Very nice location, easy parking and really nice pool area, with bar and restaurant. Mini-golf, basketball and other activities are great. The only negative is you are likely to hear your neighbougrs next to you a bit.

We thought it would be amazing to spend my birthday weekend here and was absolutely turned off by this place. The hot tub was freezing cold, drugs were found in the pool kids were in, people smoking on the property wherever, and the neighbors woke us up before 8am with music and loud conversation. Asked for security to talk to them and nothing changed. Will never go back and I wish I could get a full refund for the waste of a birthday at this place.

It was good. If you want a tiki bar be prepared to walk to the main entrance it’s the only place with food, and tiki bar with pool. The rest of the resort has pools but no bar and no food.

Love to stay here. BUT- we were put in building S which was horrible. Thankfully, the front desk person Diane was sooo friendly and kind and moved us to building x, which was a slight upgrade. We love the pool and outside hot tub, and the bar and bartender was awesome. Just wish the bar and restaurant was open past 8 pm.10 pm would be perfect.

This property was a great choice to stay at. The staff and property was great. The room was a bit dated with an older jacuzzi/ tub/ shower and the outlets were a little bit difficult to use. Otherwise, the room was great! There was entertainment in the pool area daily including bingo and karaoke. The property was very clean and lots of dining options and activities nearby. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Check in was smooth and our accommodations were spacious and just what we needed. Unfortunately the hot tub nearest us was out of commission for most of our stay and the ice maker near us was a relic that never had a hope of working. We stayed in the Oaks section and there were several huge pot holes in the driveway that made walking after daylight dangerous.

This hotel has three nice swimming pools and gym, as well as a bar and restaurant. Cleanliness is great. The rooms are comfortable; however, the sofa bed in our unit was not very comfortable. The hotel is right next to Irlo Bronson Hwy, the main artery in Kissimmee, with many restaurants, stores, and other businesses and attractions in its vicinity. It is also a short drive from the Disney parks, and near Old Town.

This was my 4th stay at this property. I have always found it to be very good, however this stay we found a cockroach in the room and there was no call back from management after reporting it. Very disappointed in Legacy. Where there is one there is more… Be aware!!

Room was filthy. Floors were so sticky your shoes squeak when you walk. Mold in sinks and shower.... Graffiti inside the room was spray painted over....homeless people sleeping in doorways.

The place was extremely dirty. Our feet/socks was so dirty and this is when we realized that the unit has not been cleaned. I notified the lady upon check out and she did not seem to care.

The jacuzzi was so weak that it barely moved the water, there was multiple kind of bugs in our suite, main reason we booked this was because of the jacuzzi and that didn't work. Paid over $400 for motel 6 quality. Can only get anything through expedia so the neighbors who were up until 1 am blaring music couldn't be stopped by calling front desk. Do not stay here, you'll regret it.

This resort was disgusting. Checking in was not easy either. After they gave me a room that would be ok with wheelchair accessibility we headed there to check it out. It was disgusting. There were dead bugs in EVERY single room and LIVE ROACHES crawling all over the counter in the kitchen. There was hair all over the floors and it smelled terrible! I went back to the check in and informed them. They gave me a room that was on the second floor which I could not use due to needing a wheelchair accessible room. I did go t on the room to see if I would somehow make it work and that room was not much better than the first one. My family and I had to leave and spend more money for a place that would be able to accommodate wheelchair for my special needs child. The pictures on line were NOTHING like the actual unit. I have been awaiting an answer for a refund and that has turned out to be quite the hassle as well. We will never be booking at this resort again.

Very good price - but naturally that comes at a cost. In this case it means "old but mostly ok". We (family of 5, 2 kids) had a 2 bedroom apartment, with enough space and all necessary appliances to cook or do laundry. I did not see a single mosquito - quite an achievement for Florida. 3 large clean and warm pools. Enough parking facilities. And - QUIET. Although on the weekend it was very well booked and I know for certain at least 2 parties were held by groups of youngsters just out of high school we had not a single problem with noise. One thing they could improve on - quality of mattresses. The kings bed was fine, queens bed soso - but the couch not advisable at all.

Facilty was clean but outdated. Very thin walls where everything that happens nextdoor is heard. Other guest were very loud. One side of the vacation property seem to be more modern than the part we stayed in.

