Clean rooms and helpful staff

My husband and I stay here every time we visit our family. We love it because the staff is helpful and the room is always clean.

The rooms are old and small. Breakfast was awful. There was no way you could have 500 kids and parents in such a small area. There’s really no point even offering breakfast.

We had reserved a one week stay a month ago. Then our flight was changed and we ended up having to arrive the night before at 1 am. We were exhausted and hungry. The young lady went above and beyond to try to get us a King size room so we could just sleep in and not change rooms. However, none of the King rooms were available. Thankfully the room we did receive was clean and we were happy to be there. The next day they tried to get us in early and we decided to visit a family member and came back later. When we came back and got our room...it was perfect. We had chosen the optional upgrade if it was available. We lucked out...it was available!! The room was way above perfect. It was clean, roomy, and it had evrrything we wanted. We are now Hilton members. And I have this hotel to thank. Excellent hotel.
