We didn’t have breakfast, parking felt very safe

Excellent hotel with safe parking. Used the pool and it was good.

Easily accessible. Friendly staff: Jeremy was neat guy with friendly attitude. Good pool and fine exercise room. The iron in my room had wax on it which stained my pants, but removed with care; the iron was quickly replaced.

I was really disappointed. The hotel was under renovation and no where once was it stated anywhere on their website. We planned this trip and decided on this hotel specifically so that my six year old could go swimming in the pool but when we went down to go swimming we found out that the pool was closed for painting.

The staff tried their best. The property is under renovation, which was not disclosed when I made the reservation. There is no pool, and breakfast was moved into a small conference room all the way across the hotel from the lobby. They did not stock the rooms without constant requests. They were short-staffed, so my spouse had to go get the clean towels from the front desk. With all the changes, handicap accessibility was at a minimum. I was there based on a referral from the local hospital, I under went major surgery, they did not make any adjustments based on this even following a discussion. It snowed the night before our departure and they didnt even clear their sidewalks.

Property was under renovations and they did not post or announce this fact.

1/2 elevators were broken making longer wait times .

For a Hilton, they fell short in a few areas. 1) There was a snow storm the day we arrived. By day 3 this hotel failed to plow their parking lot. We traveled all over Denver and our hotel was the only lot we had to trudge through a foot of wet snow to get to our cars. When i asked the front desk they said they weren’t planning to plow, even though customers had to step through 6 inches and my car got stuck. We had a wedding to go to and told them is was inconvenient to walk through 3-day old snow to get to our car wearing dress shoes and she wore a nice dress (they could care less). 2) we tried to walk the sidewalk around the snow and got poked in the eye by some untrimmed trees and bushes covering the sidewalk. 3) the website said there was a hot tub (which is why we selected that place) but the hot tub had been filled in months ago. You could see the janky square where it used to be. 4) the TV had cable but the televisions had no way to order movies or chromecast - just whatever was on. The tv also kept loosing connection and hard restarting. The only guide had a channel list but nothing about programming. 5) this hotel had a higher cost than other area hotels. We chose this location out of loyalty and since it had a hot tub. I’ve stayed at many Hiltons and this was by far the least awesome. Breakfast was good at $10 for the cold continental. Other area hotels included breakfast, so…

Hotel is convenient to shopping and the local hospital but is under renovations and just isn’t very comfortable - the bed is surprisingly hard and the heating - a/c unit is loud. The staff is nice, breakfast is good, and parking is easy, however.

Undergoing a full renovation at time of stay, which was not disclosed at booking or anytime before arrival. Corporate management should be ashamed of themselves. Facility was not fit for use. Amenities were closed, and services were limited or completely unavailable. Check-in was handled at a folding table in a hallway. Staff did their best, but overall, not recommended until construction completed.

I have stayed here many times, its always been clean and comfortable room and bed. The staff have always been very friendly and efficient, going out of their way to help. Usually has competitive rates. Close to hospital, dining, and shopping. Will be staying here again.

While we were grateful there was a suite available for the timeframe that we needed for our wedding weekend there were a few issues that we came across. We weren't able to get into our room until after the check in time due to it being cleaned which was fine but the bathroom door was almost sealed shut because it was sticking & the jetted tub wasn't cleaned very well as dirt & debris were visible almost black mold looking, the mattress quality was pretty poor as well.

Clean place at a good price

Staff was friendly, checking in and out was easy, the area around the hotel is nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure!

This hotel is well-staffed with friendly, helpful staff, but the hotel is showing it’s age. The pool and hot tub desperately need resealing and the room was basic, but the microwave didn’t work (sounded like it was about to blow up) and my bathroom was clean but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed.

Bed sheets were clean but had extensive yellow stains on them.Kind of gross

Nothing at all there was boogers on the wall when we arrived. The bathroom shower was full of hair. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. When we arrived there was 5 sheriffs there with a search warrant looking for fugitive.

We always stay here when we visit family in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is always clean and the rooms are large. My only problem is that the mattresses are too firm for me, but I am sure that it is difficult to please everyone.

Room was clean and roomy and beds comfortable, bathroom modern. The common areas look like they’ve seen better days.

