The electric window shades were inoperable and the shades were torn Terrible smell in hallway Pool was not clean. It appeared to have green algae on the floor and walls The shower head was attached to the wall with a key ring and so you were unable to stand under it to shower

Staff was fine, cleanliness was okay (I found a floss pick on floor upon move in, and toiletries were not provided until requested room clean. ) Very disappointed that we were never informed when booked that the pool would not be available, undergoing repairs. ⭐☆☆☆☆ We were really disappointed with our stay. As soon as we walked into the room, it had a strong mildew smell, and I’m fairly certain there was mold present. My husband actually had an allergic reaction—his eyes were burning and he couldn’t stop sneezing the entire time. This made it very uncomfortable and concerning for us. On the positive side, the property itself felt safe and well-maintained, and the text communication was quick and convenient. When I requested extra towels and conditioner, they were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the condition of the room overshadowed the positives, and I hope Hilton addresses this issue for future guests.

The lobby of the hotel was very nice, however the room was not the cleanest or updated. The shade over the window was broken upon arrival and it had rips in it. The bed wasn’t very comfy and the pillows were terrible. The staff was friendly and the pool was nice.

The room had a sun shade but not a real blind to make the room dark at night. I value a dark room to sleep in and as such I would not use this location again. Everything else was fine. This was a decision made by corporate that I think materially diminishes their product. If I encounter this at another Hilton Garden Inn I will no longer use them.

Paid for a King through Expedia and room was given away for 2 queens in an accessible room because we booked with a 3rd party vendor. Room was missing a hair dryer and the fridge decided to defrost as soon as we opened it. After that first day everything was fine but definitely did not want a 2 Queen accessible. That was very disappointing will have to rethink our next booking as a result.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. There's good light in the bathroom (a pox on the clown who decided hotel bathrooms should be dark!) The location is convenient. It was easy to find and there was plenty of free parking. I stayed overnight after a concert at the arena, which was surprisingly close by. I had no problem getting Ubers. We had breakfast before we left. The waiter was an absolute joy, but the buffet wasn't great, so maybe eat somewhere else.
