We love every Omni hotel we have stayed at! The pool side service, food, and drinks were great. The hot tub being open until 11 was a huge plus for us. Pool area was always clean, the room was cute and clean. We utilized room service a couple times and the food and service was great as well. Only negatives were the bed could've been a little bit more comfortable, and the barging in from employees bringing towels with barely knocking or giving any warning they were entering instead of just leaving them by the door or just inside the door.

Stayed 4 nights and our experience was AMAZING! Upon check in we inquired about transportation to the Red Rocks and Audrey working the desk gave us the name of a 3rd party service…our driver was wonderful! We mentioned it was our daughter’s birthday and Audrey had sent up a birthday card and dessert for her. Shep’s restaurant was delicious! My husband espcially enjoyed the bison chili. The drinks were great also. There are games (billiards, shuffleboard, ping pong and darts in the restaurant, we enjoyed those. The fire pits out back were so nice and relaxing to sit by. The pools and hot tub also very clean and comfortable. We had services in the spa and had a great experience. We picked the Omni Interlocken because it was pretty center to all the things we wanted to do. Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and RMNP all within 1-1.5hr drive to the hotel. Best trip ever! All the staff we encountered so friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our room and the pool area was clean. Overall a very nice stay but the elevators and the common areas of our floor were not clean. The elevator floors have not been mopped in some time, the doors, hand rails and buttons were not clean. I put my hand on something sticky in the elevator and they smell like urine. Food trash left in the common areas stayed on the floor for days.

Positive: one manager let our family watch a movie downstairs on a big screen, with snacks even. That was great!!! Negative: we found A. a small 1 inch piece of cheese along one edge in our room (not behind furniture. Out in the open. B. in your workout room, one Kind Bar was chewn thru by a mouse. I mean the wrapper was mouse style chewn. And when I looked behind that cabinet on the floor, as expected there is a pile of mouse poop. (we did eat the unchewed kind bars haha). C. in the outside bathroom (accessible only from pool area), mens room, there are a bunch of millipedes! I mean they are cute. but you probably dont want them in there. Mostly dead. a few alive. My kid was in the back (handicap) toilet changing to swim shorts and was asking me what are all these things on the floor...

Room was right next to the elevator so it was wuite noisy all night. I would never stay in a room do close to the elevator again! Due to a large crowd, I was not able to order room service as no one answered the phone. I had faster service usung Uber Eats.

Starting with the good… the location is great (we had a kid at CU), 100% the staff we encountered seemed uniformly cordial and welcoming, and the public areas of the property are quite nice. The not so good… we’d reserved a king room but were given one with two queens at check-in. Whatever. Arriving late our first of four nights, we went straight to bed. In the morning, we discovered our toilet wouldn’t flush. Again, whatever. We had to go to the lobby for coffee anyway. But then we tried to shower. It took everything that poor shower had just to spit a meager stream of water 8 inches from the wall. So, we bathed alla puttanesca and reported our issues to the front desk. They assured us that maintenance would fix the toilet but that the feeble water pressure was just due to everyone taking a shower at the same time. Sure. When we came back that night, the toilet worked (tho it hadn’t been cleaned) but the sink would now burp up a little drain water every time you’d flush. Unfortunately, the shower still dispensed water like a spray bottle. The next morning, we went down to the front desk and again complained. This time we given a new room and everything was fine. At check-out, I asked about a reduction of the $454 (plus all the taxes) CU graduation rate we paid for each of the first two nights, given that we had a room with such janky plumbing. “Sure, I can take off the $25 destination charge.” That’s it? “I will talk to my manager and see what we can do.” Evidently, t

Excellent stay. Very quiet, beautiful room and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The parking is easy and free. It’s only about a 10 minute ride from CU campus. Would definitely recommend.

