The Niwot Inn has become my special, magical place after my 2-night stay. I felt like I went back in time to a kinder, quieter era. Everything about this lovely Inn was calming, nurturing and lovely. The staff is wonderful, my room was first class, the breakfast and evening snacks were delicious and my massage was one of the best I've had. My mom and I had a terrific lunch at the nearby Farow farm-to-table upscale restaurant (worth of a destination to Niwot on its own). I bought a painting at the art gallery a couple of doors down. Sitting on the front porch amidst an abundance of flowers was good for my soul. I will be back again and again.

Niwot Inn is lovely with friendly and accommodating staff. My room was cozy with lovely comforts like a steam shower, fireplace and a heated toilet seat. It’s also right on the Main Street in Niwot, so easy to pop to a few shops and restaurants. Plus, I got a fab massage at the spa.

Honestly, this stay exceeded my expectations - I had only booked one night for a quick business trip and wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the quiet, cozy, alpine lodge-style Inn. I didn't have time to book any of the spa services, but the included breakfast was nice with vegetarian options and fresh coffee and juices. Free parking onsite, as well. In the room, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a working fireplace - which was simple to turn on with a switch. Lovely and clean room and bathroom with a deep tub and great lighting. Affordable snacks and beverages were available with prices clearly listed. I always travel with perishables and there was a mini fridge in the room too. I would absolutely recommend Niwot Inn & Spa. One note is besides a ramp for access outside, didn't see an elevator - but had I requested it and needed an accessible room, would have been given one on the ground floor.

Wonderful place to stay and relax! Everyone was very nice and helpful, the massage was great! Highly recommend! You can walk to dinner at the tavern or just next door for Italian food. Its very close to Boulder & Denver and an easy trip back to Denver airport. We loved our stay!

Rustic and cozy atmosphere with attention to every detail for making our stay relaxing. Near Boulder but away from the hectic traffic, congestion. Niwot is quaint and walkable to small shops and dining. Lovely trees and vegetation together with unique art objects are charming. The Inn has log furniture and electric fireplace in the rooms for ambiance and comfort. Plus several common seating areas to chat, do a jigsaw puzzle or read/relax. The larger common area for included breakfast and evening wine and cheese is also available to lounge during the rest of the day, have a cup of coffee, sit with visitors. Outside patio tables and chairs available as well. Event conference area is very nice, along with nice spa menu for that area. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Will look forward to returning to Niwot Inn & Spa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, the evening glass of wine with charcuterie board and also the evening tea. The details were very well thought out and made for a pleasant stay. It is also located in a quaint neighborhood with several restaurants and stores in walking distance. We will definitely return again when in the area.

Beautiful inn. Only 15 rooms so very quiet. Staff were very friendly and informative. Bathroom was top notch. Our bathroom shower had over head rain and steam. Only con that comes to mind was the WiFi was a little weak. We will definitely stay again when visiting our son in Gunbarrel.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Niwot Inn & Spa. It was such a cute, comfortable place. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace in our room!! The entire ambience of the Inn was warm and inviting and the staff was very hospitable. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here with my wife and daughter for a track meet. Place is wonderful and the people are terrific. Britney was great at checkin and breakfast is so much better than the normal “breakfast included” hotel crap. Would stay there again in a sec. Keep up the great work

We loved staying at the Niwot Inn. The innkeepers were so nice and communicated with us so well even before we got there. The Inn is lovely. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. It’s so great to not be at a chain hotel! Breakfast was included and coffee tea and snacks available all day. There are restaurants and shops close by and wonderful places to walk. Close to Boulder and Longmont. Can’t wait to stay again!

We went from Louisiana through Texas and all over Colorado and then down to New Mexico before heading home. This was the best stay of our trip. By far. Bee was fantastic! I could tell she cared about the place as she showed me all the details of the inn and the room. She welcomed us in and made the stay feel like home. This place reminded me of staying in a Disney resort. We loved everything about this place, and would love to stay again. A hidden gem for sure. Location was nice too, away from the hustle and bustle in a very quiet area. Felt absolutely safe here. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the AC blowed cold all night, bathrooms were nice with high quality fixtures, fireplace was awesome, although we didn’t use it. Breakfast the next morning was great. I didn’t bother to take any pictures because the ones they posted don’t lie like many other hotels do. It’s every bit as nice in person. You can bet I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Breakfast the next morning was great. I didn’t bother to take any pictures because the ones they posted don’t lie like many other hotels do. It’s every bit as nice in person. You can bet I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, the evening glass of wine with charcuterie board and also the evening tea. The details were very well thought out and made for a pleasant stay. It is also located in a quaint neighborhood with several restaurants and stores in walking distance. We will definitely return again when in the area.

The bedroom was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. So the bed part of the bed and breakfast would be a 5 star. But the breakfast was disappointing. Would have been nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast, instead it was a continental breakfast, so the breakfast part would be 3 star at best. The staff was super friendly. Hence the 4 star overall rating.

Nice friendly staff, nice town with great eateries within a walk away, limited breakfast and hit and miss if you are a late riser as some items ran out on our stay. No coffee machines in the rooms which was disappointing. Felt it was a little overpriced for the facilities, there were cheese and wine available between 5pm and 6pm which helped a little.
