Switcheroo! This is not an ocean view hotel and shouldn’t be advertised that way. I booked a king w/an ocean view online. Upon check-in, we were asked if we wanted 1st or 2nd floor, we said 2nd floor with Ocean view. The staff person said those were sold out, they only had 2 rooms with an ocean view and that’s an issue with the website. It was not sold out when I booked it. We ended up on first floor, with a view of a hedge in the parking lot. There’s almost no way for this to be an ocean view hotel, with its location. It’s a block away from the beach and all along the beach there are condos. It should just read, “near the ocean, with beach access”. That’s not misleading. The property is well maintained, but is an older hotel & does show signs of that. The room was clean, no musty or damp smell. The AC worked well, TV worked, the bed was on the firmer side, but very comfortable. They even have large, comfy pillows; not the small square pillows I’ve been seeing in newer hotels. However, upon check-in, we did ask for more pillows and a blanket, and all the staff could come up with was one pillow; no other pillows or blankets were available. Location is great. The breakfast was good; and the coffee, exceptional. (I am a true Dunkin coffee snob, and rarely drink coffee from a hotel breakfast.) There is a short 1 block walk to the ocean, which brings you to a lovely private beach. Hotel does offer beach chairs & towels. All in all, good place to stay.

The location was amazing and nice vibes. Unfortunately, I reserved two rooms and they weren’t ready by check in 3:00 pm. In fact, we went to have lunch across the street and was told front desk would call me when room was ready, but they never did. We had to wait until 6:00 pm to get our rooms. The breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn breakfast. Pros - Nice restaurants nearby and in walking distances. Cons- The beach is a little far to walk to if traveling with a family member with mobility issues. You have to cross the street behind the hotel and go up a long walkway and walk a distance to get to the shoreline. I will visit Juno Beach again, but will find somewhere else to stay.

Room stated ocean view but you could not see the ocean at all! The manager was condescending in tone and our room was ready late after waiting for almost two hours for check in.

Great property and an excellent stay. Everything was very clean, and the included breakfast was better than what I’ve experienced at most hotels in this tier. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. The staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!
