Got to check in got the wrong room with people in it, the room I got is very not updated, no hot tub, My primary reason to come here was to be outdoors by the pool, how I supposed to go to other hotel near to use their hot tub. I don’t know but please if you going to give 4 starts to a hotel make sure is a 4 starts.

The property was very dirty overall. There was trash in the parking lot. The pool area was dirty. There was light coming through the window at night because the curtains didn't fully close. Not a good experience.

We chose this place because our sons wanted a workout room and a hot tub, which was advertised . Non of the equipment worked and the hot tub was not heated…. Who knew we needed to ask if it was hot… we did call ahead to ask hours of workout room and pool. We are a very flexible, easy going family. However the price we paid for this disgusting, dirty, moldy room was completely unacceptable. We travel frequently and stay in many hotels. We couldn’t leave fast enough in the morning. 1positive is that the bed sheets appeared clean .

Extremely loud music booming all evening. Was told it would end by 8 pm but its still going at 9:30. Was very disappointed that there is NO HOT TUB, as advertised. Lock on door by pool doesn't work so you have to walk around the building to get back in after swimming. Was told by front desk staff that they are aware it doesn't work and I just need to block it open when I go outside to use pool so I can get back inside. Side door is broken and doesn't shut to outside. Door to room doesn't latch unless you give it an extra tug to close it all the way. This place is not safe!

Mold in the bathroom. Advertisements stats there is a hot tub there is none, its now a table by the pool that was why we picked this place. All rooms are inside which i like for safety but the door that is key access only at the end of our hall way is broken and just unlocked. Anyone can get inside the hotel.And there was a bag of what I will assume to be some drugs outside the pool door. Overall disappointed is an understatement. I have pictures but i can not get your add pictures section to work.

Pizza place nearby was awesome! Continental breakfast was pretty bad though. My husband got sick from the omelettes. Pool was pretty dirty and small. Rooms were OK for a 1 night stay while traveling but honestly not worth what we paid for them.

I loved the location, room size, & breakfast. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The only issue was that the pool was cold and so was the hot tub. The equipment in the fitness room was working fine, but had a limited selection. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

There was mold and paint chippings in and around the tub. The lamps over the bed end tables were ripped and torn. Two of the lights didn't work. The window shades/curtains were torn and wire holding up the rod used to open and close the shades. The towels and linen were fresh smelling. Every morning a few homeless people would come in and take out breakfast, using their dirty hands to get rolls and bread out of the containers. They would fill their large water/juice bottles with juice every morning. The young lady watching the front desk locked herself out the office and had to crawl through a small hall window to get back behind the front desk.

the nastiest bathroom i have ever seen every were there was Mold. I stayed for 2 days baseball tournament and I needed to use Laundry they were out of service, and they suggested to go to the nearest hotels that it was the same owner. also, the beds had bed bugs all my feet were bitten. Terrible. Size of the rooms were good but the room itself was nasty they did not even clean my room on the 2 day.

Our room was clean clean clean housekeeping came in everyday cleaned and made the bed the staff was very friendly we didnt get to use the pool or hot tub this time but it looked amazing The bed was a bit firm but tolerable the sofa bed my son refused to pull out to sleep on the matress was stained badly but overall I would stay here and recommend it to others

I decided on this hotel based on the pictures on the website but honestly it looks nothing like the pictures. The doors (front and bathroom, even other front doors) were torn as in they were probably very old. The bathtub drain was peeling and greenish where it should be silver. Looked like they painted to do a kind of make up, but honestly, it’s just dated…

I would have rated this hotel a five star only problem I had, need to update the couch in the suite room. My room number was 314 and the couch was old nasty looking. But the beds was super soft.

Hotel receptionist double-charged for stay and claimed she couldn’t offer a refund. Hotels.com should offer better protection without the consumer having to pay. There was also mold in the first room and the same receptionist made the room change more difficult than it should have been to move into another room.

We stayed here one night on our way to Marathon. I thought we were getting accommodations for 6 to sleep but that was wrong. The pull out couch was supposed to be for 2 teenage boys and when we pulled the cushions off there was stains everywhere. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out and the boys ended up sleeping (barely sleeping) on the hard wood floor. The smell of marijuana throughout the hallways in the morning was unbelievable. No one even showered the next morning we just needed to get out. I would have said something to the girl at the desk in the morning but she never asked how my stay was, so I wasn't going to waste my time. I guess you do get what you pay for and next time we will pay more for a decent room. Forgot to mention the view from our window was the parking lot with a dumpster at one end and mattresses laying on the ground beside it.
