Upon checking in there was no mention of the pool and hot tub being closed. We specifically booked this hotel for those amenities back in July. We discovered it was closed when our kids attempted to go swimming. We asked if there was a discounted rate and was blatantly told no. That next morning when taking a shower our room had no hot water. After going to the front desk we were told in order to get warm water you have to run the sink and shower both on hot at the same time and wait 15 minutes before the water would be warm. The final disappointment was when we attempted to order dinner at the hotel restaurant at 9:04p one night because our menu in the room said the kitchen closed at 10pm. We were informed after sitting there for quite awhile and finally going to ask someone that in fact the kitchen closed at 9 pm since COVID and we would be unable to eat dinner there. That left us scrambling to find somewhere to feed our kids without having to drive there because the parking lot often times was so full that there was no open spots to park (even though we paid to park there).

Our stay was fantastic! The happy hour in the evening is nice, and the full breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. The only downside was that the shuttle driver went MIA and did not pick us up for our 7:30 am departure. We ended up getting an Uber to take us to the airport.

Hot tub was not working, the room was not put back in place before we checked into it, I asked for a high room, but was given one on the second floor, food selection in the breakfast buffet was less quality than previous visits I’ve had.

The parking at this location is horrible. The site allows people to use the all ready small parking lot for long term parking. When I asked the front desk attendant they said that I could park on the street. The Tru hotel next door has more accessible and free parking and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The positive was that there was an airport shuttle and it was only 10 minutes away. While staying in the hotel rooms you can hear the dishes clanging while we were on the fifth floor and there is a lot of noise from the bar area. This hotel is convenient, but has some difficulties with parking and with noise.

They charge an extra $18 for parking in a gated lot, you have no other parking choices due to their location. So, any “deal” you think you’ve gotten, tack on that extra parking fee for the real price. I find that deceptive.

Hotel stay was fine. Clean and comfortable room. Frustrating part- we were taking the airport shuttle to the hotel. I called and the instructions were very clear of the type of vehicle, location and the times of pickup. We waited an hour. Called the hotel and they said the drive was a few minutes delayed. I had to pay for an Uber, almost $30. We pulled in and the shuttle had just pulled up. It has the wrong logo on the van. This was quite upsetting after sitting in the airport all day.

I was only there for about 12 hours. Sleeping close to airport for early flight. The reason I didn’t give higher stars is that when I checked in, there was a line of dirty glasses outside the door of my room. Other than that, the state was fine.

Reported that the bed sheets and pillows were dirty needed them changed. There were bugs on the curtains reported in the am I was in407 and they put207 no one ever came went down 3 Rd time to speak to manager and she had the worst attitude horrible service at least the 2 guys tried to helpshe was just rude Rolling her eyes I'm sorry but if she does not like her jobshemay want to find another we were here for our UPMA meeting worst hotel I've experienced in not caring about a dirty bed I had to sleep on couch .why did I pay to sleep in a bed and could not get the dirty sheets changed .I have photos in my work cell I will add or send to an email .

Rooms were clean. Stairwells, not so much. Ran out of several things at breakfast every morning. Ice machine quit working, ran out of orange juice, 2% milk, and other things. Staff was helpful and friendly. The sink in our room leaked. It took a while to figure out why our floor was always wet. Overall, was good, but I’ve had better results with places that cost 1/3 what this one did.

We arrived late and spent the night and left early. When we got up to take our showers, we realized that the shower and tub area was full of hair and was filthy. It was disturbing. We reported it to the front desk but heard nothing back. This was nasty for this type of hotel.

Initial checkin went well however after inspecting the room we found mold in the bathroom and show. When we requested a different room we were told that since we had used a third party booking site( expedia) this was all we were getting...I have never received that kind of response before. I have pictures! Before leaving, the counter was asked if this is policy and the response was the facility was pretty full...not full but pretty full so changes could not be made. We should have stayed down the road at Ramada where we stayed before which was half the price and free parking. Most of staff were very friendly except the one we had to deal with. Aside from that the facility was good.

Definitely enjoyed our stay after missing flight. Complementary late check out and nice pool/hot tub helped keep 2 little boys from driving me crazy. After check out we hung around the amazing lobby on comfy couches, watching tv and took lots of elevator rides for a few more hours. All the main places were clean but i was shocked to find a web in the stall corner of the lobby bathroom. Before leaving the room i was checking for anything my boys might have tossed around and pulled the curtains out to find a decent amount of debris/trash that was not ours. I dont think the curtains had been pulled back and vacumed behind in a while. So deep cleaning could use a little attention but the room was amazing and so big!

