Property was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. The pool wasn't working, but we were offered the pool next door at their other Hilton location. (across the parking lot) We definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay again!

Very conveniently located to several of the sites we planned to visit. Many great restaurant choices nearby. Easy access to major highways and routes. Gym was small but we were able to have access to the neighboring Crown Royale hotel's gym. A new gym was being constructed.

The only issue was the pool. The water was very murky and dirty. We asked the front desk and they didn't know when it was last cleaned but said people were complaining. They finally closed it and had people working on it. Not sure when it opened back up because we had to leave .Other than the pool, which we were looking forward to, everything else was very nice.

Loved that the pool area was kinda nestled between the two buildings with a very tropical vibe. It felt secluded, and not in the middle of the parking lot. The breakfast was surprisingly good loved the tacos for breakfast over the typical waffle!! All the food was fresh and yummy! My absolute favorite thing was the shower, love love how clean the bathroom was, the shower had terrific pressure, plenty of hot water, everything worked well!! My husband and I want to know where they got those amazing pillows, they were absolutely dreamy! Lots of restaurants in the area, shopping as well, we came for the beaches and the hotel is a short drive from the island.It was a great stay and a brand we will put into rotation!

My major complaint is with Expedia falsely advertising a hotel with pool and hot tub only to find out that neither is in operation and have been in renovation since Nov 23. What makes it worse is Expedia knew of this as they had been advised in writing by the hotel. Expedia falsely represented this product offering and have charged full price without discount or explanation. This is not the first time Expedia has done this but it will be my last booking with Expedia.

The facility was excellent! The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful, and the kitchen team did a great job maintaining cleanliness and keeping the food well-stocked. Our only issue was that we were traveling with an elderly mother with mobility challenges, and the elevator near our room was out of order. This meant we had to use the elevator on the opposite side of the building and walk across the entire second floor to reach our room. While the extra walking had some health benefits, it was quite strenuous for her, especially since she had suffered a stroke a few months ago.

Everything was perfect. Felt like a newly built hotel. Breakfast, pool and BBQ area was very nice. Grilled some steaks with some friends out by the pool.

I found a lot of Black Mold underneath the kitchen sink. I reported to the front desk and they moved me out to a different room across the hall. This leak had been happening for months, why had housekeepers been cleaning the room and missed the mold, a garbage can that they emptied daily was under the sink sitting in leaking water.

My room had cockroach. Very low water pressure. For some unknown reason I was assigned a room designed for Handicapped persons. Staff was very amiable & friendly. Pool area had limited sun-sitting options after 3:30 due to being blocked out by building structure. Hot tub is very enjoyable.

The was clean and staff was super friendly...our complaints were 1) the pillows were small and flat.they weren't even comfortable using 2...and the air conditioner was in the living room area so it was very comfortable but the bedroom was hot. If we turned the air down more then the living area got super cold but the bedroom was still not comfortable.

Check in was fine. Pleasant person at desk. Hotel feels dated in areas but clean. Noisy, guest above, heard them all night. Sink dripped and is in bedroom. When one person gets up, all are up due to location of vanity in bedroom. Laundry services happen to be on our floor. The smells of that room is obvious. Gas dryers, wet smell. The breakfast area is good. Options available. The lady working that area is hustling to keep it clean and plentiful.

I went to Fort Myers for business, and I found this hotel very reasonable price and a good value. The rooms are super comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living room and a super comfortable bed in a separate bedroom. The bathroom may have been renovated lately because it looks very modern. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of healthy options , such as overnight oatmeal and chia, plus plenty of fresh fruit (I hate when hotels just put muffins and bagels). Parking is plenty. The hotel is located in a nice shopping mall (Bell Tower) with many restaurants and shops, where you can walk. I chose this hotel because it is a few minutes from Barnes and Noble, I always like to go for a coffee with cheesecake and to read a good book after work when I am traveling. The only reason i do not rate them 5 stars is because neither of the two Peloton bikes where working, and there was not other type of bike at the gym.

This hotel has the worst beds I have ever slept in, in my entire life. We were at a baseball tournament and beyond tired every night but because of the beds, I could not properly rest. I’ll never ever stay here again due to this right here.

Everyone on the staff would go out of their way to wait on the guests. The service was the best that I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Our room was directly across the hall from housekeeping, so if we needed clean towels, I could just walk over and ask them for clean towels, and they would give them to me. Once the housekeeper walked way down the hall to where the cart was to get me towels. That wasn’t even necessary.

The king suite was huge. Full well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Even icemaker in freezer. Very clean. Big seperate bedroom with big tv. Managers reception with hot food and salad bar. Included beer and wine. Nice breakfast with big selection. A good value for the money. Definatly will stay again.

We loved this property. Very clean. Good breakfast , especially the daily breakfast taco/burrito bar that changes daily. Quiet and good location. The staff are amazing , kind attentive and helpful. And being right on the edge of Bell Tower is great. It’s at the back and very quiet . Excellent value and we highly recommend
