Property was well maintained clean, and pool/fitness center were nice. Area is not great, but it is convenient to I-84 and I-91. Staff works hard and was very responsive. Breakfast was fine - had some hot items (eggs, sausage patty, pancake, potato) - sort of like a Hampton Inn. Price reasonable and room clean, halls and walls a little noisy on a Saturday night. Mattress comfortable.

The hotel is decent but the elevator was out of order so you had to lug your luggage up stairs and landscapers were blowing leaves and mowing at 8:30 am on a Saturday. Maybe do it on a weekday when people have to get up.

On the third day the wash cloths were taken and not replaced. Bed not made any day. Car parked next to us on Friday night had all 4 wheels stolen. We went to car Saturday morning as police were leaving the area. Sketchy looking. Located next to large cannabis shop.

I booked this hotel for the free breakfast as well as the pool but when we got to the property they let me know their pool has been out of order since before Covid which was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. Our room had a musty smell when we first got in like someone had smoked in there but besides that the room wasn't terrible. They did have breakfast but unless you got there early there wasn't enough for all the people staying there. The last day there was nothing left due to inventory issues..not even a spoon for the cereal. I am hoping for some sort of compensation regarding these issues but we shall see

I can\'t say it was unique. Its a nice hotel but these were things that made things disappointing to me. The fitness room said 24 hours, but you need to get someone to let you in. The recumbent bike is broken. The seat is broken. You can\'t lock it in position. Then you also can\'t program it so it\'s impossible to ride. The other problem was the bathroom. I am tall, 6\'3" and the toilet is very low. They really need a bar so you have something to guide you up and down. The shower had a bar by the shower head which is fine, but you could really use one in the back of the shower, where you get in, and one in the shower to hold on while washing your feet. The tub bottom didn\'t have noticeable friction against the soap on your feet. The hotel was very clean and well kept and the pool looked very nice.

The staff are very nice and deserve to work at a better hotel. Hotel has bed bugs. Stayed ONE night and slept from 11pm to 8:30am. Woke up with itchy bites all over. I had 8 bedbug bites. The room smelled like cat urine intensely. Sleep in your car if you have an emergency book, as I had. I wish I would have known. Now I’m dealing with how to handle my luggage so my house doesn’t get infested.

The bedding was ripped and stained. The chair was ripped and dirty. The rug was old, dirty, stained. The sheer curtains were black with mold and had some black blotches. I wasn’t given any do not disturb sign or guidance when we checked in. Even after I finally got a sign to hang on the outside of the door, people were keying into the room without knocking. A man insisted that I called for him to repair the a/c. Not true. He insisted that he had already switched out my microwave earlier that morning. Not true. We had the same microwave all the days we were there, and it was noisy and horrible. The staff make empty promises and lie. The manager yelled at me, denied he yelled, and then yelled for me to get the Hell out. I called the police and was told that they get many calls from that hotel and they advise that I leave for my family’s safety.

Staying here without reading other reviews was a MISTAKE. The bathroom floor felt oily underfoot and there was hair in all the corners and stuck on the wall. The carpet in the room seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, like it was also packed with oil and grime. We stayed in a “non-smoking” room, yet the scents of weed, cigarette smoke, and other funky smells were wafting around our room and the entire property. Camping outside is cleaner than this hotel, because at least dirt can be brushed off your feet easily. I don’t know if other people have genuinely had a good experience here or if the positive reviews were written by AI, because the negative ones are accurate. The only redeeming factor was a personable staff member at the front desk. Do NOT stay here.

Upon arrival the hallways smelled of pot, musty, unclean. Bathroom was tiny, toilet wouldn’t flush until flushing 3 times, hair left in shower drain, 3 towels for 4 guests. Pull out couch not comfortable/broken, blankets left on unsure if they were previously washed. No signs to say “do not disturb” maids were in even though we were there 2 nights, that should be a choice! Room smelled musty, everything outdated, needs to be updated. Breakfast choices limited but ok. Close to city, easy to get around. Overall not a great place to stay.

The first floor smelled of pot throughout. Luckily our room was on the far end which was OK. I'm addition, the entire hotel had this odd smell, can't even guess what that was. The shower had a few hairs on the wall. The TV was the smallest I've seen in years.

My bathroom was not clean and the tub's drain was clogged as it backup up when I started running the water for the shower. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes even though their policy states no smoking. Staff were nice, but I am hoping to get some sort of a refund due to my bathroom's conditions.

