Only having access to the hotel from 1 door is not sufficient. We should not have to park in back and walk all the way around the building. Breakfast was adequate, but would be much better with warm items like eggs, bacon or sausage.

The property is old. The room was cleanish definitely wouldn’t stay for more than a stop overnight. Many sign’s around that they aren’t responsible for what happens in their parking lot. That made us a little weary. Things ended up fine but not the best first impression when you arrive.

The only positives I have are that the sheets were clean, check in was quick and it has excellent freeway access. Along with the easy access comes the freeway NOISE. It was almost impossible to sleep until exhaustion took over. The office was dilapidated. The cabinets behind the counter had mismatched handles and the doors were falling off. I was very afraid of what the room would be like. It was tolerable for one night primarily because we left at 3 am for the airport. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done on the entire property.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. limited breakfast but things were clean and the food was good. interaction with the front desk staff was interesting and not exactly professional.... the elevator was an accumulation of trash and a cigarette butt which was interesting. overall, I payed for a clean place to stay and got it.

Very very dirty room. I asked to be switched and got switched to a room that was just as dirty. Found 2 roaches in the shower. The fridge didn’t get cold it was more of a storage. Smelled like weed and piss through the whole hallways. Would not recommend especially for how expensive they are you’d expect higher quality

Dirty, not taken care of, blow dryer plug had 1 of the contacts missing, shower barely worked, carpet was ridged, safe was broken, found a bug in the bed and tv was terrible. Worst hotel ever. Breakfast was free, however they ran out before the end of the breakfast so we didn’t get any. Don’t stay here

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The floors were sticky throughout the entire hotel. The carpet in the room was heavily stained, the bedsheets were also heavily stained and appeared like they were not washed prior to arrival. There was a wet sticky substance on all walls, shelves, nightstands, all surfaces. The bathroom sink did not drain, toilet was very slow to flush, shower took multiple attempts to turn on and kept shutting off mid shower due to the lever struggling to stay in place. The room smelled strongly of B/O. Hotel is not in a safe neighborhood, upon arrival there was an individual clearly on drugs tweaking out in the lobby, hotel staff did not address. An individual attempted to enter our room with key card numerous times throughout the night. The door never unlocked for him but it was deeply unsettling that he kept attempting. The neighborhood was noisy all night, shoes were flung over power lines right next to hotel, after lobby incident, I wonder if hotel is involved and/or is the meetup location for such exchanges, I felt very unsafe. This was not at all a clean location or a pleasant experience,

STAY AWAY! Hotel was absolutely filthy I walked in to my room it smelled so musty and bad that I couldn't stay in there. When I told the guy at the front desk he gave me such an attitude and told me oh people stayed in there last night and it was fine and because I have been there 15 minutes I cant get a refund mind you he was away from the desk and wasted 5 of my minutes. So I asked if I could get a different room because it smelled and wasn’t clean he said he had to go inspect the room make sure it wasn’t used. The guy at the front desk must’ve purposely pulled some of the bed apart because he said I used the bed which is a lie I did not even touch the bed and told me he would not get me a new room and would not refund me. I spoke to the manager and he gave me an attitude as well and did nothing to rectify the situation. So basically I just paid them 100 dollars for nothing and didnt even stay the night, because the hotel was so unbearable. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel in my life by far, trust me just pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. This place is actually run down so unprofessional filthy and just overall neglected.

The room is very dated, tile in bathroom was broken and cracked. Floor was dirty, didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, there was milk sitting on entertainment center, probably just an oversight. Beds were clean and comfy. Safe was broken and barely hanging on the wall, ceiling was peeling, we traveled a few days, this was cheap but the most expensive one we stayed at, we stayed at Holiday Inn cheaper and it was beautiful. However I will say, the breakfast was great!

The shower only had enough pressure to sort of work with cold water. Hot water didn't have enough pressure to even come out the shower head, only the tub. The safe also didn't work. But it was a cheap room and suited my needs for just a bed to sleep after a concert in the area.

Our dog was let out of the room while we were away. Somehow someone in the building then allowed him down from the 3rd floor (where our room was) to the lobby floor, where management finally found him. Instead of contacting us, management then decided to call the police and reported our dog to animal control. MANAGEMENT NEVER CONTACTED US. Luckily there was a fellow guest there who was able to get our dog’s contact info off his collar before they gave him away to animal control. MANAGEMENT NEVER CONTACTED US, and when we asked them about this situation they could not explain how our dog got out of the room, OR how he got to the first floor, OR why they didn’t contact us. They also refused to show us video of the incident on their cameras. Terrible management. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS! THEY ARE NOT SAFE HERE!!

There was no front desk person to check us in. There was no staff on site. We waited for almost three hours and there was no one. The sad part is…. There was no manager number to call. I advice you to book expensive hotels when staying out. Cheap hotels does not guarantee good service.

Convenient location, lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy drive, uber or train ride to Port Chester. Lots of jamily staying at the hotel but everyone was respectful. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous with any issues that arose.

In 30+ years of travel for business and pleasure, I have not had a worse hotel stay. No tieels, hot water was not working one day and the complimentary breakfast was empty and sub standard. I asked to speak with a manager, but never happened. There was water in the hallway.

For the area this was a good deal. Not the most up to date facility, but clean. Breakfast was limited, no eggs, fruit or yogurt, just toast, pancakes, and waffles, I think. Saw nothing I wanted to eat. Entrance was a little difficult to find, had to drive around the block a few times.

We check in late and we started with poor service at the front desk. We were charged for the extra rolling bed even if the room says it sleeps 4. The room key was not working we had to call the front desk to open the room.property and the room was stinking…you might get sick breathing in…towels and shower supplies were poor quality and minimals. The included breakfast was terrible as only bread coffe yogurt were served in a very poor quality. I paid 217 dollars including the booking protection. I think the price is an overkill and this place does not worth a penny and should not be listed in your website
