The property didn't look anything like the posting. The hot tub wasn't hot. The indoor pool wasn't available. The outdoor pool was cold. The breakfast was minimal. Would not stay again.

Comfy bed. Clean linens. Clean room. Could use some updating. Sink didn’t drain well. Breakfast attendant was excellent. Breakfast was toast bagels donuts cereal. There were hard boiled eggs. Juices coffee even had some instant decaf. Yes I’d stay again because the price was right only issue was we couldn’t park outside our room. Too many rooms not enough spots because it’s two story.

not worth what we paid for. 200 for a very simple room. tv is not smart tv so we cannot put our own shows. just local channel and everything is on spanish. outdoor pool was closed and sauna not working.

What a nice surprise! It is a cute freshened up ! The parking is a bit tight if it’s full, but everyone seemed to have a place!!

The room we were given was all the way in the corner facing a wall and dirty old doors. It looked like there were rooms open still. Being from Chicago i picked this place so we could enjoy the view of the mountains but instead were shoved in the back. I also found a wallet in my room which leads me to believe its not the cleanest place. I did enjoy the sauna.

Northbound traffic is horrendous. So bad, in fact, that you do not want to attempt to make a left into the parking lot. Circle around the block if coming from the north. Walls are thin, so you hear every footstep and door closing. The rooms are tiled floors, and i dont think they mop between guests. My bare feet turned black on the bottom. The sink had a slow drain and the bowl filled up quickly when running water. All that said, it wasnt a terrible place and we would stay there again. Its just old, like most motels these days. The staff was very nice, and the coninental breakfast was impressive.

The room and grounds were very clean, and it was a very family-friendly place to stay. It felt safe and we were able to walk to dinner, downtown Glenwood Springs, and the trail along the river. We look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this little hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet and it was nice they had breakfast in the morning although their coffee was a little weak. This wasn't a big deal because there was a Starbuck's across the street. The views from this hotel are insane. It was also nice they had a room for our electric bikes and ran an extension cord to the room for us to plug into. We still needed to bring locks for them. Overall I highly recommend this quaint little hotel.

We have stayed here several times and it remains decent enough. However not only were the towels all stained, they were also thread bare and even had holes. There is no longer conditioner or even lotion, just terrible dispenser soap. It was extraordinarily busy and therefore quite loud. The staff is friendly but we did miss the chairs that are usually outside. Seems a bit run down these days but pretty clean still.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. There was also locked bike and ski storage, which was great for the mountain bike that we brought with. The suite with the kitchen was very spacious and gave us a nice place to eat our meals. We would definitely go back!

This was nice, clean. Weird thing was bathroom counter top cut so wide that toilet seat lid would not stay up and was against your back when seated (and we are not big people). Also, no hooks at all for towels and soap dispensers were empty. Fine for an overnight

Very disappointed in this room. We stayed in a two-bedroom kitchen suite, which was very much misrepresented by the photos on the site. The pictures show an updated room with a sitting area, full-size kitchen appliances, and a moderate-size updated bathroom. Our room had none of that. There was no sitting area, the stove and fridge were half-sized, and the very small bathroom had the toilet wedged under a countertop, so the lid didn't even stay open on its own. The bathroom was also inside the second bedroom, which was less than convenient for privacy. To top it off, the room lacked a functioning heating system. Both the main and secondary room had baseboards which did not work. The main room had a blower which took 4-5 hours to get the room up near 70°; the second bedroom did not have its own separate heater, and so it never got above 65°. This also makes it pointless to have a second bedroom, as you can't close the door (without freezing even more).

Stayed for three nights while exploring the nearby fall colors. The rooms were simple, clean, and the wifi was quick. I assume it was due to the mix of construction/also peak fall color season, but the main drag in Glenwood Springs is a nightmare to turn left out of the parking lot. Not going to drag the property for it, though. We discovered turning right and making a U-turn in a side street was quicker. I’ll keep this spot in mind for future visits!

Second year staying here for a ski weekend. It gets the job done for a reasonable price. Beds are quite comfortable. Only thing is that the walls and floor/ceilings are pretty thin so we suggest bringing earplugs.

The staff were all really helpful and when we went to use the shower outside the pool it wouldn’t warm up, someone heard us and spent minutes fixing the water to get it warm for us and made sure we had fresh towels. The check out clerks were both pleasant and kind and all of the house keeping staff smiled at me in the morning during check out. Comfortable bed, and good heating / cooling system. Thanks for the stay.

Continental breakfast was great. bed comfy. Room was clean. However, Front Desk Mariana was not friendly. She did not give details of the stay like check out and breakfast time. Just handed me one metal key and when asked about the room #, “it says in the key”. She’s rude I should say.

We arrived early and Joanna at front desk was not very welcoming …. Told us we had to wait until 2:30…. We went back at 2:10 and she said “it’s not 2:30”! I apologized and said I would wait but we had traveled a distance and were exhausted. Went back at 2:30 and she let us check in. Rooms are outdated but clean and the air conditioner works wonderful!! It was perfect for just an overnight stay….. we didn’t visit the pools. Location is on a busy road and about a mile from the main are. Breakfast was surprisingly very good! Pastry , donuts, cereal , hard boiled eggs, yogurt, milk and bagels, bread etc.

Not a wonderful place. We asked to check in a mere hour early because we had a work meeting to do. They said no. So we asked if we could sit in the breakfast room to do the video call They said no. No interest in helping us out. Just a lady at the front desk whose attitude is she wished she wasn’t there and she wished we weren’t there either. Wont return

Very clean and functional place. However, no extra amenities, including no hair conditioner or lotion (shampoo and body wash provided). The front desk does not have any spare conditioner or lotion either. So, if you use/need conditioner, make sure to pack some. The front desk folks could be a bit nicer, as well.

The room definitely fit our needs. We came for 3 nights with our 4 grandkids, ages 5-10. Our room had 3 beds. They loved the pool. We had them shower there after swimming. The breakfast suited our needs. Well stocked, attractively displayed, constantly monitored & refilled by a very polite, attentive, thought gentleman. The location was right next to the bus stop so we were able to get around easily. The local bus system is free with minimal walking to local attractions like downtown shopping, the hot springs, the adventure park, a grocery store.

Extremely well cared for property. Room was as clean as any nice hotel I’ve stayed in, pool/hot tub was very clean and buildings in excellent condition. Continental breakfast was very well done. Constant attention to cleaning tables and crumbs, food restocked all morning. I’ve never seen so much attention to breakfast area. Friendly staff and enjoyable stay.

Few minor issues. TV had to be fixed. AC kept shutting down. They need to advertise that there breakfast is a cold breakfast. No eggs , bacon , sausage, biscuits or waffles.

I'd recommend this hotel based on its room quality, cleanliness, value, pool/spa, and continental breakfast. Room appeared to be recently remodeled and was very clean. Pool/hot tub was warm and clean. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast with oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs; gentleman operating the breakfast was extremely attentive and helpful. Hotel was very full, but fellow guests were very quiet and respectful. Room faced parking lot, but I heard very little noise and slept great despite being a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again.
