The staff was very friendly but... The pool bottom was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. The room dated and was VERY musty smelling. The rug in the room was ripped in places. The cable tv input on the tv was loose so the cable kept loosing signal. My family and I left a day early because of the musty smell.

Had a very bad mold problem in my room. Actually had to go to CVS for allergy pills and tissues. Pool was shut down for whatever’s reason. Slept in my clothes and never took my socks off cuz the floors were filthy. Morning came and guess what??? Black bottoms on my socks. Mold on floor and also couldn’t even imagining showering in the mold infested bathroom. Will never go back. Read reviews cruisers!

Bath linen was above average for this price range. Limited parking options. We had to walk to the back of the building because there is only parking on one side of the building. Cement on the stairs is disintegrating. No problem staying here again.

Room had a very bad smell and damp and musty. Tile floor was damp and sticky. After showering and walking around the room for awhile, the bottoms of my feet were black. Had to get in tub to wash again and wear shoes inside. Sink vanity broken and sink bowl was awful, looked dirty, scratched up and brown in the bottom. Toilet seat clamps broken so seat slid all over. Toilet all moldy. Pieces of spackling falling off the ceiling while there. Looks to have been patched several times. Mold in shower corners. There was a pickup truck backed into a parking space full of trash bags from individual rooms. Appears they empty the trash from rooms and throw it in the pickup until full. Guests have to walk by and it is an eyesore and stinks horribly. I have some photos but no where to load here. We stayed here out of necessity, not choice. We would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Our room was disgusting. The carpet was very damp and our feet were black. The smell was so bad. We all had headaches in the morning. Only 2 towels. No cups and no ice bucket. I would like some compensation for my stay please! Thank you

The room was extremely dirty. I don’t know the last time the room was vacuumed under the night stands, under the dresser, the chair. Empty soda bottles and stray socks under dresser, drug paraphernalia under dresser, the air conditioning vents were so blocked up with dirt and debris it was a wonder it worked. The carpet was torn up all over.

I don’t think I’ve ever been in as dirty a hotel room as the one I was in at this hotel. The floor was filthy and there was dirt backed up in the corners and all around the baseboard. The sink had rust in it, as did the faucets in the shower. The fridge had all kinds of dirt and corrosion all around the bottom. I found cockroaches in my room and had to kill them. The room smelled like smoke as the person in the adjacent room sat outside and smoked, with the smell drifting into my room. As I was near the end of rooms, workers were gathering on the steps and smoking. And for someone with asthma, the smoke was very bad for my health. All in all, I was very disappointed in the room, and there is no way I would stay there again.

Our toilet didn’t flush. There was no water in the tank. Our sheets had stains on them before we even slept in the bed. There was a huge gap at the door that you could feel the heat coming in from the outside. The shower was not clean at all.

The bathroom had mold, the entire floor was sticky the room smelled moldy. I would not stay here again. I almost left but we were only staying for 2 nights before heading to the cruise port so we sucked it up. The staff was pleasant, it was just the condition of the room that was not good.

the woman at the front desk had an awful attitude to be working that position and interacting with guest. that alone was enough to make me want to cancel. she was an older blonde woman. we stayed thinking it couldn’t be that bad just to wake up to roaches and bed bugs. once again, woman at front desk was extremely rude when i brought this to her attention.

We have stayed here in the past and always had a great experience, but not this time. The beds were comfortable and easy parking, but that’s the best things I can say about our experience. I booked the one bedroom suite as we were celebrating my grandsons birthday, I wanted the use of the kitchen and living room space. Upon checking in the room had a bad smell, the room is advertised online to sleep 6 people and has 2 king beds and supposed to have a pull out sofa bed. What we got was a broken futon bed that had the frame assembled upside down so the thick metal bars face upwards making it impossible to sit on, let alone sleep on. Front desk sent maintenance to look at it and we were told they have had several complaints about the futon and yet they continue to put guests in that room (Room 144). The rest of the furniture was falling apart and missing screws. the room was dirty and there was a thick film on the tile floors (we kept our shoes on the entire time we were there). The deep soaking tub would have been great, except the drain doesn’t close to hold the water. The water pressure for the shower is terrible and the water goes from scalding hot to ice cold randomly. The most disgusting part is we found pubic hair a facial hair clippings in the fridge, meaning that they housekeeping staff is using the same cleaning rag to clean the bathroom as they are to clean the kitchen-Health Code Violation right there. Dishes were also put away dirty and overall just gross!

Old property. Bad smell in room. Curtains and bed frame stained. Very limited number of electrical outlets. Lamps not plugged in because of lack of outlets . Rusty bathroom fixtures. Very Smokey outside room doors. Probably cleaned as well as it could be considering its’ worn out condition. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Waffle restaurant on property is great.

