This was a great choice for my family. It was conveniently located to a lot of the activities in town. The hotel has plenty of activities like pool, volleyball, cornhole, bikes,ect... for no additional charge

The property offers many options from the pool/hot tub, bikes, fire pits, and great options at breakfast. It is clean and the staff were all very pleasant. The location was easy to get in/out of. We were able to enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants. If back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay, the hotel had a hot tub but it was under maintenance so that was a bummer. It was close to the amusement park and downtown. The rooms were nice snd the staff was friendly. The firepits were a plus. Relaxing was to end the evening.

This was a beautiful big property and the nicest Best Western we have stayed at. There were lots of trees and views of the mountains, pool, two spas, pickelball courts, play equipment, fire pits and a warm fireplace in the lobby.

The room was spotless. The fireplace, the huge shower, and soaking tub were so nice! The staff was very friendly! We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so I can’t speak to how it was. They also had a little fire pit area set up outside at night that we enjoyed a couple times. Will definitely stay here again!

Room was dark and very outdated, bathroom door did not close, comforter had stains, carpet had a red stain by the bed. Breakfast was terrible, all ultra processed and low quality foods. Not worth the price.

I have never stayed at a more dirty hotel. Stains on comforters and towels. Smears/drips on walls. Walls im bathroom were peeling and moldy. Would NEVER stay here again. If we hadn’t gotten in so late and weren’t staying for just one night, I would have found a different hotel.

The grounds were kept very well, and there were planets of nice outdoor areas to enjoy. The room, however, was not great. The bathroom was very small and had a lot of mold problems. Carpet was really old and stained/torn in many areas. Very dimly lit too.

Overall a good stay. The bed was very comfortable, but the room was always quite dark. The hotel was not crowded and we found parking right outside the door. The front desk guy seemed to be annoyed that I was there at check-in, even though I had already done the online check-in, however, the other staff was extremely friendly for the rest of our stay.

The amenities around the property were wonderful. Our room was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable. It needed to be replaced. We used the laundry facilities. The machines were clean, updated and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine, and the woman working the food area did a wonderful job of keeping everything filled and cleaned. I’d recommend staying there, especially if you have a family, but update the beds.

Our first stay at a Best Western. Our room was very large and the beds very comfortable. The room was a little dark with the wood panel ceiling and it could do with a little freshening up. We also had a couple of issues with the bathroom - bath tub plug not working and the bathroom door managing to lock by itself! An excellent breakfast with a wide choice. The outside pool and grounds around the hotel were also good. Overall a decent place to stay

Breakfast was great. There was no printed TV list in the room. Only the long one on the TV that takes awhile to get thru. Bed was not comfortable. I paid $200/night for the room. Way overpriced for what I got. At $100/night, I probably would give it a 5 out of 5.

Our room was comfortable and clean. I liked having 2 sinks in the bathroom. The lighting is terrible! Not enough light and what there is it’s very dim. Also very worn, needs to be updated.

Our stay was incredible. The staff was so accommodating and genuinely kind. We travelled by train and our departure was extremely delayed on our check out day. The manager, Jen, allowed us to stay well past check out until our train arrived. We couldn’t have been more grateful as it was snowing and there was nowhere nearby to wait the four hours until departure. Forever grateful for Jen and her incredible service and consideration.

There is only one person who knows how to work the computers at the check-in desk, and they went home sick, so a crowd formed in the lobby, waiting an hour and a half for them to find somebody to come in to check us in. The manager of this facility is totally incompetent for not having anyone else trained on how to work the computers. I will never be back here again!!!

We had a great stay! The room was large and comfortable. Really close walking distance to the train station, hot springs and the adventure park. The breakfast was nice and the front desk was extremely accommodating with letting us check in a few hours early and holding our luggage after check out. We would stay again!

