What wasn’t there to like? Stayed for a wedding in the area. Due to the extreme dry heat that I was not used to, I would not consider it walkable. Yes, you could walk next door to the movie theater if you wanted to or further. Target about a mile 1/2 down the road. Staff extremely accommodating. Especially one night when I returned via Lyft driver that spooked me a bit. Went directly into the front door by reception desk and visited with Steve for a few moments waiting for the driver to leave the area. He graciously offered to walk me to my secure building which is next door. ( none of the rooms are attached to the main building) Outdoor pool and area was very clean and refreshing. Included some shade area as a great relief from the hot sun. There is even a tennis court. And, a very nice out sitting area with propane fire pit and BBQ area to use any time you wish. Basics of everything included in the suites. I would definitely stay at Highlands Ranch Marriott Residence Inn again!

Everything was great with the exception of housekeeping. We stayed six nights and only showed up once. All they did was take out the trash and provide new towels that one time. Didn’t vacuum or do anything else in the room. Even with this little inconvenience, I still plan to come back. Their breakfast was great and onsite amenities are even better. My kids enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and fire pit.

Thoughtfully laid out, decorated, and maintained place. Spacious suite and nice staff. Convenient basecamp to Red Rocks, Idaho Springs, and Colorado Springs. Grilled in the courtyard, used basketball court, made a meal in the suite kitchen, the breakfast settup was the best I've ever had in a self-serve hotel. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not in working order the entire 90°F week we were visiting with 4 kids, which was one reason we chose the peoperty online.

We were quite deceived by the photos on the website. While the rooms are quite spacious, the hotel seems run down. We had a door that didn’t lock, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. The accessibility of our room was quite strange too, as it was in a different building entirely from the lobby.

We were on the ground level, below the lobby level. The layout of the levels felt weird, and the ground level felt a little dungeony. Having one central elevator that went down to that level made for long waits if other guests were traveling upstairs.

Upon arrival No staff at desk Then room Microwave extremely dirty Dishes dirty Garbage disposal broke Shower broken had only one to use Tub would not drain Toilet over flowed only thing they fixed Sheets did not seem clean Went to get help waited 49 minutes for help as phone did not work I’m home now and very upset I want a refund!!!!!

Upon checking in our room had a broken sofa bed and a phone that didn't work to even call the office. They moved us to a different room however the pics online aren't quite the best representation of the property. The hotel is older and needs some upgrades. We had to swap out our towels several times and even though we requested housekeeping services never received it until we finally went and asked about why they weren't coming and it was the day before we checked out and we stayed 5 nights. Hotel has a weird odor and the halls are dirty and dingy.

The only ac the room had was a single in room unit that was vented out the window next to the bed. Since it was vented by the bed the window didn't close all the way and you could hear the traffic from the freeway. You could also hear the water the ac unit was taking out of the air dripping inside the unit with no drain. There was a nasty smell in the room, i dont know if it was mold in the mobile ac unit because of no drain or it was coming from the sink drain.

It took until the 4th day I was there (day before I left) and several times of me asking the front desk to change the stained comforter on my king bed I paid suite rates for. Not sure if it was blood, makeup, or some other human bodily fluid but it was uncomfortable to sleep with for 3 nights. I didn’t think I was asking for much. The tub also backs up with 3 inches of nasty water after 1 minute of the shower being on, so if you’re a clean freak like me, it’s not pleasant to stand in. The floors weren’t cleaned in a while and there were smudges of I DONT WANT TO KNOW on the toilet. After a rough night of sleep from the people above me stomping and slamming things around, landscaping was directly outside my window at 7am on the dot, leaf blowing. Do yourself a favor and just spend the few extra bucks for a newer, higher rated hotel.

We chose this hotel primarily because of the location near family in HIghland Ranch, but also because of our good experiences at other Residence Inns. This one isn't as nice as some others, because the building design and upkeep was subpar. Registration and breakfast are in a separate building, and getting to an elevator requires going down some stairs from a back entrance, which is inconvenient when hauling heavy suitcases. Our room had some maintenance issues: one desk lamp we couldn't figure how to turn on (or it was broken), a shower door that was very difficult to slide and leaked, along with a towel rack over the toilet that was falling off the wall. Worst issue was the overly noisy heating system, that made it very difficult to sleep, as the vent is right next to the bed.

Arrived around 8 pm to check in. A sign on the counter said we’re helping other guests. Waited for 8 minutes just for someone to arrive at the front desk. (He came through the front door?) Room was very noisy from nearby highway traffic, so bring earplugs. Breakfast help needs additional training. They ran out of most everything, including coffee, and were very slow about refilling. Other than that, things were pretty good with clean rooms and comfy beds.

It was a poor experience. I was there for my grandsons graduation. I just flew in all night and needed to shower and shave. They would not allow me in before 3:00 which was the time of graduation. They were rude and poorly run. I will never use this hotel again.

We were so pleased by the courteous and prompt staff and how nice the room was. The check in staff and the on-site manager were attentive and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great! We will definitely be back.

Kate at front desk was rude. Asked why I was staying and if from area or visiting from out of town, I replied, yes just another part of CO. She repeated what I had said as if I was speaking another language. I didn’t think stating I was from another part of CO was so incredibly difficult to comprehend. It came off condescending and plain rude. She then placed me, likely purposefully, in the basement area/underground level (G) and I of course had roomed changed. Didn’t get up when I walked in, was watching FRIENDS on her iPhone. Seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. Very awkward, uncomfortable check-in.

Two hours before check I got a message saying they down graded my room due to no air conditioning. I was exhausted and just drove 14.5 hours for a wedding. I ended up staying at another hotel which also inconvenienced my family member who was going to share a room with me. I have not experienced this with Marriot before so this was a big disappointment.

The breakfast on the first 3 days of our trip was excellent - eggs warm, oatmeal of good consistency, breakfast croissants tasty, blueberry muffins stocked up. In the last 3 days, the quality of food was not equal to the first 3 days. Everything else: staff, room comfort and temperature, and cleaning services were excellent.

The location was great. The room was good for the price. There’s 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom suites which is a plus. The 2nd bathroom wasn’t advertised. The rooms could use a few updates to the furniture and baseboards. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice hotel and a very good location. Nice area and easy to get on the highway/interstate for sight-seeing. Grocery store close by to buy food so you can cook in the fully-stocked kitchen. Would stay again.

The property is close to the Centura Littleton Adventist Hospital, which was the reason we were in Littleton. Dining is within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. The rooms are outdated.

Facilities are worn and need a refresh. Room was missing the coffee carafe necessary to make coffee in the room. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff that prepared it was both professional and proud of the excellent choices they provided. They provided a grab and go option they day we departed.

Great value. We stayed 5 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had to make changes to our reservation. The gentleman that checked us in did a great job at explaining housekeeping expectations. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. There was some road noise being so close to the highway. Still a great location that is close to everything you would need during your stay.

Short and sweet. Breakfast was a little skimpy the first day. Only proteins were scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. Rooms were great and offered a lot of amenities for the price. Will definitely stay there again.
