There were no keys to enter the room in order to get into your room. You had ask and employee to let you in and then go up to your room and wait!!! They said they were doing their best to get it rectified but then I found out that there was no key entry to the rooms for a week!! The air conditioner did not work in my room. I let them know and they said they would send somebody up to look at it. I get back to my room after being at the field all day and still the air conditioning didn’t work!!!!!!

Pool and hot tub need work but they were clean,

Easy to get to. Comfy bed. Bar was convenient. Definitely stay again when in the area

I was in Hartford to attend a concert at the XL Center. The only complaints were the pool was cold and we had no internet in our room.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Good sized rooms, but feel tired and dated. Overhead lights in the room flashed like strobe lights, so couldn't use them. Quiet location and comfortable bed/pillows.

Parking was easy and lit up. AC kept the room cool. Property is a bit dated, but clean.

The staff was very tentative to our needs. But the rooms HVAC made loud noises every 8 to 10 minutes. While trying to find a plug to plug my phone in next to the bed, found the handy charging station, under the night stand. When I retrieved it, there was a bit of dust under the bed and nightstand. When I sat in the chair and pulled the ottoman out to put my feet up, a bunch of dust bunnies came with it. The grout around the floor drain was chipped and was rough on my feet. The bed was very comfortable but the curtains didn’t close far enough so the sunlight poured in the side and it woke up my wife at 7 in the morning. The carpet around the base of the fitness center’s door was dirty and dingy. The pool was nice but the hot tub was under construction and I was unaware of that fact when I booked the room on Expedia. If I was to give a grade for the entire experience, it would be a C-

Key readers to enter room do not work, had multiple issues getting into my room late at night. Staff was helpful but having to go to the front desk everytime you want to enter your room is a nuisance.

It was very outdated. The restaurant was closed. No staff available for room service.

Hotel was great, very clean. Pool was nice. The only issue was that the restaurant was closed at 9pm while the bar was open until 1

There was a stain on the bed skirt, there were stains on the wall paper, there was a charging device on the desk that was kind of sticky and hairy. Aside from that, the hotel staff was kind a courteous. Especially the staff in the common house restaurant

Good location and atmosphere but room was dirty and no view for $200 a night.

Very disappointed. Hotel was exceptionally noisy with loud-mouthed guests, ice machine broken. Carpet in the room was torn and unraveling. Mattress was lumpy and saggy like it might be ten plus years old, Lumpy, uncomfortable pillows, and a white sheet thrown over the comforter as if they don’t wash the comforters with each use. No housekeeping service. Had to get my own towels and concierge could care less. Ridiculous for the price. Won’t stay there again.

I had black mold all over the inner curtain!! Was not happy when I woke up!!!!

Stayed for a quick getaway and hope to go back again. The room was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. Had dinner in the restaurant. French onion soup, potato skins and steak were all perfectly cooked and delicious! Every staff person was very nice and friendly. Made a nice weekend away!

Wake up this morning and I found a finger clipping on my sheet. I did not clip my nails the night before. I really hope I didn’t sleep on someone else’s old sheet. I told the desk clerk and he apologized saying they are short on staff. He did not offer a future stay nor discounts

The room was dirty! I’m pretty sure the sheets had not been properly washed because I developed a rash in the middle of the night. Now I have breakouts in areas I’d never previously gotten breakouts in.

I have stayed at this property many times over many years and have noticed that it just isn't up to par as to the way it used to be. No significant issues. Staff was fine. The hotel just could use a renovation. The carpet in the halls is beat up and did not seem to be very clean. Common spaces in lobby and halls did not seem to be cleaned regularly - tables in lobby were sticky and carpets seemed dirty. Our room - and especially the bathroom - was dated. There was a musty smell throughout the ventilation. We got a really good rate so that was the draw. Could use some improvements. Overall it was fine but nothing more than that. (2 reservations, 3 nights total)

Hotel nice and clean, rooms cold and TV didnt work.

Our room was a little out dated but clean. My main issue was that our room did not have heat! Did not realize the issue until I woke up at 6am to the room temp at 50 degrees! I went to tell the front desk and I was told the engineer would be in around 7:30. Told them we were checking out around that time so it didn’t matter. Extremely disappointed that the staff did not try to rectify this with partial refund or rewards credits.

The room was warm during our stay. The AC was not working properly. We had the AC on 62 degrees and it felt like 75 in the room.The ceiling in our room was peeling. The dining was closed all day Sunday. The indoor pool was not heated.

