Club Wyndham Cypress Palms

Close to Disney Parks, restaurants, and there’s an Aldi grocery store really close. Some of our fav things were- mini golf, 2 pools, screened balcony, quiet, & very friendly staff. Only complaint was we had to park pretty far away from our room when we got back in the evenings. Hoping to stay here again!

Club Wyndham was amazing clean great hotel pool and hot tub was amazing the staff was great and every night I saw security all around the hotel

The property was under construction but did not hinder our experience. The staff were great, pools clean, always a chair available too

Cypress Palms is a large resort with two pools and other onsite activities. Even though it was very busy, none of the amenities were ever crowded. We were always able to get chairs by the pools and the pool areas were very clean and comfortable. The one bedroom unit we had was very large and unlike many other resorts, we barely ever heard any of our neighbors

I loved how spacious our room was! Lots of amenities. I would say the most difficult part is that the fitness center is far away depending on what building you are located in. It is a great stay and luxurious. Lots of activities for the kiddos.

This was a great place for the family and clean. The amenities were nice, especially the life sized chess. The only thing that could have been better is that entertainment was only available for limited times which could have been better communicated.

The rooms here are very nice and spacious. It’s easy to make your way around the property with signs everywhere. Beware there are a lot of animals on the property- I ran into raccoons, opossums, and alligators. The biggest downfall in my opinion is the lack of food/beverage options. There are none. Nowhere to get a cup of coffee, a drink, or a snack. Overall though it is a very nice place to stay. Very quiet

Closes EVERYTHING down for a storm... grill/pools/activity room were open for ONE DAY of our week stay. Both hot tubs were down all week. Super unfortunate. When I asked for any type of credit, their response was 'we can't help the weather'.... I was expecting a better place. Would NOT recommend if there is any rain/wind in the forecast.

The one bedroom suite is very spacious and had a very comfortable king size bed and good pillows. Very quiet, other than construction starting at 8am every morning. One Hot tub was out of order and the other one was not very hot but if the weather had been warmer, they would have been enjoyable. Nice pool area. Foosball and pingpong indoors for rainy days which was great.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this property. The hotel was a good price and free parking was a plus. The staff was friendly and allowed us to continue using the pool even after checkout. Also, not too far from major parks. The downside was that several roaches (yes roaches) were spotted in the room throughout our stay. Luckily I’m not afraid of roaches and it wasn’t enough to make me pack up and leave. I didn’t request a new room because I’m positive the problem wasn’t only contained to my room. The room was overall clean with cleaning supplies. Also, there is a large pond on the property within steps of the pool and other amenities. A baby alligator was spotted by another guest. There are warning signs for snakes and alligators. If none of those things bother you then you may enjoy the property for this price.

The room was outdated and many parts were less than clean. The sofa bed was stained and dirty. The toilet seat was dirty. There was a german roach on the shower curtain. Several towels were filthy along with a pillow case. The shower head lacks pressure. The faucet is too close to the sink making it difficult to wash your hands. The room needs a major renovation. The amenities are pretty good, though.

booked a suite room, but they moved us to another room, they didn't care at all which room was booked, and when we returned from a walk, we found a cockroach crawling in the room.

We arrived for a stay of four nights. Around 10:30 PM we were ready for bed the first night and I noticed a bug crawling on the floor then when I walked to the bed and pull the covers back, I noticed a bug crawling on the bed so that triggered me to investigate more and there was bugs crawling all in the bed. I immediately called guest services and the lady who answered the phone said she was going to send someone over immediately. I waited about 15 minutes and no one showed up so I called back. She stated the person was coming right away. She called back stating they should be to my room in about 10 minutes so in about 15 more minutes later no one showed up. By then I’m frustrated because I have small children and it is time for bed. We are exhausted. I go to the front office and express my frustration. I let them know how disgusting this is to have bedbugs and we need a new room immediately. I was first offered for someone to come spray. Who in the heck wants someone to come spray for bedbugs in a hotel???that is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I obviously told them no way. I demanded a new room. I was told they needed to wait for the manager. So I sat in their lobby about 30 minutes, waiting for them to speak to a manager. All this time and my children and Husband are standing in the kitchen of this hotel room waiting to move all of our things after we have driven eight hours to stay at this hotel. The lady ended up “finding” a room with musty carpet

