A tired property with very little maintenance, poorly located next to the I-95 wich makes it extremely noisy all all hours. The list off things that are out of order is endless, from the Peloton bike in the health club, the elevator (No 2), the safe in my room, the room door (difficult to open), room keys that lose their programming every time you go out, etc. Stay somewhere else

So this is partially my fault. I saw good reviews, popular hotel, great past relationship with brand. If your traveling with family know there is a strip club beside facility. No wash cloths during entire stay possibly due to that. Breakfast was good, pool was superb, staff friendly some hunks pretty sure thought i was checking in to dance lol. Parking lot was was meh/sketch.

1) Decent price. Included parking, breakfast, and basic need. 2) Breakfast menu is good. 3) Staffs are friendly. The safe didnt work, we called and they had the tech came and fixed right away. The microwave was burned at the time we checked in, we called and they replaced a diff one. 4) Ice machine is out of service all the time. 5) the room has a smell. 6) we have 4 people and we got only 2 towels, 2 very tiny shampoo and conditioners. 7) no toilet paper holder 8) no hanger on the bathroom door. 9) the shower sign has wrong sign. H is cold and C is hot. No sign to warn us until we called to the front desk to ask why we dont have warm water in the shower. They then the started telling is to try the other way. 10) no daily room service. You need to other room service 1 day ahead. 11) the carpet is dirty. This is a good hotel for quick Miami visit of a 1 or 2 days business trip. Good for budgeting visitors but not good for a vacation family with kids. This is next to gas station and burger king and strip mall. Its 20 mins from holiday beach and 35mins to miami down town or airport. Long drive especially on the hot day with all of the bad traffic.

Hotel was clean enough. Only one ice machine for whole hotel on the 4th floor. no others worked. One elevator broken so only one for the entire hotel. A charge on my credit card for $225.75 the day of our arrival and then another $100.00 above and beyond the agreed upon price when I checked in. This amount was charged "due to spring break" per the staff. They refused to give me anything in writing to assure this additional 325.74 would be credited to my credit card. Only said thats how they do this for spring break. I am 66 and my husband 79, not spring breakers. But I may or may not get my money back. They charged $325.74 above my room charge to be refunded in 3-5 business days with absolutely no notice to me prior to arrival and no paperwork to show they had done this . Very upset and will never use Best Western again.

This property was very nice. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We had somewhere to go before we could check in but we didn't want to leave out luggage in the back of the pick-up we rented. The staff allowed for us to store our luggage until check in. Had a problem with my gift card and the manager came out quickly and took care of it for me quickly. The pool was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again when we go on our next cruise!

Terrible, elevator is slow it sometiems feels like ti wanted to stay stuck. Room needs to be updated. Bathroom is the worse. Was trying to get a refund so I can go somewhere else was told it would take a few days for a refund so I had to stay there. Small roaches ecerywhere room was dirty had to ask for extra bed sheets to put over the bed the ones on the bed were stained. Never staying here again!

Our room was musty. Had to use solid air freshners on the night stands and air vents. Carpet was damp and the comforter on the bed was slightly damp. When I notified the front desk I was told they would let maintenance know. It was disappointing that there wasn’t any other effort to do anything more. My room was comfortable- bed very comfortable and the hotel itself was quiet. My room backed up to a highway so there were times the traffic was very noisy. The staff seemed friendly; however, my room was not made it the 3 days I stayed. That was disappointing. I had to track down someone from housekeeping to get fresh towels.

The hotel was picked as a last minute stay due to issues with Air BNB. It was in a convenient location. The toom was updated recently but the shower didn’t work very well. The handle Just kept spinning. Maintenance offered to fix it only 20 mins before check out so the housekeeping staff was nice and showed me how to work it to at least get our showers. The elevator is “new” however the floor was messed up And was cracking, felt like I was gonna fall through. They ended up shutting it down. The free hot breakfast was good. It adds a nice touch to the stay. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Overall, I can see us staying here again

I very rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable from start to finish. I called ahead to request an early check-in and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff was extremely rude and immediately said they “don’t do early check-ins.” It wasn’t until I mentioned the name of the person I had spoken with—which turned out to be the manager—that the tone changed and suddenly I was told to “give them 30 minutes.” When I returned, they claimed they no longer had a room available. After waiting even longer, the room I was finally given was filthy. There were stains on the roof, walls, and doors, and for the price of this hotel, that alone was disappointing. It was only a one-night stay and they were hosting an event, so I tried to make the best of it. But when we came back from our event later that night, we discovered roaches in the room. When we went back to the front desk, we were told there was “nothing they could do” other than offer a late check-out the next day. No room change, no real apology, no solution. For a hotel charging these rates, basic cleanliness and decent customer service should not be too much to expect. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

We did not stay. The young man that checked us in was rude, disrespectful, not courteous, did nothing to help us. He charged my card for incidentals and would not refund that back. Said to contact Expedia that that is who we need to request for a refund. The location was not safe, rooms were humid, mold, stains in the bed chair in the rooms, I had a severe asthmatic attack. Our senior citizens got headaches because the room smelled like someone was smoking. The front desk employee refused to give us receipt, was racist, said disrespectful comments. We left within 10 minutes to go search for new hotel. I have never ever had any issues with any of my past hotel reservations but this was something I hope to never experience.

The day we checked in the fire alarm went off and the hallway on the 4th floor was Smokey. We did not feel safe for the 1st night at all. The sound proofing was terrible and they charged me $300 in two separate deposits on my credit card. I’m still missing over $100 in refunds on my credit card.

Staff was very friendly. Diego made our check in experience very smooth and fast. The hotel is very clean and the room was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and pillows good too. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel has a pool and gym which we didn’t have time to use but both facilities looked inviting. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold items along with juices and of course coffee and tea. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel breakfast was good. The hotel is very clean for an older property. It is right next to the interstate and there was continuous traffic noise. Our room was facing the highway so I’m sure that made it worse. I would definitely ask for a room on the other side if I stayed there again.

I stayed with my 3 children under the age of 8. Room had a musty smell as soon as you entered. While the bedding appeared clean, everything else was old. There is a strip club next door and I felt unsafe. I used the baby's packnplay to block the door as the locks did not appear sturdy. Will NEVER stay here again. I was to stay 2 days but cancelled after day 1.

Language issue when checking in. Breakfast was mediocre. Think the same bananas were out for our whole stay and they were browning on first day. They closed pool early for no apparent reason. The pool area was the only place to sit outside and enjoy the weather we came for.
