Comfort Inn & Suites Chipley I-10

The carpet was stained - our room that we selected wasn’t ready and we checked in at 7:00 at night - so they moved us to the 2nd floor-

Overpriced for what you get. Looks nice from the outside. Shower was busted, bathroom ended up getting flooded, stains on one of the beds and stains on the curtains. The other bed was comfortable but probably bring your own sheets. No bugs was a plus. Wouldn’t stay here again. The place is barely held together by new paint and electrical tape.

The room was clean. The coffee was terrible. The towels had holes in them. The whole bathtub unit is so old it’s not at all appealing. The tank cover on the toilet has a corner broken off and dangerous because it was right by the flusher. Slept pretty well. Angry with myself for not double checking the fridge and left some important stuff for the dogs. Lastly the neighbors in the first room had sex most of the night and early in the morning. Nothing you could do about it, just loud and funny to us. The motel was a good respite, we appreciate having a safe last minute place to stay

Clean room

Nice place to stay for a two day, one night work trip. Room was a little musty, but they had a dehumidifier running in the room. I tried to get breakfast at 7:45 before leaving for my conference and there wasn’t any hot food left (other than a waffle and I didn’t have enough time for that).
