I was welcome to the hotel check in was perfect room was very clean and there was 2 bottles of water very nice from the staff .very family oriented highly recomend .awesome management and awesome housekeeping.washer and dryer on site which is very convinient .next time i will stay for more days.

Hotel was perfect for our Nascar Race Weekend - was in a convenient spot (less than 6 miles from the track) Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Certain things should be updated/upgraded - we stayed in Room 236. Bathtub definitely needed a Bathmat or stickers so that you wouldn't slip and tissues and a "do Not Disturb" sign would have been helpful. The light by the bed by the window did not work - But all in all - we had an enjoyable visit - was grateful that the parking lot was well lit - I could see my vehicle from the room. Hotel is centrally located with restaurants close (even walking distance) Hotel was nice & clean which is always a plus

Issue 1: Our room was dirty, and the bedding was unwashed and smelled bad. The sheets had stains on them, and we had to get new sheets from the front desk. Issue 2: Shady people around the property and pool, we didn’t fell comfortable using the pool with the groups of people hanging out around them. Issue 3: Staff weren’t very friendly

The front desk people were not friendly unfortunately. They made us feel like we were a nuisance to bother them. The pool was not in use and that would have been nice to know ahead of time. They refused to give extra towels. The place itself is in fine working order except for the pool.

Requested a 1st floor room...did not get. Never ever got hot water no matter how long I waited. Dryer broken in laundry room. Property is really run down. Inside of rooms have been updated a bit, but it is all very superficial. Would not stay here again, especially for the price. This is a $50 a night motel.

Walls are paper thin. We could hear normal conversations in the hallway and parking lot. Hallways stunk of disinfectant, very strong. We were expecting to use the pool but it was tied off for some reason. Don’t advertise a pool if it’s not available. There were odd people hanging out in the lobby.

Very dirty hotel. Also very noisy. I will never stay there again. Did not have any tissues, or hand towels. Very little toilet paper and we ran out. I walked a bit in my bare feet and they were filthy and black and I had to shower followed.

I paid 167 dollars for a dump. So outdated with bedspreads, nothing like the picture. There was hair on my pillows and in the bed. I got there at 130 in the am and had nowhere else to go. There were also small cockroaches in the bathroom when I turned on the light.

My wife and I enjoyed being so close to the National Parks, and the location was ideal for our planned outings. However, the listing from the hotel says that housekeeping would be done daily, and it is not. We were told it would housekeeping is only done every three days, which isn't unusual - but just isn't what the listing said. When we arrived in our room, there weren't any hand towels or wash clothes, and the one bed's sheets were visibly dirty. The staff were nice about setting us up with housekeeping the next day. It was an affordable accommodation, but the overall situation wasn't what we were expecting.

My Room was very dirty, furnitures old and broken. Towels very dirty, 1 tiny bar soap, carpet mold smell.. 2 nights I bear it because it was close to an event I flew in from NY to attend. DEFINITELY will not stay again!! Hope they renovate because the location is central. All the best

We stayed at the Belmont for four nights this week. This hotel is really subpar and overpriced. The rooms are extremely outdated. The ac unit wouldn’t stay on and was making a sound like it’s slowly dying. The pillows are extremely small and uncomfortable. The shower had hardly any pressure and would change temperature constantly. The tv at night was cutting in and out. The parking lot is pretty shady. I’d sit outside at night to enjoy the weather and saw random people and cars come in and out that weren’t staying. One night a car was parked there for a while smoking the herb. It’s a pain getting out of the hotel. You have to do a U turn at the light to go towards the Keys which is nearly impossible during the day. The staff was okay. Most didn’t speak English. They do not serve breakfast here which is extremely strange. Overall it’s a 2/5 hotel at best. I would definitely avoid it.

I am a scuba instructor and travel often to teach. I will absolutely use this motel again. Keep in mind, it is not the Ritz. The staff was awesome, friendly, accommodating and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable bed (the pillows could be bigger) and a place to work.

Staff was rude, teenage girl, daughter of owner couldn’t speak English clearly and had to call her mother for assistance and couldn’t make decisions for herself. Mother, possibly the Manager or owner was not present and when she was she was rude. Clearly they should not be in the hospitality business. The place was dilapidated and many repairs needed. Our room was promised to us by 3pm picked up the keys and the bed was not made and there was blood on the mattress pad.

The staff was great they welcomed me and my family offered us some coffee as we walked in they were super friendly.when I asked for something there was someone there to help right away the rooms are beautiful and really clean I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was told in the last minute that there’s was no room available due to a water leak. Then I was put an a Ecolodge which is a downgrade. Tv did not work a couch with no Cushing dated hotel. Had to pay cash for the remote control. Was not a pleasant experience.

Hotel was perfect for our Nascar Race Weekend - was in a convenient spot (less than 6 miles from the track) Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Certain things should be updated/upgraded - we stayed in Room 236. Bathtub definitely needed a Bathmat or stickers so that you wouldn't slip and tissues and a "do Not Disturb" sign would have been helpful. The light by the bed by the window did not work - But all in all - we had an enjoyable visit - was grateful that the parking lot was well lit - I could see my vehicle from the room. Hotel is centrally located with restaurants close (even walking distance) Hotel was nice & clean which is always a plus

We stayed at the Belmont for four nights this week. This hotel is really subpar and overpriced. The rooms are extremely outdated. The ac unit wouldn’t stay on and was making a sound like it’s slowly dying. The pillows are extremely small and uncomfortable. The shower had hardly any pressure and would change temperature constantly. The tv at night was cutting in and out. The parking lot is pretty shady. I’d sit outside at night to enjoy the weather and saw random people and cars come in and out that weren’t staying. One night a car was parked there for a while smoking the herb. It’s a pain getting out of the hotel. You have to do a U turn at the light to go towards the Keys which is nearly impossible during the day. The staff was okay. Most didn’t speak English. They do not serve breakfast here which is extremely strange. Overall it’s a 2/5 hotel at best. I would definitely avoid it.

The Hotel is very clean and staff invited me with friendly manner. I was so happy stayed in Belmont inn Hotel and I highly recommend to My Friends to stay here The hotel located in the middle of way to Key West a lot of beautiful beaches. The hotel is surrounded by Restaurants, Banks , Walmart Shopping mall it’s a convenient place to stay

My Room was very dirty, furnitures old and broken. Towels very dirty, 1 tiny bar soap, carpet mold smell.. 2 nights I bear it because it was close to an event I flew in from NY to attend. DEFINITELY will not stay again!! Hope they renovate because the location is central. All the best

Staff was great, the property is just a cheap hotel. Breakfast was a bagged meal! A ham and cheese sandwich, so gross. Bed wasnt bad, but for $50 i would stay at a nicer place.
