Nice place, clean, nice lobby with free cookies, tea and lemonade. Indoor pool and hot tub and a cute courtyard, lobby lounge looked like a nice place to have a drink and hangout. Decor/carpets are a little dated, amenities make up for it though

It was ok. Had broken iron and missing blow dryer to start but hotel took care of those two items. The hot tub did not work when I was there. Overall, just an ok hotel. Was not thrilled with it. Beds were hard also.

Stayed for one night. Room was nice. We were by the elevator so I was worried about the noise but I didn't hear anything all night. Took advantage of the hotel bar, the bartender was really nice but not surprisingly a little expensive. Hot tub was nice got taken over by children even at 10:00 p.m. but that's what you can expect. Overall very nice would stay again

The customer service was wonderful. Booked 2 ADA rooms. One room did not have safety bars for the toilet and only one bar in the shower. It was also missing the closet door and a metal panel was falling off of the closet wall. Both ADA rooms had large jacuzzi tubs but no safety bars/rails. We chose this hotel because it listed a hot tub, but that was closed when we checked in.

Great hotel on the southern side of Denver. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Bar and lounge in the lobby. Also a Starbucks in the lobby. Small pool with hot tub that was very nice. Room was very nice. King size bed with a pull out sofa. Plenty of room. Also had a sliding glass door with a small balcony. Bathroom was nice and large. Right across I-25 from Park Meadows Mall. Might encounter some traffic noise from the interstate, but didn't bother us.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff was accommodating and the sheets were clean. There were full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, which was much appreciated in the dry climate as I needed a lot more conditioner for my hair than usual. They had a few beverages in dispensers for guests in the lobby, and the check in/check out process was simple. However, the rooms very much need renovating. There was a general smell of old carpet/fabric in the room, and while the carpet was already brown by design (which was an eyesore) it also looked dirty. The sofa in the room was an old itchy fabric, and I found a large yellow stain on the bedskirt. The wallpaper in the bathroom was tearing in a couple places, and one of the clean towels we received had stains. The mattress and especially the pillows were also too soft, and we both experienced pain in the morning. To the property manager: PLEASE remove the carpet and put down flooring that is easy to clean. Newer pillows that provide better support would also make a big difference!

Was soon as I got there I went to the restroom, I found pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. I took photos. I didn’t complain because I was busy. I would appreciate a refund or a free stay in the near future.

The beds were not clean. They had small curly hair and blood spots on them. We hard time getting new sheets, they made us change them ourselves. manager was busy to talk and no one has contacted me yet. Gross!

This hotel was less expensive than the one at the next exit and I found out why. The carpet was filthy, the vanity was chipped, and the tub seemed to be permanently stained, but the worst part was the strange strong odor in the room. I guess the old adage is correct "you get what you pay for".

I’ve stayed at this property several times a year for several years. The towels have dropped in quality from previous visits, the bedding was poor & unchanged for the entirety of our 6 night stay. Really disappointing.

Everything was good except we had problems with the TV ever since we checked in we had to go to the office a couple times get batteries once and then got a different remote. A repair man came in one day and checked out the TV cause you couldn’t change channels, but it finally got straightened out the night before we left.

Bath tub/shower didn't drain well. I've had faster internet on an old dial-up. Call the internet unusable. Carpet in room was worn and dirty. No complimentary coffee in lobby, although there was a machine in the room. Partial bathroom remodel was nicely done. New vanity and shower/tub enclosure. Maybe new tub, sink and faucets.

It was a typical Courtyard that met our needs for a quick one night stay for a soccer game today. It was easy to control the temperature in the room. We had quiet guests around us and the room and bathroom were super clean. I have to give a super thank you shout out to Makenzie (sp?) who took care of us. The first room had a strong Lysol or something smell that was irritating my throat a ton. I tried to air the room out while we left for dinner but it didn’t help. So I asked for a second room and Makenzie was helpful and courteous and changed it with a smile. Yes, she is in customer service and is expected to help us out, but I really appreciated her positive attitude. Then we went to make the sofa bed and the fitted sheet was for a crib so I called to get that sorted out and she was up in a flash with a new set. Again with a courteous smile. They’re lucky to have you, Makenzie! I hope that they treat you well.

Terrible service on checkout. We enjoyed our stay until then. We asked for a late checkout and reception said 1pm. Then housekeeping harassed us starting at 12:15pm four times as we were trying to get packed and leave. My son took me on this trip for Father’s Day and they absolutely ruined it just because housekeeping wanted to finish early. Then reception called again and said housekeeping needed to clean the room and they kept calling and knocking on our door. Was then insinuated since we booked through a “third party” that we wouldn’t be accommodated with late checkout 15min after they said we would. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. There was no manager on duty and the staff was rude and unaccomodating. I did get the managers name and contact info and will follow up with him. Very poorly handled by the unsupervised staff. We will not return to this Marriot. We always stay at Marriot sometimes 4-6 weeks at a time so this is completely unacceptable.

They charge $6 for a bottle of water and $50 for a bucket of cheap beer. We’re on bikes and generally park under the awning off to the side at motels. This place called us out of bed and threatened to tow us when we parked there. Unlikely to stay here again

Great bed, liked the tv guide, and the shower but there was no microwave in the room, and no free breakfast, and the tv was old and small. They also make you pay for parking. So probably won’t be coming back
