The hotel is ok, the location is convenient, nice that breakfast is included. The main problem is the noise both on Friday and Saturday night. There is music blasting downstairs til the middle of the night, and car/motorcycles racing well into the night, that are so noisy it's impossible to sleep. This is the second time we stay, and had the same problem, so I assume it's the same every weekend. We'll stay somewhere else next time.

Parking was challenging, we arrived later in the evening and had to park behind the building. The bathroom looks like it needs a remodel, and all the doors slam. Don’t plan on getting much sleep

My stay at the this hotel was bad. I was first given a room on the 3rd floor. The smell of smoke in the hallway was overwhelming, which carried into my room. I requested a switch to the 8th floor which was better but still not clean and smelled bad. The fire alarm went off at 7:30am and we evacuated to the parking lot but then there was no clear information about what happened or if we could go back inside. I booked two nights but left after the first one. First time I’ve ever done that. The staff was nice and helpful on the first night though!

Room was not clean. Toilet had stains (as soon as it was flushed they disappeared). The garbage had two empty soda cans in it a a few wrappers on the floor between the beds. One of the beds were “half made” like the blankets were just thrown on. Air conditioning didn’t work that well. The noise level in the middle of the night was ridiculous from multiple rooms despite complaining multiple times.

Stayed 1 night

We were visiting Yale university for a campus tour and stayed here one night. While they are going through a renovation, I am not sure how much it will be improved. It is conveniently located, but being close to the highway and stores along that strip of the road made it incredibly loud and noisy even during the night. Our room was dirty and outdated. The bathroom was falling apart and tiles and parts of the door were cracked. We made it work because we were there so briefly, but I would not stay there again or recommend it.
