Nice resort, beautiful ocean view. Pool is small for the resort, walls are very thin thankfully we had a corner room could hear the room above us and to the side, vallet was unnecessary with the parking lot so close. Onsite restaurant good for dinner and breakfast. Wouldn't stay again due to the sound issues in the room.

Great location, and good layout (pool, beachfront, restaurant and pool bar). Needto spruce up fitness center, and perhaps offer shuttle to local restaurants. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Property charges you to park your car overnight. I guess this is the new thing but when you rent a vacation room or property you should be able to park your vehicle on it

I love this place! Location, beach & grounds are all awesome. The upgrades since we were there last were done nicely. I gave 4 stars because of the new mandatory valet service which incurred an additional $25 on my card upon checkout? And $5 every time we wanted to get the car back to go somewhere? Why?

It was lovely. I do not like all the extra charges of resort, parking etc. just include it. Also in the morning at the coffee bar, why not have hot water, tea bags and milk for the tea?. For us, that is a real negative.

Nice Pool area with great attendants ; not hovering but there if you needed them. Be aware that this is a big wedding venue. There were things that the hotel was out of “ due to wedding”… certain alcohol, cold brew to name a few- also couldn’t use any kayak or paddle boards due to winds? But some days the water seemed to be fine- we were there 2 weeks and flag was always yellow.

Absolutely gorgeous! The staff is incredible, very responsive and professional. Clean, quiet..the newly renovated restaurant downstairs just opened and is so convenient. The food is outstanding..if you don’t want to leave the resort, you don’t have to because everything is there. The rooms are newly renovated and very tastefully done, the spa still is under renovation and not open. My only suggestion would be addition of a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Loved it and will definitely be back!

Beach access is easy with chairs and umbrellas

The staff was wonderful. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated.

Mistakes happen but the room wasn't properly cleaned. Used towels, garbage in bins as well as holes in towels and opened soap.

I do think charging guests to park their cars is a blatant money grabber. Very disappointing that the resort doesn’t carry newspapers. Please find a way to do so. Housekeeping staff (rooms) needs more training.

They do not clean the rooms early and sometimes not at all. 5pm in the afternoon is not acceptable and not receiving clean towels is definitely unacceptable.

Only thing I was disappointed with... When I reserved the room it read"overlooking the resort ".unfortunately that wasn't the case and we overbooked the parking lot.

Beachfront balcony

We stayed at Jupiter Resort for three nights. Had an absolutely fantastic time, which seems even better when compared to other places we stayed during the road trip to/from Jupiter. All of the staff here were amazing. Everyone made you feel right at home and like a highly valued client. Peter, one of the Concierge, in particular went above and beyond for us, both before and during our stay. He was in communication with me a week before we even left home, multiple times, and proved just as great at representing the resort in a very positive manner during our stay. The furniture in the room was on par with the rest of the experience. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I ended up taking a picture of one of the chairs and looking around on google to see if I could find where I could buy it back home. The room felt large and spacious, not crowded at all. The bathroom was maybe slightly cramped, (primarily the toilet tucked in a corner) but was very nice in general, and loaded with high quality amenities. We explored the pool area late one night to have a look around. Never made use of the pool, hot tub, workout room, or the sand bar, but they all seemed quite nice. Given the time we spent on our balcony, we did get room service and order food from the lounge a few times. The drinks were mostly quite good, and the food was as good as any restaurant I've ever been to. As of right now, the Jupiter Resort is the top of my list for places that I have stayed.

The services were great and the staff was very helpful, particularly the valet staff, pool staff, and beach staff. i met Jonathon, a 40 plus year employee who is a gem, helping guests and making them feel welcome with his help opening doors, chatting about the resort’s history and advice on local attractions and things to do. When my hands were full the pool staff took my towels down and set me up with a lounger with shade as requested. Highly recommended as the place to stay when in the area! David M. 6/10/24

The renovation and new restaurant since our last stay were great, staff and service were amazing, only complaint is that the A/C in our room was not functioning well and did not cool down the room well.

Room was clean. Dining was good. Only issue was you can hear the guests next door and noise from the hallway.

