Hotel was clean and well maintained. Wish they offered cribs (not pack and plays). Hotel did not have either to accommodate very young children.

it was a very good facility it would’ve been better if the hot tub was working but the tub was still warm. Other than that it was a very delightful experience

When I arrived at the hotel I found out that the room I had reserved was given to another customer. When I complained about it they said because I had booked through Hotels.com they could not do anything about it. Even though they did give me a King room without the jacuzzi tub they could not give me the lesser price on the regular room. I was very disappointed and they would not do anything for me. The pool and the hot tub were both down so it was a very disappointing stay. The attitude of staff was that of mediocre concern. Because of this issue of not being able to do anything because I booked through Hotels.com in the future I won't be booking much through Hotels.com in the future. I had a booking through Hotels.com but because of what happened I canceled the Las Vegas trip. I called the hotel directly amd received amuch better deal plus if anything does happens they can do something about.

Arrived at 250pm on a Thursday afternoon, was told room was ready, but would need to pay an extra $25 to get into room before 4pm.