The 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was recently renovated. It was fantastic! It was clean and well stocked. Overall the grounds were pretty well kept. The pools are not huge, but there is plenty of seating around them and they were exceptionally clean. We were even allowed to stay past checkout time because our flight left in the afternoon. We absolutely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, cozy, and peaceful. The location is super central—close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wyndham Club Cypress Palm is a beautiful property. Extremely clean apartments and all Staff was Amazing. Clos4 proximity to everything. This will forever be my choice of stay when I visit the Kissimmee area several times a year.

The property was not as clean as I thought it would be. No one cleans the outside. Milk was spilled on the walkway on the 2nd floor and it sat there for the whole 7 days we were there. Plus there was ants everywhere, I thought it was in the kitchen because possible food but once I opened the empty closet they were all over in there. Other than that the stay was nice and the activities were great, my family loved the heated pool!

Do not think the place was cleaned prior to arrival. Had to replace all the bedding and vacuum ourselves.

I was very much content with the property, except for the loud noise of the air conditioning unit that was in my bedroom.

Staff was super amazingly friendly. Quick and easy check in. Rooms were spotless. Only negative is the way the rooms are configured, you can literally hear every word people say in the room next to you. I knew what they were having for dinner lol...

It is a very nice property, nice rooms and a there a relatively clean. For it being a small space, it is still very nice. Only thing is the pictures found on here where you see the room is deceiving because when I entered the room it was much more smaller than what the pictures showed but over all would rate it a 9/10 stay!

Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything outside including the lawn mower at 7 AM and the baby crying next door. Air conditioner is super loud where you have to turn the tv up when its on and down when it’s off. No netflix or youtube on tvand we have several shows we watch. No food or bars on property.

We had a first floor room and you could hear people next to us all night long. also you can smell the food that other guests where cooking in room

My stay was great, booked a condo last minute due to a bad experience at Delta Hotels by Marriott. The only drawback of this Wyndham property is their building layout, feels like you have to walk a mile to find 1 elevator on each building, then another mile from the elevator to your room depending on where you are. Other than that, no complaints!!

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom deluxe. Overall the stay was great! Nice full size kitchen, comfortable beds, very spacious & stackable washer and dryer which was quite handy. The bathroom setup worked well for 2 women trying to do hair and makeup…their is a stand up shower with toilet and mirror PLUS connected to the master bedroom is a jetted tub with an additional sink and large mirror. The weather was cool, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but there was a list daily activities near the elevator. Very quiet and beautiful view of the pool and the pond. The only issues we had were when we walked in there was an odor near the kitchen and bathroom area (possibly from cooking) along with the linens from the previous guest still being left in bags on the dining table when we walked in. After doing a walk thru I also noticed their wasn’t a shower curtain up (the previous one was in on of the bags leftover). As I went for my phone to check for a number to contact the front desk I received a welcome text and was going to respond with the issues. Before I finished typing their was a knock on the door from maintenance to pickup the bags and put up a shower curtain. I told him about the odor, he immediately called the manager and put her on speaker for me to tell her about the issue. Within 5 minutes someone was their and sprayed deodorizer in the areas, which took care of the issue for the remainder of our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for the $$. Super clean. Only negative is it can be a bit noisy at times.

This was an amazing hotel. We ran into issues and ended up coming the day after we were supposed to be there and they worked hard to accommodate us. There was construction on the entry road, but the alternate route was fine. Conveniently located by Disney Springs and the outlets. Restaurants everywhere! Will definitely be back!

