horrible location, staff were high and very dismissing

Rooms were filthy. First room was heavily smoked in, and uninhabitable. Replacement room was a shambles, stained carpet, broken doors, air freshener to cover the worst of the smells. Really dreadful.

I request a smoke free room and when I got there my room was smelling like smoke and the sheets had a cigarette burn hole on it