Picked this property because it was on the beach. Was warmly greeted on check in. Room wasn\'t ready but were directed to a bathroom where we could change. By 1pm, we were poolside ordering drinks. At 4 pm room was ready and we were very happy with what we saw. The recently renovated rooms were beautiful and tastefully done. The mattress was wonderful and lead to a nice night of sleep every night. Upgraded bathroom fixtures in the shower and the lighted mirror were nice touches. Room had a refrig, but would have been nice to have microwave as well. Had a Nespresso machine but no directions on how to use it so we didn\'t. Coffee available in lobby at 7am. I along with others would have preferred it available at 6am or compromise at 630am. Breakfast at restaurant not available till 8 am. This was a "pop up" restaurant since renovations were not complete on restaurant and bar area were being completed. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Staff everywhere was very nice. Would return here again. Not much in walking distance so consider a rental car.

Hotel was nice but the service was disappointing. All of the employees seemed overworked and disgruntled, which in turn seemed to rub off on guests. Took 30 minutes to get our car with valet one morning, bartender at the restaurant didn’t acknowledge us for 15 minutes upon being seated for lunch, we couldn’t track anyone down at the beach to take our order and then asked twice for check and no one brought it. They ended up charging our drinks to our friends. I don’t like to complain but the service simply isn’t up to standard for a hotel of this cost,

We had the most incredible stay at Jupiter Hotel and Spa and cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort and, especially, the staff. From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered — front desk, housekeeping/janitorial, wait staff, beach valet, valet, you name it — went truly above and beyond. The service was impeccable in every sense of the word. We were traveling with our 7-month-old baby, and the way the staff embraced and celebrated our family made the experience even more special. Everyone was so kind and complimentary, and our son was even gifted a turtle, a toy, and a hat from different staff members — such thoughtful gestures that meant so much to us. We felt completely welcomed and supported, and it was amazing to experience a luxury resort that so seamlessly caters to families as well. We initially booked a standard king room, and after our first night my husband asked if there happened to be any waterfront upgrades available. Not only did they accommodate us, but they made the transition effortless — helping us move rooms and even allowing the switch at 8:00 a.m. This level of flexibility and care is truly rare. There truly aren’t enough positive things to say about this resort. Jupiter Hotel and Spa made us feel relaxed, cared for, and valued, and we were able to enjoy a luxurious vacation without ever feeling that our family needs were an inconvenience. We cannot wait to come back and would recommend this resort to anyone!

From the time you drive up the driveway and your assistant, getting out of your car by the porters in the car being parked for you to the front desk courtesy all the way up to your room everyone was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in the Jupiter area.

From the moment we walked in, the staff is something out of this world. I can’t describe how friendly and ready to help the employees from this place are. Jared was impeccable, made my mom’s birthday special in every way he could possibly do it. From champagne bottle to room upgrade. What else can you ask for from a hotel. Ocean front bedroom, awesome breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Pool is awesome, free popsicles to the guest during the hot summer! Nice people. Nice environment. The Customer service provided at this place is not common anymore nowadays. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thanks team and specially Jared.

The hospitality with every person who is employed there is off the charts

Excellent service and such an efficient staff! Everyone went above and beyond, and I thought it was so sweet that they give little ones a stuffed animal at check-in. Special shoutout to Joseph for making us feel welcome right when he walked in and for upgrading our room—it made such a difference traveling with a baby. We even forgot something in one of our rooms, and the hotel mailed it back to us right away. Everything was spotless, and the beach was beautiful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice, and rooms were clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, we had two negative staff interactions that left us a bit turned off. The main issue was with ordering room service, they suggest to do it from a link they send you via text message. Upon doing so, the link service menu was not working properly, we tried and tried but the options would not populate correctly so we had to call. The individual that picked up the call was clearly agitated that we were having the issue doing it online, he rushed us off of the phone and before hanging up made a negative comment which was obvious for us to hear as he hung up. We were surprised that a staff member would behave this way at this hotel. Everyone has a bad day, but it was obvious this individual was not happy with us having to call in the order.

But you get what you pay for and we look forward to staying again. Walkable to Harboursude and Jupiter inlet restaurants. Great dinner at Lucky Shucks. Glad we experienced it and highly recommend!

The property is beautiful located between Carlin Park and Dubois Park. It’s sea turtle season so you have many opportunities to see them. The beach is great and the staff is very friendly. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great resort right on the ocean. Our view was spectacular! Had an amazing dinner at Latitudes and especially loved the free champagne and cookies in the lobby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and genuine the whole weekend. Would go back for certain.

they need to list the cost for the MANDATORY VALET PARKING. The need to update their room service delivery..A plastic bag with Styrofoam containers. been at Hiltons and Marriotts where you get glass dishes and glass ware for your room service. feel like I'm in covid area. Terrible look for an OPAL. ONE AND DONE NEVER BACK. I have othe issues but will face to face with a manager when I have time. big bucks for a pool and beach access.
