The jacuzzi was out of service. The key to get in to the pool was not working, the key to the ladies restroom by the pool was not working and the mens room by the pool you couldn't lock from the inside.

The pool bottom was dirty , the shrubbery around the pool was a mess . Rooms definitely need updating had to look u see the a/c to turn it off . Won’t be staying here again

I hate to say it was a little smelly in our room. The people responsible knew it was smelly because after moving the curtain there was a deodorizer put near the ac/heating unit. We needed to be in that area so we bought a deodorizer and it was a little better.

The carpets are so filthy, I could feel the filth on my bare feet. After walking around all day in that room, the socks I’d put on were black. The mattress was ok. The TV fine. At one point, I’d told the reception desk that all three handicapped spots in front were blocked by a truck performing some service there. Thirty minutes later, still blocked.

The room wreaked of a baby powder odor. Behind the curtains there were multiple bottles of odor eliminator that were very potent. The shower was broken and very difficult turning on. We checked in at 1am and were checking out at 6:30 am. We were just needing a few hours of sleep after driving 16 hours.

The room and refrigerator were rather small. No hot water in the shower-no matter how many ways I tried to turn the shower knob. I complained and staff said that the engineers wired some of them backwards but still it was cold or freezing cold as you turned the knob. The hot tub likewise was lukewarm with weak jets. Why bother having a tub that does not work. On the plus side breakfast was good and the facility was very clean.

Place needs to be updated. Was not impressed with lobby. Just old. Didn’t even attempt breakfast as a McDonald’s was within walking distance. Bathrooms are old. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Stayed one night. Got in after midnight and didn’t want to drive up turnpike that late, so it was a convenient location. Just not up to what a Fairfield should be.

King suite was nice but the pullout sofa for our 3rd person was very uncomfortable, felt the uneven coils so wound up sleeping on the closed sofa, also not very comfortable. A/C worked great and was quiet. Lighting over vanity not bright enough. Toilet was very low, comfort height would be nice. No USB outlets. Nice basic hotel breakfast. Would stay there again, quiet and convenient to visit friends nearby

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, dining options and I95. However, the door lock didn’t work and my shower did not have hot water. Additionally, the condensation from the a/c unit soaked the carpet. There are better options available nearby.

The service was extremely slow checking in at 9pm there was a line of 5 plus people waiting. The next mornings breakfast was missing a lot of stuff. No milks, no waters, ect. The room was clean and they had late check out which was nice.

Went to front desk and asked for a manager, the girl working had a personal phone in her face and didn't even put it down to talk to me. She informed me that there's no manager on the premises. Very sad and unprofessional operation

Fine hotel. I wish the weekend breakfast started earlier, as many of the Jupiter water activities start early in the day. Lots of strip malls with fast food and fast casual options nearby. 15 minute drive to Jupiter piers and waterfront places.