The staff was wonderful and pleasant. The room conditions not so much. The toilet seat was round on an oblong toilet, the floor was very dirty looking as we didn’t take our shoes off, the security lock was broken and my friend woke up in the middle of the night by being bitten by a bug which she found on the bed after and left it in a baggie for the cleaning people to see.

I stayed 3 nights at this property because it was the most economical in the area. It wasn't terrible but the hotel is worn and dated. Bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet was horrible with what I presume to be a lot of pet stains. My assigned room, the rack to hang clothes was missing and ripped off the wall. I moved rooms. Furniture looked to be from 1976. Hotel needed some yard maintenance (grass cut, bushes trimmed). Being on I-95 it appears to me they are just interested in people that are passing through and needed one night. I doubt they get much repeat business. The staff was very nice. I didn't use the restaurant but it was busy every morning and looked like a lot of locals support it regularly so I'm assuming it had a very good breakfast.

Well the first reception we got there at 4:00 in the afternoon was not very pleasant didn't seem happy to be there the room itself was just okay It didn't seem as nice as it was last year vending machine did not work outside Wi-Fi kept messing up I don't plan to stay there on my next Cruise

Upon check in, the staff member was extremely rude and rushing us out of the office - there was no line and no one else in the lobby. She gave us a bad attitude as if us checking was an inconvenience. When we got into our room, it was extremely smelly. The room smelled of mildew. The hot water didn't work there was left over dirty towels from the last guest. Unfortunately we had to deal with the room as there was nothing else local available. The restaurant in the front was phenomenal, however! Definitely do not recommend the hotel itself.

Owner is extremely nice and does walk around property to check on . We checked in early to drop off all our stuff and headed out to an event upon arriving check in took a while so we ran in dropped our stuff off and left. Definitely an older hotel which I’ve stayed in plenty . Come night time came back to rooms and they were pretty outdated old and dirty like a years worth of dust underneath chairs tables etc. small holes in wall, sinks are in very poor condition toilet kept not flushing . A bug on the bed and dead cockroaches in the corner of room . I called front desk and they offered to move rooms but the same outdated bad condition my ceiling had a lot of damage. Mold on doors and chairs. The lady said no refunds because we check in at noon and it’s now 830 even though we’re were gone the entire time. I will never ever stay here again or recommend anyone else too, convenience is not worth it. I couldn’t sleep and if it wasn’t time with a kid I would have left and found a new place or even slept in my car. Seriously. The lady said well the rooms were all just sprayed by the exterminator yeah well house keeping still didn’t clean for years the entire ceiling of dead spiders and cob webs would prove otherwise.

Tooks hours to get in our room, checked in after check in time and checkin was very slow ,then got to our assigned room and it had not been touch from previous guest.Had to go back and wait to be waited on at front desk ,was assigned a different room and again the door was wide open and not been cleaned but the housekeeper was near and stated he get in cleaned was we waited again .He did a good job and thecroom was clear but after waiting hours for the room it was hard to appreciate.

Our room was a good value and conveniently located to our Family Reunion gathering & other attractions. The best thing about our stay was the hospitality and professionalism displayed by the Hotel Staff, especially the Housekeeping Staff. The Housekeeping Staff, especially the African-American young lady who appeared to be the Lead, were great and treated us like Family. Well done to the Staff!

I booked 3 rooms for my family to stay overnight before getting on a cruise the next day. When we drove up, the parking lot felt very unsafe with a lot of people in different areas all around standing around. It doesn’t look like the Wyndham name should be affiliated with the days in. My daughter checked in, went around, felt very uncomfortable and opened the door to the room and it was not, what was expected or seen in the pictures online therefore we ended up finding three more rooms at another hotel that night and canceled the ones there at the end. We requested a refund and consideration for refund due to the circumstances that we felt it was dirty and very unsafe to stay there with six children , but have not we have not heard or received any compensation as a result date. I do not recommend this hotel for any family or children at this time.

Welp not a total s.hole but close. Out in the middle of nowhere. Room smelled musty and mildewy. Door didnt close fully. Felt unsecure. Bed i guess was clean. Didnt see bedbugs. Didnt even use shower. Place was ghetto but cheap. On the plus side free wifi, discount to waffle restaurant and shuttle to cruise port for $15.

Good breakfast in C.s Waffles restaurant at hotel and got 15% off with stay. Softest towels, pool very cool to swim but is a big pool. Staff helpful and plentiful. Plenty of coffee in lobby and room with microwave and frig. Was here two nights as part of a cruise package. Nice big bathroom and room recently painted. Beds comfortable and A/C worked great.

Not very good place to stay. Rooms are OLD...mold and rust evident. No grab bar in the shower. No breakfast; got a 15% off coupon for on site restaurant. Even had to put water in coffee maker to make coffee.