This is by far the filthiest hotel I've ever stepped foot in. Our room was advertised as non smoking, yet the room reeked of cigarette smoke, dust and mildew. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were half empty, the sheets had YELLOW stains, there was no toilet paper and the 3rd floor elevator was not working properly.

Upon arrival, we noticed fleas on the bed that must have been left by a previous guest’s dog. I showed a video to the woman working the front desk, and she immediately moved us. She was phenomenal, and super kind. I hated that only the sheers opened and closed, and not the regular curtains. It was impossible to block out the city light. The breakfast was better than expected.

Love the location clean rooms the staff was awesome. The bed was so comfortable and spotless bathrooms. My only discomfort was the room was cold. The heating system didn’t work at all. The temperature didn’t improve although we changed the temperature several times. Other than that I’ll definitely re-visit. We told the front desk clerk about the temperature when we were leaving

I loved the friendliness of the staff however there was no wifi our entire stay. The rooms were nice and clean everything worked but the wifi. This was upsetting since I did have schoolwork that needed to be done. I also wish the pool was open at least until 9pm. Also, if dogs are going to be allowed to stay their owners should be picking up after them the ENTIRE time. Other than that great property.

This was an interesting stay for a family of 4, with two kids under 10. The property could use a significant refresh. The rooms were quiet but musty. Several outlets werent working, and the bathroom lights had some sort of eco bulbs in them that flashed every time they turned on. Suite

The hotel was decent enough. There wasn't enough seating in the morning for the continental breakfast. We ended up sitting on couches with very low small round tables that were accent tables, not meant for dining on. But we didn't have another option. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming with a smile. As we went down the hall to find our room, there were a female employee who was yelling and use inappropriate language complaining about her supervisor saying, "What would he do if I f... walked off the job right now. Then he would have no staff to clean these f... rooms". My 10 year old daughter was getting scared so I quickly grabbed the room key and got us into our room quickly and closed the door. It was very off putting.

It was generally fine. Free breakfast limited but a plus nonetheless. The hotel had a strong smell of marijuana - all through halls and elevator except lobby. Even our room to me smelt. Do what you wanna do- but not inside hotel. The area leaves a little to be desired, but it is in Hartford and convenient to highway. Front desk was polite and professional. Called for more towels and told to come get.

Hotel suited our needs for a 2 night stay. Hotel is right off the Highway and about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Continental breakfast was nice. The hotel is older and musty. I could hear our neighbors doing very personal private things through the wall and it was loud! Seems like a lot of people were living there long term. We like to budget travel so this was apart of that but I’m sure for a bit more money you could stay somewhere nicer and close to town.

For a one night stay in a pinch, it was perfect. The room was clean, the shower was nice, amenities including breakfast were provided and the staff was good to us as well. The area may look sketchy because it is near the highway, but overall I’d totally stay here again and recommend anyone who is looking to stay for a night or two to do the same.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The grounds were particularly well kept. The rooms looked recently painted with pleasing accent wall. The location is very convenient to highway. If you are visiting Hartford or Glastonbury, its worth a look.

On a cold night like last night, having a room with the heat working goes a long way. It worked and so did everything else in the room. Having a breakfast that is a real breakfast and not just some muffins and instant coffee is also a big plus, you can have a regular breakfast in the morning.

The room was very comfortable, nice size, bedding, bathroom & TV all ok. Breakfast was another story. The serving dishes were empty. No eggs, sausage, bread for toast etc. The person keeping the breakfast room supplied was also working the front desk. NOT ENOUGH STAFF.

Room was fine. Very disappointed that front desk let us know breakfast was 6am-9am.. got out there at 7am and only thing out was dry cereal and granola bars. They let us know hot food (pancakes, eggs, sausage) would be ready in 20 min. Had to find breakfast elsewhere. So don’t count on the free breakfast.

Breakfast needs to be improved, it’s below average. The carpet in the room feels dirty, but the sheets, bathroom and the furniture were clean. The front desk was responsive and quick, we needed a few more pillow and they brought it in 5min. It was a good stay overall.

We were visiting Hartford, CT for our daughters volleyball tournament. The hotel was only one exit away from the CT Convention Center. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were complimentary 24 hours. There is a McDonalds, Subway, and Dunkin’ Donuts within the area. The gas stations also have convenient store items and snacks.

It was a pretty good stay. There was a lot of trash in parking lot and today they told guests at 7 am they had to wait 30 minutes for hot breakfast -sausage potatoes and eggs because they were all to busy gossiping all morning at the counter talking about their coworker instead of doing their job Also it’s no smoking but hallways smell like a carton of cigarettes