The property was fine and convenient to the airport. There is a nice restaurant on site. During my experience it was very loud. I had a connecting door in my room and I could hear entire conversations, laughing, and screaming from the room next to me. It was as if they were in my room. I will not stay here again.

It's a favorite "go to" property if needing to stay over in Denver. I like the size of the suites, the comfort of the furnishings, and the suite layout giving me the ability to close the bedroom door and block noise from the atrium. I've also always enjoyed their dining both for dinner and breakfast.

Our room had a horrible sewage odor coming from the vents. The center bar lobby area was so loud you could hear all the noise throughout the evening. In the middle of the night you could hear other guests go to the bathroom. Paper thin walls. Never staying there again!

Stayed at Embassy Suites on a typical weekday night. Had a power failure in the building, and had a few guests trapped in the elevator. I was waiting in the lobby for food to be delivered and the receptionist that was at the main desk kept picking up phone calls from guests and after every call, was saying profanities about the calls, mocking the guests calls in front of me. When the fire department did arrive, the receptionist had some random person in street clothes "watch the desk to make sure the place didn't burn down". Talk about pure unprofessional service and creating an environment of true incompetence and unsafe hotel conditions for all guests. Ridiculous. If the guests that were calling about the issues knew what was being said about them, they would have packed up and left on the spot.

Embassy suites did a superb job assisting those of us that were caught in the Southwest Flight cancellations over the holidays. The service staff stayed positive and focused despite the added demand with a packed hotel and exhausted people. The manager asked the breakfast staff to stay open an hour after it was scheduled to close to accommodate everyone. Job well done!

I’ve stayed at many embassy suites and love them. The front desk staff at this one were horrible! Gave us 2 adults/2 teens a handicap suite at first the reluctantly gave us a different room on another floor. Asked them about catching the train into the city—their response was “how would I know that…”. The rest of the staff was great. My daughter left her glasses in the original room and our attempts to ask about them were met with poor customer service. I’ve never experienced this at other embassy suites or other hotels. I was very disappointed in the quality of the front desk staff.

Came to see if room was available at 2:45pm and we were told to wait till 3pm cause it wasn’t. Guest behind was able to check in. Then when we actually checked in staff was not welcoming and helpful. Very disappointed at our check in cause our stay was great!

Arrived for a check in after 9 pm. Checked in by disinterested front desk agent. Received room key, went to the room to find someone already in the room eating their dinner. Back to disinterested front desk who called maintenance, asking if one room still smelled, or another room still had bugs. At this point I’m checking for other hotels, but since it’s late, the usual apps don’t have room availability. We received a new room assignment. Front desk offered their first apology since this all started. Halls were lined by room service trays that were waiting to be picked up… still there when I left at noon the next day. I guess this is the new “standard” in a post pandemic world.

The property is conveniently located near DIA, and it's clean. It has the basic amenities of a hotel. Would I stay here again, NO. The parking is terrible. When you spend money for a room you expect to be able to park in the lot. There was nothing available. The front desk operations manager was awful. she was so extremely rude when we checked in. I don't understand hiring someone who represents your company who is missing front teeth and has zero customer service skills. The beds are very uncomfortable. We checked in at 9:30pm and were gone by 5:50am. It was an extremely short time to be completely disappointed.

Clean and efficient as we needed a place too stay before our early flight the next day. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, assorted and dished up with cheer by the friendly staff. And the free airport shuttle took us to the airport right on time.

The only negative I can come up with on this trip is the breakfast was not good. With a little more attention to detail it can easily be brought up to excellent. The bread had mold, bacon was part burnt part under cooked. The workers were very nice and service oriented. Please do a small tweet and you’ll be perfect.

This hotel is having problems finding staff and it is hurting the experience. Although the hotel has a restaurant it does not open when scheduled. After flying from the eastern time zone we needed food for 8 hungry children. The hotel restaurant was supposed to open by 4:00 and by 4:30 we left and walked to a restaurant.

Always enjoy an Embassy Suites. Sofa bed was awful but other beds comfy. Waited in breakfast line forever to find they did not have the avacado toast advertised. Evening reception was ok. A few kinds of wine available. Parking ridiculous. Most parking in the area is free. No need to charge for people just staying there unless car left for airport etc.

Soap dispenser was empty by sink. Concern is that room wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff was surly. We canceled after 1 night. Web said room service was available and restaurant on site. “We haven’t had room service for 3 months now!” Was the reply but no genuine remorse or apology. The “restaurant “ was just a bar with “food.” No be one else ordered the food. I ordered artichoke dip and wings to go. The dip was so salty I almost choked on it. Now I know why no one else ordered food. I contacted Expedia to cancel the remaining nights. They said the hotel manager would not approve that. Eventually we didn’t have to pay. Not a Hilton quality hotel!!!
