Primary person at the front desk was miserable (no greeting, jo eye contact, no thank you or pleasantries). Room was mid way through remodeling. No place to hang clothes or a dresser. No cups, no clock. Bare min towels. No extra roll of toilet paper.. the property was loaded with litter. . The pool was right up to an outdoor biker bar. No one used the pool because there were tables and lo7d patronsnright there. Not atmosphere; just sleazy and dirty. The 'natural spring' was loaded with dirt. Surely never cleaned. The 'breakfast' was literally white bread, a toaster, a tub of peanut butter, two quarts of milk, froot loops and raisin bran. If uou want coffee, you have to jaul over to the lobby. No coffee pot in the rooms.

The room was very clean and updated. We just weren't impressed with the pool area. There were no lounge chairs, no towels, just wasn't inviting. The Tiki Bar was fantastic.

They required a $100 deposit, this is more then what we paid for the room. When we entered our room we walked into a puddle of water due to the recent rain storm. The rain came right thru the bottom and side of the door, it didn't have any weather seal around it. The manager was nice enough to bring me a couple of towels. Checking out the mineral spring pool and the swimming pool, both were, slimmy, DIRTY and not because of the rain! All I could imagine was getting an ear infection. Leaving the motel, we turned jn our room keys with assurance we would get the $100 deposit back. It has been over 24 hours and we are still waiting. If you don't mind a cheap motel and staying one night, this could be a consideration. But after a 16hr drive, I wanted to relax and swim, it never happened. Will not be staying at that motel or another Days Inn anytime soon. If ever.

Nicely updated "traditional" motel. Along with a regular pool there is a mineral springs pool on property, one of the few in the country, which was a great healthy soak.

It was a Saturday night and there was an outdoor bar close by and we were worried about the rowdies keeping us up. There were none, we had a very peaceful night. On site there was an actual hot spring that was large in my opinion, which was sperate from the pool area, which was nice. The place was clean.

Big, noisy Tiki Bar right in back of hotel. Thumping music til 1:00 a.m that earplugs wouldn’t drown out. Pool was dirty, few chairs, and shared a fence with Tiki Bar patrons… didn’t want to be their entertainment.

We could not get the internet to stay connected and our phones did not work well in the rooms. There are very bright lights outside the rooms, the draperies keep light out for the most part, but the light does come in on the sides. I always thought it was morning...even at 1 am, 2 am, 3 am... the adjoining door did not have good seal around it so the neighbors lights and noise was in our room no extra chair at the desk the Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. All new flooring, furniture and tile in shower. Great water pressure. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar. The pool did not look very clean, and is quite shaded...and right next to the bar. The food in the restaurant served the purpose of not having to drive, but was not very good

My first impression was the smell at the registration desk; it was not good. I looked around and everything seemed to be worn. The place was in need of a remodel; it was just old and worn. Whatever cleanser they are using (if they are using one) should be one that gives a pleasant odor. When I opened the door to the room, the first impression I had was reinforced. The bathroom needs to be painted, the furniture was old and not matching. The room was clean enough but just not plesant.

First room i was given smelled like straight mold and then the next one still smelled like mold in the fridge and there was tissue paper shoved between the bath tub and the wall. There was tissue paper also shoved in the toilet valve going into the wall and the toilet paper holder was broken.

The room appeared clean, however when I turned the floor lamp on it was covered with cobwebs and little bugs were caught up in that. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was clean and very comfortable as was the rest of the room and bathroom. There wasn't a place to hang clothes at all so had to drape everything over the one chair in the room. There were two bath towels but no hand towels for the bathroom.When I requested hand towels, they were provided but my washcloth was removed and not replaced. There was no coffee service in the room and the coffee in the lobby was cold at 6:30 in the morning so we went to McDonalds for coffee. Overall, not a great experience. Would not recommend

The room looked as if it were under construction... the smoke detector wasnt even plugged in. There were holes in the walls, no shower curtain. I have plenty of pictures. It is absolutely absurd that a hotel bearing a nationally recognized name is renting rooms in such a condition... the door wasnt sealed all the way which allowed for a ton of noise and air flow into the room all night let alone small bugs and critters. Also the secondary safety bar lock you flip over on the door when you close it was broken so all the security you had was the standard lock that was rickity and sketchy at best. I certainly will never stay there again and wouldnt recommened it.

I stay here occasionally when I’m having work done on my home nearby. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the rooms are quite large. The property see,s well maintained. The person at the front desk seems a bit cold and unfriendly but he is efficient. It’s great to have a reasonably priced hotel near my home.

