Two new staff at front desk upon arrival, not sure what to do. Elevator broken for 2 days. Mopping the lobby with strong smelling detergent outside breakfast area as people are trying to eat.

the staff at this property were very nice and helpful. the only thing I did not like was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was dangerously dirty with a thick rim of greasy sludge around the top, normally a sign chlorine and algecide are needed or the PH is far off base, needing an acid backwash. The pool had little piles of dust/dirt that moved with every step you took indicating an algecide had been applied but never vacuumed up. It needed extensive cleaning and visible signs of bacteria growth were all over especially the hot tub. The output valve on the pool was very weak. The pool pump and filter may have needed back washed. It was a beautiful pool and tub set up in a lovely pool room but it needs attention desperately. The bathroom near the pool room was locked day and night.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the parking lot was small and full. We were there on a busy weekend due to softball tournament but I feel they should accommodate for all guests paying for their stay. We asked the receptionist where do we park. He suggested we park across the street at 7/11! Very inconvenient

1. Over a 4 day stay I had to exchange my room keys 6 times. The staffs excuse was that their electronic key system was terrible. 2. The hot tub was out of service, the hotels only elevator was out of service, the laundry which is only open between 8 am and 8 pm,cost 2.00 to dry 1 load. Which the Cold War era machine failed to do for the 1 pair of sweat pants and 1 shirt I attempted to dry. 3. The bed linens, I believe were laundered (allegedly) in either that same laundry or in machines of similar capability. We understand the game we play when using hotel towels, but at this particular hotel there is an unnecessary and unacceptable risk to reward ratio. You ask your self is it better to not dry off or feel like you need another shower to remove the new body hair (not your own) that has now become transplanted on your body from said towels. 4. Despite the “ do not disturb” sign hanging on my door, I was awoken on one morning by hotel housekeeping in my room. 5. Despite the same “do not disturb” sign, I returned to my room on the next day to find my room door ajar, the beds made, our personal items moved, my newly ironed clothes ( which had been laid out on the bed) piled in a chair, and that one sign who’s job it was to prevent this from happening on the floor.

Check-in was fast and friendly our room was very comfortable and quite for a restful night. The hot tub was nice but the chlorine levels are to high makes your eyes burn if the jets are on we couldn't stay in it due to that. Might consider checking it Breakfast was very good bacon, eggs muffins and waffles and other items. In all we enjoyed our stay.

If you value basic cleanliness do not stay here. See the attached pictures. Shower head was full of mold. Drop ceiling rusting, falling apart and moldy. Rust stains on floor. Mold on shower walls. They very clearly have not even tried to clean the most basic high vis stuff, can’t imagine they keep the beds or anything else clean. Very disappointed.

The first room we walked into the smell of pets and what we think was animal urine was overwhelming. We immediately asked for another room. This room still had an odor to eat. A lot of freshener sprayed was used to mask the odors. Not a pleasent stay.

I found large spider in shower let front desk know right away. Piece of wall edge fell off in middle of night, I let front desk know and yet nothing done. I thought Maintenace would have come and picked up the edging at least

TVs don’t work and supposedly this has been an ongoing problem that no one wants to address. So if you need a room just to sleep or just a bed, this place is fine - otherwise you are stuck in a room in the middle of nowhere.

Room 319. Stay away from!!! Tv doesn’t work, no hot water and go to call front desk and of course the phone didn’t work either. Stayed at this location numerous times and never had a problem. Still will continue to stay.

**THIS HOTEL WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!** My husband and I booked a room here through Expedia. When we arrived to check in around 11:00pm on 9/27, we were immediately told we could not stay before we got to the check in desk. The guy said there must have been a “glitch” in the system and over booked. We thought that was strange, he didn’t even ask if we had reservations or for our name. So we told him and he said we wouldn’t be charged. So we went to our car. I immediately messaged the hotel through Expedia in the parking lot to confirm we wouldn’t get charged and my husband went back inside to reconfirm there would be no charge and the guy told him there wouldn’t be a problem issuing a refund if there was a charge. They responded to my message the next day saying there is no charge and they apologized. We did get charged for the room we were told we couldn’t stay at. It’s been a month and I have called at least 6 times, only talking to two people. One girl said this has been an ongoing problem with that same guy. Weeks later my husband called and they hung up on him. I called a few more times, no answer. I turned to Expedia for help and they contacted the hotel. The manager is denying the refund with no explanation to us. I can no longer get a hold of Expedia because their “inbox is full” and the hotel won’t answer my calls. This is the most ridiculous situation we’ve ever been in and never had to deal with such poor management and staff behavior! We are BEYOND frustrated!

We loved the breakfast! They need to staff the front desk better, especially from 3-6 when people are checking in. The rooms need to be modernized, USB ports would be great since no one carries a plug for your phone anymore.

The young man, Michael, working at the counter really welcomed us. I could see him smiling at us even before we walked in the door. He helped correct a mistake I had made in reservations, and he cheerfully re-programmed my room key when it didn't work.

It's late when I arrived I was tired and those two front desk ladies where AMAZING!!! I can't remember their names. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfy. And breakfast was surprisingly good for your normal free breakfast.

We were visiting Colorado for the first time from Ohio. Stayed for 5 nights - room service provided daily with fresh towels, bed made, trash emptied. The breakfast was okay, but not a personal favorite of mine. It is in a nice, quiet area with easy access to the highways.

Drove all the way from LA for my daughter’s graduation in FoCo. Tight schedule. Missed a dinner because the owner of this hotel does not accept cash. BofA is 25-30 mins away.. Also, breakfast area is too small. Also, I was given a “accessible” room, plastic on the mattress for 3 nights…. I wont be back.

Front desk person was very nice. The staff was very helpful If you go to have breakfast make sure you go early because we got there about 20 min till they close up and the Eggs and sausage were simi warm. But they did have a waffle maker so something was hot. They didn’t rush us out though we left at 9:30 when their supposed to close at 9:00

Housekeeping only comes in every third day which made it hard because we had to keep asking for towels( hand towels and washclothes). Breakfast closed at 9:00 AM which is hard for late risers. Even 10:00 would be better.
