Days Inn by Wyndham Cocoa Cruiseport West At I-95/524

Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel definitely needs some major renovations and upkeep. The cleanliness was just average, and I actually had to be moved to a different room due to the condition of the first one. The rooms showed a lot of wear and tear, and unfortunately none of the vending or drink machines were working during the stay. The pool was also closed, which was disappointing. Staff did help relocate me when needed, so I appreciate that, but I’m hoping the property invests in remodeling and improvements going forward because it has potential.

Will not recommend or stay there again

The staff was average and the rooms were dirty , dingy and the curtains in the room need to be thrown away. The rooms also had a musty smell. I will not be staying there again

I thought I submitted but maybe not. One word: filthy. I would never return, recommend or let a dog stay here. Mild, dirty floors, dirty ceiling, sink was cracked and clogged; shower had hardly any pressure and We were afraid to take a shower. Paint peeling EVERYWHERE and rust. The curtains would not close completely. The lady in the office at checkin was so nice and the only thing right with this hotel.

Room 211 had bugs in sheets/ musty smell/ stained mattress, sheets. Relocated to another room, cancelled remaining day