Rooms were not ready for 3:00 pm check-in; we had to wait till well after 4:00 pm. We were very specific on our reservation that we were handicapped and could not negotiate stairs, so we were assigned an upstairs room. We paid extra for a "View" room upgrade which the staff told us they do not have - all the rooms overlook parking lots - but they would not refund the extra; they need to alter their website to remove upgrades they do not have. They have been remodeling rooms which is nicely done with several exceptions; there is no place to hang any clothes, no dresser and no suitcase stand. They have a very nice desk with lamp but no power outlets - no light, no place to plug in a laptop or charger. They have a what could be a very nice outdoor area with some TLC; the fountain was filled with a putrid green slime, the springs pool has not seen a pool brush or vacuum in a long time, people use the tables for ashtrays and the fencing needs repair and paint.

Clean, updated but the mattress was horrible. We literally laughed when we sunk to the middle and had to claw our way out. The foot of the mattress was higher than the head, so we slept with our head at the foot. Helped to put comforter UNDER the mattress.

The property did not have the room that I booked when I checked in. The TV did not work in the room. The rooms are fine look like they were recently updated and clean. Air conditioner worked well. The property was nice just why would you not have the king room that I booked and update your TVs.

What breakfast??? Three items to choose from dry eggs, toast and cereal. Charged me a deposit at check-in and I still have not received the credit back yet. I stayed Nov 6th and this is the 12th. Money was probably deposited into an interest account to make money on my deposit.

We were not allowed to check in because we had a trailer with us. All attempts at a compromise in parking were rejected and the employee demanded that we leave the premises. In 30 years of traveling for work I have never experienced such incredibly horrible customer service. We didn’t get a refund until we called head office to complain.

Office staff was very rude when checking in. Pool area and pool was not inviting to use. No closet or dresser in the room. Room was clean. Breakfast consisted of fruit loops and water down orange juice. Restaurant was good Mexican food. I feel this hotel guest is mostly out of town labor workers…not family friendly.

Despite of my experience, the last time that I stayed there, I tried to stay at the hotel again being that it was cheap. When I was assigned my room by the small Armenian manager who I had trouble with the last time I stayed, assign me my room. I went to the room to find a large crack across vanity mrror. I went back to the office and reported it to this manager who didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was reporting it. So I asked him to sign a paper indicating that I had reported it, he stared me down and he came up to the room to look at it. But not only did he look at the mirror he was counting hangers and counting pillows, etc counting all these items in the room like I was going to steal something which is not at all my nature as a professional lady. He initialed the paper I had in my hand that I was reporting the mirror and threw it on the bed and walked out without words. This manager is utmost rude! I can say that I will never go back there ever again even if it's the last room ever available, despite of the cheap costs as utilizing hotels as a travel nurse. Don't let the cheap room fool you especially if a female traveling alone! They take 200 $ damage deposit and they say they return it back but you have to call through loop holes to get it back! I don't therewent down

Our reservation was cancelled. Our flight got cancelled thursday night. We got stuck in Charlotte, NC. I called Days Inn as soon as i found out. We got there to check in on Friday and they told us we were a no show and charged us for the first night and cancelled the rest of the stay. We told them the night before that our flight was cancelled and that we would check in friday and they still cancelled us. I would like a refund.

We were busy this trip and really only used the room to sleep. Which was about all this place was good . Beds were good. Bathroom was old and worn out. TV was old and kind of blurry. Breakfast was not what I expected. Cereal , toast and some scary looking eggs. We went out for breakfast. Pool looked unusable. For our trip the location was perfect. Think they spray some Fabreeze or something. Very strong “fresh” scent was a bit overwhelming. Not sure what odor they were hiding.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a let down, scrambled egg and toast was the only option both days we were there. Plenty of other options around the corner. We found out the Florida mineral springs smell of sulphur! Great location for days out. Would recommend for a comfortable couple of nights

My husband and my siblings stayed here for 5 nights. We checked in very late flying in from Alaska and were able to check in at nearly midnight. There was always parking, the desk staff were very nice and accommodating (even when I lost my card twice in the same day…) and the pool in the back was awesome for our “chill day.” In the back, there was a tiki bar that was also AMAZING. The music was good and bumping and the drinks were even better. The food thats connected with the Inn was mediocre, definitely had the “bar food” vibe to it. But, it was convenient. Over all, I’d absolutely stay here again. It was just what we needed.

The breakfast was horrible. The girl there could have cared less to stock anything. Everything was empty and it was only 8 am. I had to go to the front desk to go get coffee cups for coffee in the restaurant.
