Hilton Garden Inn is what I expected. The only gripe I have is that I could not get in the pool or the fitness room. I went to the desk and had my key reset and still could not get in. I then went back to the desk and the person working at the desk came and tried to open the pool and the fitness center with their key card and also could not get in. I gave up and went back to my room. The pool and fitness room looked really nice through the window.

The front desk and bar staff were amazing! They were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was great but the room could use some updating. The floor felt damp for some reason and it was a bit musty. The bedspreads looked old and worn which gave it a feeling of being dirty. There's rust in the tub I thought could be updated as well. It was clean for sure but definitely could use some updates. Also the sign on the building is broken so it's not a good look for the property. Also my colleague said there was drilling going on next to her at 7am.

Loved the pool and hot tub but the card reader to get into the pool area is broken. All of the soda machines were either sold out or didnt work.The bathroom in the room needs serious updates. Bathtub had rust all around the tub spout and the toilet seat had paint peeling off it

Wonderful stay! Perfect for our family of 4 during a soccer event nearby. Some dated spots but overall felt clean, staff was helpful. Would stay again. We appreciated having the laundry facilities and pool especially. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

For this being a Hilton hotel I was surprised that the room decor was old and outdated. Thank goodness it was for a one night stay only for business and not for leisure. The color of the wall paper was dull and the couch and furniture was old and outdated. The price was not worth the condition of the room. Bathroom was the same. Needs to be updated and renovated. Hilton should not charge what they did for this room. If it was for the convenience of my course I wouldn’t have stayed here. Not sure if I would return!

Property was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and offered amenities like a microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Was in the area for my son's volleyball tournament. He and his friends enjoyed the pool and complimentary cookies- I think they ate more than their share :)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My suggestions would be to allow 24/7 access to the gym with a key card. I thought the continental breakfast was a bit over priced for the options. Staff was friendly and accomodating except for when trying to check in it took a long time for us to get assistance

When I arrived to check in there was a system wide issue that prevented check in. the gentleman on shift that night, Mo (not sure of spelling) was amazing. he stayed calm cool and collected and was able to get the significant backlog of guests sorted out. I could hear that he was working with the Housekeeping staff to check the status of rooms but I did not get any of their names. all of the staff working the night of 11/14 did a fantastic job in a stressful environment. Mo continued to check back in with me, and I imagine other guests from that night as well, to ensure my stay was enjoyable and everything was sorted out. He did an amazing job.

After our Wethersfield disaster we drove right to the Glastonbury Hilton Garden. I registered at about 10:30am. The staff was excellent. I asked if we could get into the room early and was told you can have access to your room right now. Which we did and had a great stay

Check in was a breeze and the two Queen bed was a good size, room clean and bed comfy. Shower could use an update but water got hot fast so can’t complain! The pool was nice and warm for a winter stay and the hot tub was nice. The floor around the pool/hot tub could use a clean so just be sure to bring flip flops. The breakfast buffet is your usual— for $16/adult and $13/child— I would pass next time and order off the menu or eat at one of the many options nearby. Location is great with lots of food options close by and to our destination. If we needed to come back to this area would definitely stay again.

The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but they gladly moved us. The hall on the new floor had an odor, but the room was fine. I think housekeeping heard us talking about the odor because when we left our room to go eat, the scent was fresh in the hallway. Overall it was a nice stay and I would gladly go back next time. The food was excellent in the restaurant. The Chef even came to speak to us at our table. Very nice experience!

They staff at the front desk was the best part of my stay, I was so excited to eat breakfast until my table was dirty and there was old food stuck to my utensils I mean a lot the front was clean but the back was dirty, and the assortment they had should’ve been free instead of $30 for two people. I have stayed at multiple Hilton Hotels and this one is by far the worst.

One of the best stays that we have had and we are travelers. We were bicycle touring and when we arrived, we were greeted by ice water with lemons in the lobby along with warm chocolate chip cookies. The room was very comfortable and we liked that the bathroom had a night light and plenty of places to hang towels. We paid to include breakfast which was excellent except for the overly hyper dinning room attendant who really needed to just chill.

We got up early for an early return on the road and went down to eat the buffet, there weren't any pancakes or French toast. It was 615 but it was a bit disappointing, the scrambled eggs were really wet and inedible... bacon and sausage were delicious.

The food was fine, but their breakfast voucher system was terrible. They are supposed to give you one when you check in, but we didn't even though we paid for it. The pillows have no substance, very uncomfortable. The key cards worked only half the time. The pool area is nice, but can get crowded.

Front desk manager in the afternoon/evening on all three days was super friendly and helpful! Bar and restaurant staff were also friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and one particular cleaning staff member was very friendly! She was cleaning on the 4th floor. Only complaint is the regular coffee was “out” in the morning on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you