The room didn’t even have air conditioning, just a “high fan.” Was very hot with no way to cool down really. And the bathroom doesn’t even have a fan. Not one of my favorite stays at all.

The room was 80 degrees and the thermostat no matter how much it was adjusted down just kept getting hotter. Impossible to sleep and uncomfortable beds.

The walls were very dirty not just dirt smudges but food or something stuck on them. The window was in terrible condition with white clouds blocking the view. The rugs were stained throughout the hotel. The staff at the restaurant were awesome!

The hallways were like a sauna making the rooms hot. The entire place was so humid it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The wall were paper thin and you could hear everything in the room next door. We switched rooms and still had the same issues. The cleaning products they use are heavily scented and not good for someone with scent sensitivities.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff is courteous. Rooms are decent size and have nice amenities. Mattresses are lumpy - in need of replacing in some rooms. Every time I’ve stayed, the mattress has been lumpy and in need of replacing. Carpets in halls could use cleaning and room was a little dusty.

Older hotel, even still has the alarm clocks with the integrated 30-pin iPod charger. WiFi didn’t work in my room during the stay, and there wasn’t an EV charger on site (hotels.com did list one at the time). Still a very nice hotel though, with comfortable beds and quiet room.

Property was very well kept, and we had very friendly service.

The hotel itself was ok we constantly had an issue with our key to get in the room and while Brandon was phenomenal the rest of the staff was rude and provided subpar services. Cecil who is the maintenance worker was condescending, rude, and overall lacked customer service etiquette. We were given breakfast vouchers for our troubles while staying there when i arrived downstairs to have breakfast the gentleman in the restaurant was very rude about the policy in there as well stated multiple times how much the buffet costs when i hadn’t asked him for the price not 1 time. I would never stay at this Sheraton again based off the staff with the exception of Brandon who as i said was amazing, accommodating, and had great customer services etiquette.

Front desk staff was not friendly. Asked if I was checking in and then said “ID. Credit card. Sign.” Handed me room key, pointed and said “ elevator straight ahead.” No hello, no welcome. Rude. Bartenders in bar were very friendly.

We checked in and was told because we used Expedia, we had to buy some in order for our credit card to be recognized and used for the $50 security deposit. Now this is strange. The next morning around 4:30am someone one was trying to get into our room. Thank goodness my husband always puts the extra latch on the door. The front desk said the girl that checked us in didn’t do it right and so, it looked like no one was in the room. Talk about negligence. Just be aware to put your latch on at night.

The room and property in general were an excellent value. Desk staff was especially helpful. Some young guests were a bit noisy late that night, but it's nothing the hotel could have prevented.

I liked their food…breakfast, good options, quality and great taste. Very clean. I didn’t like it is far from everywhere, limited dining options, no shuttle or economic means of transportation.

THE GOOD > The hot breakfast here that was included with the room is absolutely one of the best available anywhere. There's a LOT to choose from: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. all cooked to perfection and fresh. Several juices, milk, coffee, etc. Fresh fruit. It was just great. Also, the hotel is CLEAN, incl. downstairs lobby bathrooms. And the front desk staff and restaurant staff = VERY nice, professional, and helpful. And it's a very pretty property, holiday decorated nicely. THE NOT-SO-GOOD > The heat in our room didn't work, which made sleeping there overnight on Christmas Eve less than comfortable. I had to crank it to 81degrees to even BARELY get enough warmth to survive the night. It was FREEZING in our Rm#257 (AND... the sink was clogged up and wouldn't drain). And this was our second room, we had to switch from Rm#244 because the toilet wasn't flushing well. Also, in neither room was there any "Do Not Disturb" sign to use on the door. So, come Christmas morning... KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK at 8am— "HOUSEKEEPING!" I did not need that. We had a late check-out, but that made no difference. I tried to tell the housekeeper we were leaving at noon, but she came back at 11AM... KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK, "HOUSEKEEPING." So much for sleeping late. Apparently, the housekeeper didn't speak English, and nothing on her schedule said we were checking out at noon. Needless to say, it wasn't the most restful one night stay, but we did have a good b'fast.

Wish there was a breakfast menu to order from rather than have to buy the buffet.

Overall excellent property! Very nice hotel room! The pool and hot tub were great. The staff were nice and very professional. My only issue was breakfast. It was suppose to be free according to Orbitz. I was charged $17.00 per person. It left me feeling this hotel is very dishonest.
