This is an older Hotel . The rooms are smaller than say a Microtel but adequate. The shuttle bus is small. It has a small indoor pool and a small fitness room. Being near the airport there are doors slamming at 3 am. There is a good family restaurant next door and a Macdonalds down the street. If the price is right and you need an airport hotel than stay here.

My flight got cancelled until the next morning so we had to book a room quickly that had a shuttle. The shuttle picked us up at 12:30 am because our flight got cancelled late but I appreciated the convenience of that plus the shuttle drivers knowledge of the airport. Hotel was clean with quick check in.

Property is one of the older on Tower Road. It is definitely dated and needs refreshing. The room is a good size and the HVAC are good. The bed is old, lumpy and needs replacement. Breakfast is inedible and should either get a lot better or stopped ak together. Our biggest problem is with the shuttle service. Trying to get from DIA to the hotel involved a 35 minute wait that was unexplained, the front desk didn’t know where the driver was. The shuttle times to the airport just seem poorly thought out. Price was competitive but we will opt for something more expensive and newer next time.

The front desk staff was very odd, made me feel second to what he was working on when I arrived. I got over this...but I couldn't sleep all night because the entry door to my room kept slamming due to what I believe was the hallway air suctioning back and forth when other room doors would open and close. It constantly sounded like someone was trying to break into my room (which nobody was) but the door noise was loud and consistent all night. Location was close to the airport, pool was clean. Elevator had a broken button so we took the stairs. Not the worst if the hallway noise wasn't an issue!

The staff was friendly. Walking into the lobby was ok, and then going to get on the elevator started to realize how run down it was. Button on the outside was broken. Button on the inside didn’t light up. Walking into my room, immediately it just smelt like dust. The room didn’t look dirty but just smelled like dust, walls had stains. Just older. You can hear all the plumbing and toilet flushes or shower runnings in surrounding rooms. Just loud overall

I urge everyone to AVOID RM. 122. It wasn't until I had settled in late in the evening that I realized that the mechanical room on the outside wall of the bathroom was making substantial intermittent motor sounds that prevented me from sleeping well before an early morning flight. When someone pays $227 for a room (or for that matter any price) to get a peaceful night's sleep, that should never be the case! Guests beware of room 122 or any near mechanical operations!

This is a great hotel if you need to stay close to the Denver International Airport. The facilities are very up to date and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in went very smoothly, and the staff member who helped us answered all of our many questions. We stayed here to catch an early flight out of Denver, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel, but it provided everything we needed. They even provide to go breakfasts for guests who are leaving earlier than the normal breakfast time. I would stay here again if I needed to stay close to the airport.

I had to book last minute due to flight delays. I booked online then had to call for a shuttle. I called no less than a half dozen times letting it ring and ring and ring. Then someone picked up and hung up without saying anything. After many tears and calming down, I tried the line again and someone e picked up. The shuttle driver was kind, friendly and informative. The lady at the desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and well appointed for the price. I was actually impressed. I had to leave on the 5:30 am shuttle back to the airport so I missed breakfast, but I could smell the bacon cooking as I left. I wish there’d been an earlier breakfast option. So I would have given the full five stars had they answered their phone and had there been an earlier breakfast option, especially since there was a full shuttle headed to the airport.

The staff who checked us in- (5pm) were anything BUT friendly. Charged some members of our party to park over night while staying in the motel. They didn’t charge others. They refused to talk any more than was absolutely necessary. And as far as a smile went, forget it!! Room was nice and quiet, nice beds. Staff can ruin a visit

The shuttle service and location to airport made Hampton Inn Denver Int..a great option for my trip. Loved the breakfast bar, water/beverages in lobby, decor and overall vibe of the hotel. This is a great and econimical place to stay that is very close to the airport. The free shuttle to/from the hotel and airport was very nice. It is within walking distance to the Gaylord so if you are looking to save some money at a meeting there, this is a good option.

we were pleasantly surprised when we got in to the hotel late and they offered us bottles of water to take to our room. Some of the breakfast food was not available at 8:30 AM when there was a lot of people waiting for it. The refill of eggs came out only about 10 minutes before they began closing the breakfast area, which was a closed door that no one could go beyond for more food. also, there were no forks or spoons at the two locations for utensils.

Avoid this property at all cost. I pre-paid for my reservation and they gave away all of their rooms to a "better" customer prior to my arrival. They told me the "airport" needed the rooms. There lobby was full of people whose rooms had also been re-sold. They directed me to a non Hampton property. A complete dump 25 minutes away in a dangerous looking part of town. This caused me to miss my morning meeting I had specifically chosen a hotel near the airport to be able to attend. I was told by the staff at the other hotel that this Hampton has a reputation of double booking their rooms. Just do yourself a favor and AVOID it all together.
