Room was old, walls were scuffed and in need of paint. Walls were damaged, bathroom was hot due to no air circulation. Pool area was not appealing and I received a puncture wound from a rusty screw while trying to open the pool gate. Had to move rooms due to a dog barking next doo. Balcony was closed and off limits due to unsafe conditions. Elevator was steamy and not air conditioned. Definitely would never stay here again!!!

It was a bit damp in the bedroom. The property needed some living care. Breakfast was nice that we didn’t have to stop somewhere. It was decent for a last minute decision.

This property is the worse to stay as soon as we walk in the front desk it was mariguana smell In the room it was cigar smell I ask for refund since my wife suffer from allergies and they said not We only sleep there one now get and when to another hotel we loose the money for the other 4 nights Terrible experience

The property was very close to the public access to the beach areas. The staff was friendly but the room had a water leak so there was water all over the bathroom floor. The toilet would come up off the floor on one side. It was in a safe area and there was a nice outdoor pool. It was okay for our couple of nights there but wouldn't stay longer than that. Wasn't worth the money we paid per night.

had to wait to check in for 45 minutes because of some issue with the person in front of us..'no signal' on tv, so couldn't watch that..2 bugs in bathtub..promised a wake-up call that never happened..carpet was dirty..no smoking room had big cigarette burn in bedspread..bit on the leg by bedbug..not the hotel or room showed in photos before booking..no Quality here..BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS PLACE..never again

This is a bargain for the location and immediate surroundings. Short walk to the beach, to stores, to restaurants. The rooms are not as fancy as others, but they are adequate and clean. If you are going to spend very little time in your room, and more time at the beach and shopping and doing touristy things, this is a great place.

It could be better for the cost. For starts, they need to disclose the pet fee of $25 per pet. You get the surprise at checking in. Also, the office building looks clean but the rooms in the back are a different story; they have a dingy and dirty appearance. The paint job says seedy motel. Considering the previous, the room was not that bad. It was actually cleaned, however the entrance to the room was rather disgusting. The door was super dirty and so was the floor. The entrance didn't match the room per se. After paying $92 (fees and taxes) for the room and $50 pet fees, it was not worth the money.

It was okay. Nothing amazing. No real quality that stood out. It wasn't dirty except when I pulled the couch out to a bed. It was filthy. You could tell they never cleaned it and they didnt have sheets or blankets for it. I tried calling the front desk, no one answered so at 11pm I walked down there and took it upon myself to get them. I also asked every day for someone to come clean my room. Just sweep, vacuum and take the trash out and no one ever did. Again I had to go down to house keeping and ask for towels because no one answered the phone. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed at cheap places before with better customer service. Also i know this isnt on the hotel, but someone coming may want to know the walkway to the beach its not real far at all, maybe .16 miles or so, but omg its rough. Literally falling through in several places my kids hurt themselves more then once. Again it wasn't terrible but probably wont stay their again.

The check in was super easy very friendly front desk clerk. The room was spotless and very well appointed. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillow options. The shower had a real liner, great water pressure and really nice shampoo conditioner and body wash. The complimentary breakfast Was really good with lots of fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and good eggs lots of drink options including little bottle of chocolate milk. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come Back!!

Very impressed with this place. Just wish it had better water pressure. Everyone was nice. Just wished it had more drawer space.. only 3 very small drawers in the closet and not wnough hangers for everything

My girlfriend and I love this hotel. We have been twice in a month. It is the most affordable place to stay and be able to walk to the beach. Great location for good restaurants and great shopping. For an old beach motel, it is top notch. In 9 years of travel we have stayed in this motel 6 or 7 times.