The staff was unkind with everyone, front desk personnel were more interested on checking their social media on their cell phones than doing their job

What we are looking in a hotel is the service unfortunately this hotel does not offer any service no cleaning no water bottles no body wash on time

We stayed for two evenings and our rooms were spacious and clean. Our unit had everything we needed. We were greeted when we arrived a reception from a nice gentleman and we were quickly sent to a customer service rep to check us in. Our check in process was long plus we were then sent to another customer service rep to get our wrist bands as they were the keys to our room, pool access, etc. Immediately but nicely we were told we were booked the next morning for a reception (paraphrasing) and what time would we like to attend. I politely told the lady we were not interested in going to this meeting as it was for a Timeshare. There was no real pressure to attend but it was mentioned and if we attended we would receive a gift. That aspect of my check in was not appealing especially after driving 8 hours. Anyway, lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed the cookies at check-in. We did not enjoy the sales pitch for timeshare at check-in.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Sophia was especially helpful when coordinating multiple reservations.

Loved our stay here and would definitely go back. We had the deluxe one bed and reception was very accommodating when we requested a lake view. Room was nice and clean. Loved that the kitchen had utensils and pans if we wanted to cook and hotel was 2 minutes from a supermarket and numerous dining and shopping options. We also weren’t too far (20-30 minutes) from Disney/Universal which we liked as we didn’t want to stay to close to that area and explore other parts of Orlando/Kississimee area.

This is a nice large property, that was really quiet and had nice amenities on-site. There is an Aldi, Cracker Barrel, Chili’s, Krispy Kreme, UNO Pizza and many other places to eat nearby which worked great for lunch and dinner options. We had a 2 bedroom villa that was nice and clean, decently updated and very spacious. Very close to the entrance to the Disney area. My only true complaint was the 10am checkout time and housekeeping knocking on my door at 9am. The checkout time should be 11am….overall we plan to stay again at some point this year.

Beautiful resort!!! Exceeded my expectations for the price and it’s really close to DisneyWorld!! So much to do near by and staff was amazing!! Be sure to check out FoodTruckWorld across the street!!

this was our second stay here , and we love the property and its location.

Very big suite and good value. Location is OK, easy access to Disney. Some choices for dining nearby (all chains). The hotel itself is definitely dated, though I could see they were working to redecorate rooms (even early on a Sunday morning...) The AC in our room was not working well. It was adequately cool but quite damp. Damp enough that a towel did not dry at all when left hanging overnight. I communicate this issue to the hotel staff and they said they would address it but never did.

Great hotel for the price. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and we were very impressed with the room and the amount of space. The kitchen was nice and well-furnished. Also it's in a good location close to the Disney parks. Decent restaurant options nearby and there is an Aldi (grocery store) right next door. This has become our new favorite hotel in Orlando.

Convenient location for the theme parks and shopping. Nice pool area close to building 1. Close to food trucks haven; good selection of food.

Nice place to stay. Very clean, comfortable bed. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities close by. About a 20 minute drive to Universal Studios (traffic is horrible in Orlando). Office kept us informed on everything. Definitely recommend.

Construction around the property, made it difficult to travel, especially with Uber. Also sound of construction woke us up at early hours in the morning during a vacation They were also transitioning between a third-party vendor and in-house snack bar so stock was low. Water was especially unavailable, which is a necessity for travelers.

This is a great property for a reasonably priced family vacation. This is a smaller resort so there aren’t a bunch of pools (2)/restaurants/etc. on site. There are multiple restaurants and a grocery store just off property with a path to the restaurants. The resort was very clean and the staff were better than other resorts we have stayed at in Orlando. The location was great for our trip and we felt safe during the stay. As with other resorts there was a kitchenette with dishes/utensils/cookware. I wish we brought a Roku box due to weather conditions. Tv did have a lot of channels and multiple hbo channels. Yes this is a timeshare community so you can do a tour, but you can also decline.
