The Best Western in Fort Myers was a comfortable stay. I loved the one bedroom suite for the space and separate living and bedroom area. The only improvement I would make is placing a door of separation between the rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel provided a safe and secure stay. Also, the fitness center provided an area to work out. However, maybe in the renovations updating the equipment is definitely a need. Is there a bigger space you could put your fitness area? Beyone one person being in there, it would be a cramped space to work out in. Overall, a great stay!

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Safety of hotel was questionable. One of the doors was malfunctioning and wouldn’t lock. Someone came in and stole breakfast at one point that wasn’t staying at the hotel.

This was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was terrific, I ate my breakfast pool side. The only blemish was the exit/entrance door on the left side of the building was not working coming into the building.

Extremely disappointing. Staff member didn’t even look at me to greet me. Booked a suite. Room smelled musty, I’m assuming there was water damage from storm that didn’t get taken care of. Bed hard as a rock. Bed cover had a stain on it. Back door from the pool area was not locked or secured by key access so anyone could walk in from parking lot through the pool gate (pool gate also not locked). No cameras outside on property so wasn’t comfortable leaving car in parking lot. Laundry room closed early so had to leave to go to a laundromat and wash my daughter’s wrestling uniform. I never leave reviews but this was just awful. For $170/night? NEVER AGAIN

Very clean in the interior. However I found roaches in my room. I mean for being so expensive including the “fee” they charge you for one night $150- refundable. Still ridiculous. You can do better. We went for one night family trip for graduation purposes.

I like mostly everything, but I didn’t like the smell in the bedrooms, like dirty carpet and humid. They should invest some in that. I tried three different bedrooms within four weeks. The restaurant should keep their mandarines and fruits in the fridge after breakfast time, to keep them healthy, some of them were moldy. Soheir the lady at the restaurant was very nice.

Hello. In my room the top bedspread had a reddish lip print of lipstick on it as well as the top sheet. The front desk clerk had me gather my things, go back downstairs to get a key for a room 2 doors away from where I was! They could have just brought me up the key and save me the trip since I was so tired. The next morning I was awakened by very, very loud noise in the room next door to me!! I thought maybe it was the laundry room and the machines was noisy. At checkout time, I complained about the loud noise and was told the the people were asked to leave but I should have also called to complain. I told her that I was already moved once and was trying to sleep!!!! My stay was awful. The carpet in the halls are so nasty! Large stains everywhere! I was so disappointed.

AC Systems are horrible. I was sick for three days after the stay. Also the rooms looked clean until you pay attention to detail. There was Hair everywhere on the carpet, beds, and shower. For the price you can find a better hotel.

The room and hallway smelled like pot. The shower curtain was dirty. The shower wouldn’t switch from tub to shower without a few minutes of working on it. Then the shower didn’t drain well so we ended with a ton of dirty water on our feet. Definitely would not return

Perfect for a wuick overnight. Couple restaurants in walking distance. Clean and in good shape all around. Staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were a yellowed grungy rubber bath mat, and a lumpy old bed.

Good location for traveling between Naples and Fiesta Key. Definitely more dated and worn down than the pictures appear. Gym was extra small and also not as it appeared online.

When i walked into this hotel and was greeted by a very friendly, kind, and helpful staff member, i had a good feeling it was going to be a good experience. I was right. The property was clean, quiet, conveniently located, and offered a great variety of food items at breakfast. If I’m back in the area I will definitely stay there again.

Great Stay! It’s always a great stay when my daughter, who has good allergies, can enjoy their breakfast! Waffles were yum! The only problem I had was room service came into our room even when the DND sign was hanging, took our towels and then left a note on the floor in front of our room saying “bc the dnd sign was on we did not get to go in your room to clean it”. Pretty disturbing and was reported but we never heard anything from the hotel management about why their room service staff did that. Minus that problem, Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. And, Friendly staff!

Booked a hotel quickly for a funeral service. The lobby was clean and smelled great upon entering. We checked in on 5/29/25, and the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. We had an issue with the original room (it was musty and the carpet was slightly damp), and she moved us without an issue. Our second room was comfortable and appeared clean. A few things were dated, so you could tell it was recently updated. The room was warm/muggy upon entering due to humidity outside but got cooler with some time. Shower pressure wasn't great, but the water was hot. We slept okay, but the mattress could definitively use an update. Free breakfast had a lot of options, which was nice. Overall, we would stay here again for the price, but would debate somewhere else for a better mattress.

During Hurricane Helene we had to evacuate Fort Myers Florida we had reservations at this hotel for two nights. One night before the hurricane I called to tell them that we needed to extend an evening because the hurricane hit shifted and was now coming later. When I called the front just girl told me that no they were closed those days. I said you could not possibly be we have reservations we have a hurricane coming and everybody sold out I have a husband with Alzheimer's and a 99 year old man with me along with myself and the caretaker of the 99-year-old. She said oh somebody was supposed to call you they'll be calling you tomorrow. That was the day of the hurricane. I will never ever ever even attempt to say this place again. When there is somebody's life in danger and we have been evacuated and I have an husband with Alzheimer's and a neighbor that's 99 years old with me and they close the place without telling us the day before. No phone call nothing if I hadn't have called them to extend I never would have known we would have shown up at the hotel with no place to stay in the middle of a hurricane. I would not recommend this place to anybody anytime ever!

The hotel is very conveinantly located to the airport, major roadways, restaraunts and shopping. It is older but are updating many of the features. It is clean and they offer a fully buffet breakfast. Would stay there again.

Property is just off the busy entry route into Ft. Meyers. Fast food, motels, car dealerships. It is safe and busy. Hotel is well insulated to keep out all the noise.

The location, right off a major road was very convenient. Hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Food was hot and plentiful. The woman from Egypt - sorry I couldn't remember her name, did an amazing job and was constantly refilling food and cleaning.

Our stay at the Best Western in Fort Meyers was very relaxing. The room was very clean and the staff was helpfull.The resturants are close by and Mel's Ale House was really good. The only complaint would be the cost of the rooms. I felt they were a little overpriced. The pool area was small but quiet. Overall our experience was good and would choose this hotel again.The breakfast was very good and the lady that took care of things did a great job.

This is a fine place. Nothing fancy. But wow did the lady running the breakfast give a bad vibe. She was all upset that I wanted to get some egg and sausage a few minutes before 6 am. It had been out for 15 minutes but she was having a fit that I needed to run and wanted to get some. It left a very bad taste in my mind. My fellow business traveller decided to skip it altogether because of how hostile she was.

everything was great until we had breakfast before we left, felt so uncomfortable couldn’t even enjoy it bc the cook (an elderly lady) was just watching everybody’s single move, what everyone was getting & she was mad, grunting, making faces. I’m assuming because she didn’t want to keep cooking if something ran out. when she was wiping the tables she would grunt and just slam chairs everywhere I wasn’t the only one who felt uncomfortable people sitting next to me also were shocked, very unprofessional if she doesn’t want to work there she should probably quit. Didnt even eat my food cause of how she was acting not sure if she messed with the food… wouldn’t be surprised. she also had a tip jar I love tipping I am always very grateful for everything & everyone’s hard work but I did not tip she did not deserve it.. I’ve also work in the food industry no matter how stressed I was did I ever let it out on anyone.
