The rooms were spacious and very clean great views of the water If you have a room with a balcony. they have their own beach that is small but still a decent size w chairs. there’s a restaurant next-door that has a pool doesn’t look like many use it, but the food was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Called us earlier in the day to let us know our room was ready before check in and could come early if we wanted.

Lovely well maintained hotel! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our room including linens was pristine. Location is close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the delicious nearby restaurants with live music. We will definitely stay here again when in Jupiter. Parking was free too! Continental breakfast included a few organic options. Our grandson enjoyed watching the boats!

This is not a resort style hotel. There are no common areas for lounging and given its exceptional location on the inter coastal, you would expect there to be outside seating/lounge/pool area. Nothing. The room was comfortable but very basic. No more luxurious than a Holiday Inn Express. Front desk person was nice and offered water but hotel itself has no dining or cocktail options.

The room we stayed at was next to the noisy ice machine and a noisy air conditioning system kept us up all night! No pool on property the pool is next door at a restaurant. Checked out next morning and they refused to refund me for the one day.

The hotel is new, clean and on the water. The rooms are comfortable, but the hotel has almost zero amenities. There’s no pool, gym, sundries or laundry. They say you can use the pool at the restaurant, but it’s LITERALLY in the middle of the dining area. As the kids swam, there were dining tables all around the pool with families having dinner…it’s SO WEIRD!! So, there’s no pool. There’s on site water sports, but they’re separate, you have to pay extra and they close at 2 pm!! Not worth the money unless you’re just looking for a comfortable bed.

Breakfast advertisement was misleading. For what you pay, you should've had a full breakfast. And the toilet paper at the stadium was better than what was provided at this facility. There should have some type of workout facilities for the charged. You advertise a restaurant and bar but it's not part of the facility. You have to walk two blocks to get to it.

This was out second stay at The Pointe Hotel. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, service, location and overall comfort. The air-conditioning unit in our suite, however, was a bit loud and did wake us during the night. We would, however, highly recommend this property and would book again.

We had a great one night stay here. We had a balcony room with amazing views. Breakfast was grab and go which was fine. We asked for an extended check ou and were given 12.30pm with no extra charge, which was much appreciated. Only downside was the very noisy air conditioning.

Really great place to stay with a private beach area. The larger beaches around are also very quiet and an easy 10min drive. This hotel was built right. Super fast elevator and extremely quiet rooms. Our room was right next to the elevator and ice machine, and we were worried about noise at night--we didn't hear a thing! Staff is also extremely friendly and the hotel is small enough that they recognize you coming and going. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant on property is very good. I would recommend staying on the water side if possible. We didn't realize the other side of the building faces a very busy road and while we were in a corner room with a small view of the water, we could still hear the traffic. Also, the A/C unit was loud. We would stay again but only if we could get a room on the water side.

We had a very nice stay at The Pointe Hotel. Two things stuck out for us: 1. We got a call when the room was ready and the room was ready quite early. This was very welcome. 2. The other was the desk person Evan. He was very friendly with helpful restaurant suggestions, working with us to extend our stay, and even some county history. He was a bright spot in a bright experience.

Amazing!! Such excellent service, Allison at the front desk took such great care of us. The property is so nice, spotless room, beautiful view with the balcony. The restaurant on property has incredible food and view as well. Was a little apprehensive about booking as it looked small but can’t wait to come back and stay again!

So this hotel is not really by a lot walkable wise. The first person that checked us in was very personable, however, after that the front desk person changed and she was not personable at all. It was a nice hotel, however the beds are horrible to sleep on. We stayed 2 nights and it was unbearable, hard as rocks. We loved the view but the beach area was very small, the pool was in the middle of the restaurant. Blue Pointe Bar and Grill (where pool is located) is an excellent place to eat, everything was fabulous-service, food, and the singer there. Beautiful sunrise though! Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we will find another hotel if visit area again.

This is a very nice hotel on the inlet and close to the Atlantic beaches and many wonderful restaurants, blowing rocks and the lighthouse and museum. The restaurant on the property is on the waterfront and very good!

The staff was so kind and offered silverware when they saw our to go boxes. The grab & go breakfast was perfect for a quick breakfast (trail mix, mini muffins, individual cereal & milk, etc). Easy to take back up the room or to run out the door with! PERFECT location between Blue Pointe Bar & Grill and Tiki52. Less than a 5 minute walk to each.

The Hotel itself is great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service at the Hotel is also great. Hope was fantastic. The only complaint I had was the restaurant is not really user friendly. We got in and went down for a quick bite and a drink. We sat at a table and were politely told there was an event that night and we could not sit where we chose. No problem, we went to the hostess, and we were told we could sit by the pool. We picked another table and as she was taking us there some guy comes up and begins chewing her out and I asked where we can sit. He gave me an attitude and I told him we would go somewhere else, and he begins giving me lip. I decided we would never go back to the restaurant again. Understand that the restaurant is part of a big successful marina, and I understand that, but like a country club, the members are given preference. Don't advertise you have a restaurant, when it is hit or miss. In fact, the second night we were there it was closed for a wedding.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to do so much in the area and come back and just enjoy dinner down @ the Blue Point if we chose to. The Pelicans really gave us a show the night before we left.

Very modern and cold. Only saw 1 receptionist the entire stay…not another soul around. There was a blue light on the computer tower in the room that kept getting brighter and then would fade to darkness…THE ENTIRE NIGHT! I had to put a pillow over it. The continental breakfast in the morning was entirely prepackaged (like fast food) pastry…felt like the entire place was run by a computer. Not my cup of tea.