Our AC didn’t work the 5 days we was there had to call daily for tech to add freon. One TV didn’t work. Also need more safety rails in tub for older guest. Update mattress and sofa after so long (worn).

We liked that it was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equiped. Wat we did not like: internet connection was very limited. The roof in one of the rooms was leaking when raining. There were insects ( beatles) coming in to the room through the vans.

Craziest shower setup ever, it is in a spa tub, kind of dangerous to get into, no wall or curtain, eater never got hot even after running tub at full for a few minutes. Room had a view of the next building, thats it. Room itself is okay. Small TV in living room, even smaller in bedroom.

Good mini suit with a good recreation areas, close to many places. The only thing it’s you can hear everything and we had a neighbor that at 7 in the morning the neighbor in the floor start banging his door for a long period I call to the front office but no one comes and past more than have and hour between screaming and banging very hard the door.

Wall is very very thin. I hear every single conversation my next door is having. Room is connected by 1 door, which is just regular bedroom door like. Furnitures are very low quality, imagine cheap dorm room furnitures. Bed is very bumpy and shifts with weight. I’m 150lbs. Couch/sofa is so cheaply made, unbelievable. Tiny TV screen like computer monitor. It was overall very low quality hotel.

The water pressure was low, and the hot water wasn't very hot. Other than that, we loved it. The room lacked phones; they communicated by text and responded very promptly. We would stay here again. The staff was friendly.

This is a really old facility not maintained over the years. The check in self service kiosk didn’t work and they only had one person in front desk with a line. All Mattresses are hard and the toilet clogged but when we reported at 11:14pm nobody answered. They asked next day around 8 am to see if the issue was resolved. Never will consider this property again.

The pictures are misleading unless you stay at the main resort—the one with the pretty pool, bar, and restaurant, at least I assume, since I saw none of that. I was assigned a room with none of this, across the busy street with a lot containing more potholes than parking spots. ‘Security’ knocked on my door later in the evening one night and used my interior door in order to help the guests next door enter their room and then took off without locking off these doors appropriately. Unacceptable. When I complained at the reception desk (across the busy street), staff didn’t quite grasp why this was wrong. Hoping this review helps the next person decide NOT to stay here. Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you.

We experienced several situations that displeased us about the hotel. First, two individuals on a motorcycle entered from behind the room we were staying in, and we called security, but they never came, and those individuals emerged from behind the rooms at 2:00 a.m. Second, when we returned from a walk, we found the kitchen flooded with rotten water. We called at 10:00 p.m., and the maintenance man arrived at 10:45 p.m., angry and scolding us because we called almost when he was due to leave his shift.

Overall this is a convenient, spacious, and quiet place to stay. I loved having an entire apartment for a great price. Although dated, I did find that the toilet was a bit clogged, the coffee maker did not work and I did have an issue using my key to get into my room. The issue was resolved and the staff was courteous. If you are getting there at night, you have to really look to see the building letters as they are not lit up. We were comfortable despite the minor stuff and will be staying again.

The entrance and exit of the property is extremely dangerous do to a main highway and there's no light to make it a bit safer, ....the property inside it's cute and very big with lots of parking but the property is outdated, still stuck in the early 90s and needs beautiful tropical plants for a pleasant view, but other than that the staff where wonderful especially the security and the ladies at the front desk.

Everything was great from the time of check in - to checking out. Very easy , very nice professional crew. A few things they can work on is the parking lot- there’s pot holes , uneven pavement. And the repairs in the apartments. They seem to be quick fixes - which can make the area look bad. Other than that , we had a great time ! We will be back.

We stopped here for a night just to hang out and have some fun. I love this property it's super accessible and the kids love it and there are plenty activities planned out for the kids throughout the day. There are plenty stores to visit around the property however there are no sidewalks so you just have to be careful which is not the hotels fault please keep that in mind. The hotel does however, have food on site and a bar by the main pool. Definitely check it out whether you are alone, a couple, or a family this hotel is great!

Pictures are misleading for a standard 2 bed room. The coffee shop mentioned was not opened for our mid week stay. There was 1 coffee pod in the room with no instructions as to how to get more. Thankfully we were busy throughout our trip and didn't spend much time in the room.

Enjoyed the friendly staff. Enjoyed the food and pool. Rooms very clean but outdated. Beds were uncomfortable and the tvs did not work. Door to the Adjoining room needs to be sealed better, seemed like the tenants next door were in my room when having conversation.
