Nice Property. Everything was clean and comfortable. ne complaint -- the pool was freezing cold. Not a particularly good area in the city. Appears to be a lot of "renewal construction" going on in the neighborhood around the hotel. However, the downtown area is easily walkable from the hotel.

I would have loved having a breakfast - but we had free laundry facilities which I have never had a hotel before. And there was an entire kitchen in the room which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

So so hotel but it’s walking distance to xfinity theatre and the parking is free! No frills, no food, no coffee in the lobby. Walls are thin but we were exhausted from the concert so it didn’t bother us. The only reason I would go back there is to attend another concert.

We were in town for the Core Hydration Classic. The hotel is average. It was an easy walk (about 10 minutes) to the XL Center. We tried for early check in but it was an added cost, so we parked and came back to check in later. That saved me parking at the venue. The hotel is kind of odd in that the entry way where check in is open to the second floor which is where we stayed. It was so loud all night. I couldn’t tell if it was people in the lobby partying or if the party was literally outside our door. It was rude. No, I didn’t call it in as I was extremely tired and was just praying it would stop. There is no way the front desk wasn’t aware as they are literally right there. I did complain in the morning. The next morning we wanted to use the pool which was FREEZING and the shower in the bathroom there DOES NOT work. That was a huge inconvenience. They let us back in the room for this reason. I’d probably try another hotel next time.

We were in town for a convention and this hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the venue, it's in a great location just off the highway and in Hartford there are scooters on every corner so it seemed like we were just next door to our event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, arrived early and was allowed in on an early arrival fee which was worth it considering the long drive we had, we just wanted to relax a bit. The room was very clean and AC was set before we got there, so it was nice and cool after the hot car ride. There isnt advertisement for a pool, but there's a pool! I did let the staff know about there not being any advertisement for it, next time I'll be prepared! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. :)

We were a family of four, we stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was very accommodating. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was good with a decent amount of options, our only issue in the breakfast area was a large group who had a birthday party stay for children. They dominated the breakfast area, leaving minimal space and causing many items to run out quickly, leaving the rest of us waiting for some items. It was difficult for the staff to keep up. They also dominated the pool the night we arrived, so we opted not to utilize that amenity, which was disappointing for the kids.

The rooms are always clean and quiet. I was on the 5th floor in a corner unit. You couldn't hear anything, and I'm not being interrupted by it. The cleaning staff in the morning.It is so peaceful there.I would never stay anywhere else.

When I got out of my uber I smelled the stench of weed. When I went into the hotel it got stronger. When I went to my floor it smelled like bacon on eggs (at 10pm). When I entered my room, it was a bit of a mix of bacon and eggs and weed. Stains on the sheets. Bugs in the bathroom. Ick.

Came back to the room after attending a concert down the road. My wife pulled the comforter back and climbed into bed. Upon doing so her hand brushed across a clear and hardened spot on the fitted sheet, which I don’t even wanna speculate could be. Upon further inspection, getting up, disgusted the regular bedsheet had green stains on it as well and obviously the bedding was just pulled up and never changed from the previous guest. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either (which I didn’t even bother to mention to her because what the hell was the point at 12:30 AM) as there were remnants under the toilet seat and the floor felt like it was never cleaned, I contacted the front desk and the lady told me if I wanted sheets to come down and get them myself. She then said she’s the only one there and came off very rude and was completely unapologetic and could care less. The air conditioning unit in the room rattled all night like a diesel truck running and the people who we shared a thin wall with were partying till about 2 AM. We maybe slept three hours in total. In the morning, the same person checked me out. She never asked me how the stay was or apologized instead just asked me if I wanted to receipt and that was that apparently. Horrible staff, horrible maintenance and service never again.

This hotel just isn’t up to par. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an array of signs prohibiting various things…from not having a party in the room to not touching the plexiglass. For some odd reason, blackout curtains don’t close all the way, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Bathroom floor was wet when I got in, towels had holes in them and were like a decade old. Will not be staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions in the past week. The room was excellent both times. Everything we needed, and very clean. Check in/out was a bit longer than I would have liked both times, but OK. The location is very convenient for those passing through Hartford. A very short distance from I-84 exits and entrances, but the neighborhood was a bit forlorn, and no places nearby to get breakfast. We were able to walk to downtown Hartford about half a mile away, and had a very good dinner there.

Rude ladies at front desk. Gave attitude when asked for an extra pillow. Area around the hotel is extremely dangerous and not safe. Warning signs all over the property it’s not their responsibility if you get robbed. We left two days early because of the safety concern and they charged us 180$ for early check out fee. Stay away!

I particularly didn't like the fact that I was charged for early check in and late check out. I've never had that experience in any other hotel whether it was short or long term. I also was surprised that there was no breakfast offered even though it is a long term stay facility. I would not come back nor would I refer others

Convenient to the venue we were attending, Room had been smoked in recently,we called the desk but no other available rooms left. The dropped of a can of air freshener. The room was fairly clean, there is no daily room cleaning/towel service unless you request or you go down and get what you need from the desk. The first night ,the front desk seemed short staffed

Staff was super nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Being only a 10 minute walk to the Xfinity Center made it even better. We didn't have to worry about parking for the concert that we attended. We'd definitely stay again!

The parking lot was terrible. I stayed during winter and I was there several days. They did nothing to make the parking lot safe nor attempted to clear the ice, it was very dangerous. It had easy access to downtown and the highway, but there were many people walking past the hotel and the neighborhood did not feel safe.

It was okay for a couple of nights, room had a well equipped kitchen and ample space. The area is a bit sketchy. I’d propably stay somewhere else next time. The morning I left there was a car in the parking lot with a broken window and glass scattered on the floor.

Awesome proximity to Dunkin Stadium. If you want to be close to the Yad Goats ballpark, this is a good option. We could see the park about an 1/8 of a mile away!

Stayed two nights @ this location. Knew it was a bit 'out of the way' but the location turned out to be fine. Everything about the hotel was good; keep in mind there is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby but you can get food delivery. Full kitchen (with coffee pot & microwave) was a help. Plan to stay here again on my next visit since price was reasonable for downtown Hartford.

Overnight stay for local minor league baseball game. Able to walk to stadium. Not cheap, room smelled like curry the entire time we were there; & that was even with spraying Febreze multiple times. Area is very sketchy so I can’t imagine how expensive it would be if it were in a nicer area. Always nice to see locals smoking pot in the parking lot. Overall the rooms are large & clean suites with full kitchens. No breakfast provided. Everything worked inside the room. Mostly caters to business travelers. Wish the check in process was expedited. Each time we stay there it takes FOREVER to check in. Not saying they need to save my info or anything but it just needs to be streamlined. I can’t imagine if they were ever busy what they would do.
