It was wonderful!!! We spent July 4th weekend there and had a room where we could see the fireworks at the stadium. We used the pool and the gym and hiked the neighborhood. Nice restaurants nearby. The renovations and remodeling did not bother us at all. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant too. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

I booked this property in order to attend the Italian festival, located very conveniently across the street. Upon checking in, it came to my attention that the current nightly rate was $211. I was paying significantly more. I asked staff to adjust and they said to contact Expedia, which I did. I was not compensated in any way, the vitual assistant told me it was impossible. The bathroom shower was moldy and floorboards in bathroom not cleaned...ever.The A/C sounded like ahet taking off everytime it went on. I took many photos of the bathroom, I did not go to the staff, as I did not want to further ruin the trip. The breakfast was good, the woman servicing the breakfast area was very nice. The hotel and parking were convenient and the bed comfortable. If interested, I will gladly share the photographs of the bathroom.

I’m not sure of the girl’s name at the front desk but she was outstanding. I think her name is Ari. She helped us out when we needed to change a room and she was very helpful and anything else that we asked for so I give high praise to her. There were three problems -number one when you open the door the lock came on and you couldn’t close the door so we had to change rooms -number two when we changed rooms. We got into a new room and the air conditioner leaked on the floor and there was water all over the floor by the air conditioner. They came in and fixed it but it was like that for a full day before they did. Also, the bartender was a bit on the shady side. He pushed us to get doubles in a drink, and it turned out. He gave us no alcohol at all. It was just soda. I do believe his name was Jason. I spoke to the front desk about it and they reimbursed us for the drinks. he also said there was no bottled wine or beer and they had run out of a lot of the liquors.

The staff was extremely rude. I was trying to speak with the front desk person & this guy who worked there was talking to her. And he just kept talking and talking to her and didn’t allow me to ask my question. I was held up for 5-7 minutes. When I pointed this out the front desk person said “you are rude”. I was just pointing out that I didn’t appreciate being made to wait while they had their conversation. This is at a hotel where I was paying $800 a night for two rooms. This is endemic of a poorly run hotel. I would seek out better options in Jupiter.

When we got there to check in. They said they no longer had a two queen bed option that I had purchased and selected. There were four of us so it really put us in a bad place. They did not offer us anything in regards to compensation! Very disappointed

Amazing accommodation. Went to Jupiter to watch the Cardinals about 10 years ago and came across this jewel right across the street from Roger Dean Stadium. Been staying there every time we go to Jupiter. Highly recommend this hotel.