The Omni Interlocken Hotel outdid themselves. I cannot express enough how absolutely excited I am to share this review. The staff was exceptional. They are beyond friendly, extremely professional and honestly fantastic people. For example, I asked about a late check out, and without a second thought I received a complementary late check out. I highly recommend the OMNI as a staycation during the Christmas holiday. As if the golden ticket hunt and daily hot coco were not enough, when you entered the room, you were provided a plate full of sweets. AND much to my surprise, when I opened my door on Christmas morning, there was a stocking full of goodies. I was so touched. I've stayed at many hotels during Christmas, and never have I had such a joyous and thoughtful experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!

First time staying in that area. Hotel was large, offering many services including coffee shop, restaurants, large sitting areas, etc. Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. My husband mentioned to the manager that we were celebrating my birthday...the manager had a complimentary small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries sent to the room. Servers at bar in Clem's were also outstanding...Jacque and Angelo were the best! On multiple nights, they went out of their way to offer friendly and welcoming service, made us feel right at home. Rooms were clean, quiet, and housekeeping services were thorough. Would definitely return to the Omni Interlocken!

I called this property on the day of my arrival to let them know that I would be arriving after midnight. The man at the hotel front desk said that he made a note on my reservation, so that my room wouldn’t be given away. Well, my room was given away. I arrived in the middle of the night with two children and they said that they didn’t have our room. Everyone in our group was staying at the hotel. They gave me a piece of paper and sent me to a nearby hotel of lesser quality. The nearby hotel was charging less per night that weekend and they did not have the Mountain View that I had paid extra for at the time of reservation, the hotel said that they would bill the Omni, but, instead, there was no bill under my door or anywhere at checkout time. They merely charged my credit card for what I was paying at the Omni, regardless of the room downgrade and lesser price they were charging other patrons. I am very disappointed that Expedia says there is nothing they can do.

Weird stay, doubt I'd opt to stay (and certainly not seeking out) another Omni property. Situated in a business park, the hotel looks nice, but management and operation is subpar. Upon check in they couldn't find the reservation, and the desk agent acted like it was our problem, (not his/theirs,) to find it, in spite of my producing both the Hotel.com email, and verification # for the stay. 11 story hotel, and they put up on the 5th floor, where we were awoken partly because of exterior repairs on the lower floors before 8 am. At 8:30 housekeeping was knocking at the door. None of this really mattered because we were already awake because the bed was absolutely awful and we barely slept. It was disgraceful. Given the location, I'd expect it would be run by professionals, and it simply isn't. Not impressed by the "brand."

We *loved* Omni Interlocken for our Sister’s Retreat! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We never had to want for a thing. I enjoyed my stay at Omni. It has everything inside the hotel for convenience. It is located near a shopping mall. Ample parking. The hotel room was average - nothing extraordinary. When we first arrived, we noticed that our bathroom sink was clogged but we called front desk and they sent someone immediatley to fix it. Overall a good hotel.

This is a favorite of ours for coming down shopping and girls trip relaxation!! I will say we were disappointed in restaurant choices , we were hopping for a relaxing sit down dinner in restaurant and only option was a very noise bar atmosphere 😫 the salmon dish we ordered was wonderful only issue it was hard to enjoy glass of wine and dinner while people shouting. Md playing pool next to us so I wish you would re open the other restaurant for a nice dinner ioprion

This hotel was great, clean, fancy and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were always so happy to help the guests. All staff everywhere seemed so happy and full of energy to help however they could. The restaurant in the hotel, the Taproom was really good. We ate there 2 nights in a row since it was convenient and good. Also they have 2 pool tables and several televisions to watch sports on. It was a delightful hotel and the breakfast in the Meritage is really delicious and worth the money. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet but we ordered off the Al La Carte menu and the breakfast croissant was amazing along with my sons blueberry pancakes. It’s packed with blueberries. The host and staff were super nice and happy for morning time. We had a great experience with this hotel and it was a delight. I would stay here again if it was near my destination. Thank you Omni for your hospitality and your service, it was a great experience in kindness and professionalism. Thank you from a family of 4 from Texas!