Everything about this property is great except the spring mattress is awful.

The room was small seating was sparse and uncomfortable, the AC compressor was so loud we would wake up every time it came on. Very poor night sleep.

Overall, a good experience. 2 star comes from lack of hot water on our last morning. 6 people expecting to shower for a family gathering. The problem apparently started the night before, and no ETA on a fix still at 9am.

Clean, well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Suburban location near dining, shopping, and other services. Quiet except heating/cooling units for which upgrading is scheduled.

None of the hotel had hot water!!

Oh, I was staying alone for a doctors recheck appointment. I was taking a shower and completely and clothes in my room when one of the staff members attempted to come in and said they needed to search the entire floor because they believed someone was smoking on that floor. I explained to them that I was uncomfortable letting them in while standing there dripping in a towel. The employee (a woman) kept pounding on the door for at least 3 minutes, yelling and threatening that she would call the cops. I explained that was not dressed, was not comfortable letting another person in my room during that time and that I would let her search it later. She was not happy with us and attempted to charge my room for smoking fee charges although I stayed there for one night. I am now taking this app with my credit card company.

If ever I need a hotel in this area again, I will be staying here! I very much enjoyed my visit. The staff has been so friendly and I’ve enjoyed our interactions. I’m actually going to miss Reyna! What a sweetheart.

The breakfast host on Friday 10/25 did not treat us like paying customers, and Kevin the Front desk manager was beyond rude and confrontational. On 10/27 he yelled in my face even when asked to lower his voice after yelling at our teenagers who were doing nothing wrong. Our team was there for a hockey tournament and the kids were trying to get more hot chocolate. The hotel staff refused to make more coffee for the adults, nothing available after 10am. Horrible hospitality to all guests. Others in the eating area asked for more coffee before 10 am on other days and were refused.

The front desk personnel were outstanding

Hotel was very clean, service was excellent. Employees were well dressed, friendly, and very helpful. We had gotten stuck in town due to weather and they were very helpful and got us anything we needed.

Front desk staff named Kevin checked us in. He was professional, friendly, welcoming, informative and accommodating! Highly recommended!

The front desk staff was some of the friendliest I've seen. Greeted us every time we cam and went. Our housekeeper didn't speak much English, but did her best to communicate with us and our limited Spanish - she did it with a smile. Overall a great experience.

The worst experience at any hotel. We've stayed at 5 hotels this month and this hotel was the worst. The front desk manager discriminated against us and would not give us a key for a room after taking our money. Worst customer service ever!

We had a fabulous 6-night stay! It seems crazy to say but it really felt like home. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and quiet. Bree, at the front desk, was phenomenal and made us feel very welcome! We highly recommend this hotel!

The Hilton Garden Inn at Highlands Ranch was extremely convenient.

It’s in a very nice part of Denver and convenient to the nicer areas of the city…and close to the mountains.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great location. We were there for a graduation and loved we could all be together downstairs on sitting areas.

I had high expectations after the friendliness of the check in counter but the room let those expectations dwindle. And the breakfast downside dropped them. The bed had a broken spot in it. The pillows were clumpy. The Keurig was broken with no coffee available in the lounge. The $15 breakfast had less in it than most complimentary breakfasts and the $5 extra for hot food was wasted since the food went hot.

Breakfast was fresh but cost 14.95 a person. Parking was finw

I have been staying at this hotel for a week And today is my last day! The property is very clean and The staff is amazing! I Look forward to our morning interactions! The coffee is great and the breakfasts are Delicious!. Try the breakfast burrito with the homemade green chili!

Fantastic experience. Desk crew were great, breakfast and staff were all great.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was also very competitive. Breakfast was not included and the onsite options were uninspiring but there are great options nearby offsite.

The staff were very friendly polite and courteous. Rooms very cleam great cleam property. The only thing that I didn't care for was paying 5.00 for a snack size chips. I also never had to pay for continental breakfast $10.00 toast and coffee. Kids had bowl cereal juice x 2 $10.00 each. Other grandson had bacon hashbrowns 2 eggs 25.00 never stay there again when we have to go to doctors appointments there.

The restaurant food and staff SUCKED… the food was Under cooked and the response was “ thats how long it said to cook it for” Well it wasn’t done. Malenials