The property was beautiful and it had some great amenities, especially while traveling with children. Unfortunately we had a large amount of Elm bugs in our rooms and woke up to them crawling on us. When I mentioned it to the front desk they gave us a spray bottle and said they would have maintenance come spray the room in the morning. No one ever came the next day. When we went to inquire on why, we were told there were no staff to be found and other visitors had been waiting hours to check in. Police were even called. My children both slipped in the bath tub because of how incredibly slippery it was. Luckily it was nothing but some tears and soreness but it certainly could have been worse. When I spoke to the manager upon check out he was very kind and apologetic. He assured me that he will look over all of our concerns and said he would comp us one night on both rooms for the inconvenience.

The breakfast options were great -- even though we avoid gluten and dairy we still felt like we had plenty to choose from! We rarely drove anywhere because we were close enough to walk to the pedestrian bridge and go to the places we wanted.

Great price and great location, all staff friendly and helpful, only a 5 - 10 minute walk to downtown, Iron Mountain Hot springs, Iron Mountain Gondola, Glenwood Hot Springs, Yampah Spa and vapour caves. If I come back I would definitely look at staying here again.

Wonderful hotel! It felt more like a mountain lodge with the big fireplaces in the common areas. We made fun memories swimming in the pools in late November and we all enjoyed the included breakfast. We also loved the location as we walked to Two Rivers Park and walked along the river. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re passing through!

While the breakfast included most of the standard options, they were well prepared with some variety over our couple of nights. Really a nice multi-building layout with nice amenities on the property and in the heart of activity around the hot springs pool complex, bike paths, and the historic Colorado Hotel. Easy walk across the Colorado River to downtown. Would stay here again while in the area.

Conveniently located to attractions in Glenwood Springs, CO. Bed and pillows were comfy, lots of towels, relatively quiet despte outdoor facing doors. Breakfast was kind of a madhouse with lots of families scrambling to get their breakfast before heading out. For the price its worth your stay.

This hotel has it all. The breakfast is great, my kids look forward to the waffle maker. They have a wide variety of room arrangements that are perfect for any trip - 1, 2 or 3 beds to avoid sharing if needed. And the range of entertainment is a hit. Pickleball followed by mellow time at the fire pits is a lovely way to end the day!

We stayed here for 2 nights and were anticipating a great place to stay having read many 10/10 reviews. This is NOT a 10/10 location; perhaps there are padded reviews. This is an old "motel" style lodging with outdoor access to all rooms. Very dated buildings. The walls of the rooms are very thin, we could hear people talking in the rooms on both sides of us, and they were not being loud in their conversations. The rooms were small, dark, and temperature could not be well controlled. We understood from front desk person that there are approx. 100 rooms at this motel; for this many lodgers, the breakfast area is WOEFULLY undersized; a small food area and extremely few tables for seating. We took our food outside and ate in the cold on the porch. Average breakfast at best. Worst of all was the price gouging that occurred during the holiday week. We paid a bit over $300/night for a room that was worth $125; no problem with staying here, just don't represent yourself as high-end priced lodging when you are an aging motel. Staff were friendly. Room was clean.

This hotel is in a great location with many amenities. It is close to hot springs and has pickleball, volleyball, fire pits, and a year round pool and hot tub on site. The breakfast was terrific with many options including waffles, cereals, breads, eggs, sausage, potatoes and even tortillas and green chili so you could make your own breakfast burritos. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could be improved. My only complaint is that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:40am on our day of departure. Why in the world was that disruption necessary when we weren’t schedule to check out for several more hours? Overall, the room condition was good and staff was friendly so we are likely to return in the future.

Spent three nights here basing out of Glenwood Springs for a ski trip and the stay was excellent. Hotel is recently refurbished so things feel newer and it is very clean. Biggest highlights are the daily housekeeping (a lost treat post coronavirus) and a great refresher each day. Second is the breakfast which is pretty extensive. There are other amenities (pickleball, fire pits) but in winter we didn’t use them. Service was also friendly and accommodating. Don’t know when I’ll be back but it’ll definitely be my first choice if I ever do.

The green chili sauce was homemade, so that combined with eggs and a tortilla shell made it one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Also, see a bear was exciting!
