 minutes. Frustrating when you’re on a business trip, trying to get work done.

Walls are paper thin. We were told to turn our tv down and it was just loud enough to hear. In the morning people in the hall sounded like they were in our room. Fan in the bathroom is an all in one for all rooms. No on off switch and does not draw air out of the room. Front desk said they get complaints a lot. Fro t desk was very nice and helpful and friendly.

Great value for the price! Beds were very comfy and the property was clean. Staff was very friendly. It was old though and kind of noisy. You could hear cars going by on the street outside and people in other rooms/the hall. We stayed for 1 night to go to a concert at the Toyota Ampitheater and it was very convenient! Will stay there again.

This was a good stay for one night. I was a little shocked at how small my room was but again it was only for one night so I didn’t really care. One thing I wasn’t a fan of is the hotel room doors kinda slam when you close them. The doors can be heard through the halls and every time I would try to go to sleep the door would slam and the doors are loud so it would wake me up a bit. The bed though was really comfortable I will say that!

Property was clean reception was very kind and helpful until I checked out. I made a new reservation the following day an went to check in an they refused to let me stay although I had already paid online. The receptionist said they canceled my reservation and I would not be charged. I called the manager the following day asking if they could just email a receipt to show the room was canceled and they did not charge me , he said he couldn't provide me with one an offered no other assistance . I spoke to the booking site I booked thru and they said the room wasn't canceled that the hotel put me down as a " no show " and charged me for $120.00.

I appreciate the Saturday night desk person being so accommodating to switch our rooms when we had a clogged shower drain and to let us use the common breakfast area so we could heat up our dinner we brought. However, I found it in poor practice that this same person took her smoke breaks right outside entrance in front of the sign that said "no smoking within 100 feet." It's so annoying when business allow people to smoke right outside the entrance, so we have to walk through it.

The accommodations were comfortable for a short stay. The staff was pleasant & helpful. The room was clean, but it smelled like a strong cleaning solution in my room which was a bit overpowering. The location was convenient to shopping & restaurants which I liked, however, there were a few homeless people walking about the parking area most of the stay. Overall, I enjoyed the accommodations & I would stay there again.

Staff was really nice, easy check in. Bathroom kind of smelled like puke. Really shady characters in the parking lot, noticed someone slept in their vehicle overnight to guard their belongings. Roosters will crow at 4:30am, easily heard from our room above the first level. Hotel overall okay for the price, just unfortunate location.

Our first room lacked a microwave, which was then remedied. Then a roach and an ant made us move to a new room. Breakfast was simply dismal. Nothing but carbs. Waffles were strawberry flavored with watered down sugar free syrup which literally made the waffle inedible. Most were thrown away from everyone. No jam, no juice (the machine was down until I complained and then it was suddenly fixed), no fruit, no water, no yogurt. Nothing but two cereals, breads, and waffles. I asked a staff member about any available drinks since there was no juice. Coffee or tea, which we don't drink. She suggested I get a cup of ice and then pour the hot water used for coffee over it and it would eventually get cold. SERIOUSLY? We did complain in a kind way and the manager refunded us some of the money which equaled less than a day for the week we stayed. For the price we paid, I had expected a breakfast worth eating. The new room they put us in was right next to the employee area and we were VERY aware of their presence VERY early in the morning. The owner said they were upgrading and showed us the pods full of upgrades ready for the following week, but the amenities were what really needed upgrading.

The breakfast area is so small that there is basically no room for more that 3 tables. People have to wait in line to get breakfast. The noise was so bad before 8 AM, and it was because they were working on the a project!

My stay was awesome as always...We stay in this hotel every year in April....Very friendly staff, Nice comfortable beds and clean rooms...Good breakfast...I love the waffles but to add to that I would like to see some food items added like scrambled eggs and a breakfast meat but overall I love this motel and will continue to come back...

Everything was excellent. Except for breakfast ,it say free breakfast it should say continental breakfast as a family I try to save where I can but serving only sweets sorry no go . That was they only down size . But everything else was very good
