Room conditions. For the price paid for rooms they shouldn’t have hole in bathtub, rust, frayed carpet and cracks in ceiling. The elevator was out of order for 3 days. Had to haul luggage up stairs. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

During my two-day stay, the elevator did not work. I was on the third floor with two suitcases. Imagine the nuisance of taking the stairs carrying my bags. The place is clean, and the breakfast is below average. The personnel is friendly and very helpful. Since I don’t live in the States, I can’t sign up for delivery apps, and most restaurants take out orders via the app. That first night, the receptionist went behind her line of duty to help me find a restaurant that takes orders by phone and deliver.

Only one mile from DuBois Park. Beds are a little small for two people. Room had been refurbished. New carpet, sheets and towels. Pool had lots of bugs and organic trash floating on it. I used the net skimmer and cleaned it a few times. Pool was a perfect temperature. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice trip. Stayed 2 nights

Physical infrastructure old and not well kept up. One ancient, extremely slow elevator. stairs not centrally located (e.g. near elevator) but only at very ends of hallways. In my own room, a piece of metal with sharp edges sticking out by the door (part of an old locking mechanism?) is, frankly, dangerous.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Wyndham property in Jupiter, Florida. The condition of this hotel was far below acceptable standards, and certainly not what I expect from a Wyndham-branded property. From the moment I arrived, the odor in the hallways was unbearable—a strong sewage or feces smell that lingered throughout my stay. The room itself was musty, poorly maintained, and severely outdated. There was visible wear and tear on the furniture, stains on the carpet, and an overall sense of neglect. Most disturbing, I found a fingernail on the bathroom counter, which made it clear the room was not properly cleaned. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathroom fixtures were in disrepair. The conditions were unsanitary and unacceptable, and I did not feel comfortable or safe during my stay. I want to be clear that LaKeisha at the front desk was exceptional — she was kind, upbeat, and professional throughout. Her attitude made an otherwise miserable experience slightly more bearable, and I appreciate her efforts. However, the overall state of this property made for a completely unacceptable stay, and I am formally requesting a full refund for this experience. I did not receive the quality, cleanliness, or basic functioning accommodations that I paid for, and I hope Wyndham will stand by its standards and reputation by addressing this appropriately.

Stayed 4 nights and the last morning, we saw 2 giant cockroaches in our room. I was not real thrilled with things anyway but this did me in! The hallway carpet on 2nd floor is filthy, the 1st floor flooring leading to the pool is water damaged and sticking up and is actually a trip hazard. 2nd floor ice machine didn’t work. The vanity light on the mirror only partially worked.

Unfortunately the place was pretty filthy! The carpet in the halls were really bad. We got 2 rooms and both weren't in the best conditions. The pool was dirty on the bottom and didn't even want to get in it. One of ours rooms had knats coming out of the drain and in the other room on the last day a roach or something came crawling out of the drain. It would be nice to get a FULL REFUND!!! I took my family on vacation to see the St Louis Cardinals play at Spring Training and I was very disappointed. I have stayed at other La Wuinta's and they were really nice. Did not complain while we were there because didn't really want to make a scene. Don't think we will be coming back here.

I wish I could attach a video of how dirty, and honestly nasty, the room was. It’s cheap, but there’s a reason. If you just need a bed and a shower it works. You want a clean room where you feel comfortable using their towels and not yours, this isn’t the place

Overnight stay for a family wedding. Door was hard to open. The lights around the mirror were old and didn't give enough light. Family member had to be moved because of smell in room. Moved to a different move and woke up in middle of night by bed bugs.

The mattress was worn and the bed wasn’t comfortable. There were roache in the room on the last night. I wouldn’t stay again unless they fixed those issues. However the staff was very friendly and the area is safe and quiet. It’s in a very nice location.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is pet friendly. However, the tv didn’t work and the bathroom fan was loud. Also, we only got one set of towels instead of two. Unfortunately, we got a room on the first floor by the dining area where guests were hanging out (loudly) past midnight. Not the best but we only stayed one night. The location is pretty good and close to restaurants and a short drive to the waterfront.

I stayed at this location in Jupiter Florida for 6 days and it was very good, The highlight of the property was the accommodating and courteous staff, ESPECIALLY LEKISHA!!! She genuinely made me feel at home during my stay. LeKisha always greeted me with a smile and by name, which made me feel valued and not like just another of the hundreds of guest she works with regularly. I just can't say enough about how nice it was to interact with her, this property is lucky to have her and I hope the realize what a wonderful asset she is. The housekeeping staff was outstanding as well. During my extended stay they were always friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The next time I am in the Jupiter area, I will consider this property first.

Room needs serious updating. Door did not close properly. Desk lamp did not work. Bathroom was not safe. No nonslip mat in bathtub. Grab bar was loose and seemed ready to come off the wall. Did not receive fresh face cloths or adequate towels for the next morning. Breakfast was awful. Best thing was the teeny mini muffin.

I only have one complaint, on sundayt, we went down to breakfast at 9:00 am and there was nothing left, everything was finished and I asked at the front desk and the girl told me they weren't going to serve any more. It was very disappointing to be left without breakfast. We were supposed to be able to have it until 9:30 a.m.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Free breakfast was amazing and well stocked Room was a little beat up. Carpet frayed at transition, some grout missing. But so nice to have fridge and microwave. I wish there was a suitcase rack in closet so I didn't have to have my open case on the desk. I also wish there was a hair dryer in the room.
