OVERALL STAY AMAZING. CUTE LITTLE TOWNHOUSE. ITS A BIG PROPERTY SO IN MY OPINION, I WOULD ASK TO STAY ON UNIVERSAL STUDIOS COURT. ITS SUPER CLOSE TO THE POOL AND FRONT DESK.THE LAZY RIVER! THE POOL! First I will say the Villa we were given was comfortable and clean, the guest service was friendly, However when I arrived there was a sign on the front desk stating the main pool, lazy river, and slides would be closed for the duration of my stay. Those were the reasons I chose this resort over locations so to say I was severely disappointed would be an understatement, then to add to the disappointment I was charged the full resort fee even though the biggest without any offer of a fee refund. For this reason I would choose a more reputable place to stay when I'm back in the area.

We had fun at fantasy world resort. The staff were friendly and helpful and even got us a discount at the theme parks. The villa was large with a full kitchen and dining room. The rooms were clean and had been updated fairly recently, but our phone didn’t work. The main pool area was nice, but too shallow (under 4’ deep) and the water was too warm to cool off in. The pool near our villa was even warmer to the point that it was uncomfortable to swim in and not refreshing. The lazy river water was cooler and quite nice, the kids spent quite a bit of time riding it in circles. The water slides were fast and fun and the kids had a blast on them. Basketball court is ok, 3 different rim heights for bball which is nice for very small children but there is no actual court if you wish to play a game even with a few people abd the rim/mesh need some repair. Shuffleboard and pickle ball equipment was not in good shape, and was hard to use. The sand Volleyball court was not playable, we were disappointed to find out as we had brought our volleyball with us to play with friends. Overall this is a good location and fun reasonably priced vacation spot.

This is a great place that is conveniently located near all the parks with shuttles if needed. Also, it is perfect for travel with families. this is our 2nd time at the resort. they have made some renovations since our last visit. the pool is fun for all! Activities for the kids. its not a luxury resort and its not bottom tier. But its the perfect mid level resort. full kitchen so you can go down the street to Walmart to get items you may need. ( 4 mins away). Clean pools, clean resort. The staff was helpful and nice as well. no complaints overall.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lazy river. It was nice the units had their own washer and dryer. Clean and comfortable. We didn’t ever see the water slide open. The pool bar closed early but didn’t have hours posted just posted the time it opened. Lots of activities but every little activity costs extra.

The pool, waterslide and lazy river were amazing and what we truly needed to relax. When we went into the villa we saw 3 cockroaches and I was devastated. We did search the entire unit and got rid of them and left the lights on after that. Our first impression was not good, but we made the most of it and took full advantage of their water park.

Location: Great, Close to popular activities and shopping. Cleanliness: The worst! Smelled like mildew, we had small bugs all over and were bitten. I had old dried blood on the mirror and baseboard in our room. Our room had other people's clothing size stickers stick on the nightstand, lamp and behind the tv. The pillows are giant lumps and so hard. Ripped screens on the porch. The washer was covered with mold. You use gritty cheap soap for the bathrooms and we had to call for toilet paper as there was no rolls provided for backup. The pool was clean and we enjoyed that. The offerings for kids was fun but the property nickel and dime charges for everything... snow cones, tie-dye, arcade, everything! SAFETY: The teenage girl that sits at the lifeguard chair was regularly checking her phone. Her ONLY job is to watch and she kept her legs pulled up to hide her phone from view. I was a lifeguard and stayed there watching every day. The TV advertising for the cabanas was incorrectly priced and once we brought that up staff they removed it off but we were given the expectation it was a lower cost. LUCY was there most of our time and she was the best. She was kind, genuine and helpful. We wouldn't stay here again. We travel alot and thought that this is like the Walmart of vacations. I was ready to checkout after day# 2.

The property is outdated, and the townhouses did not feel clean, and the carpet was filthy going up the stairs. I saw a dead roach under the sofa bed and a baby roach in the tub. There were various activities to do, but they were not particularly impressive. The lazy river was small for the number of guests that were staying at the property. The pool was large, but then again, not large enough for as large as the property is. Needs to be updated.

We had a great time for my niece she is 6, great location great amenities the resort offers. The only complaint I have is the floors were not properly cleaned the kids feet were black after walking on the floors. Other than that we will definitely be back.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was much cleaner. This time the condo was overall stale & dirty. The floors had debris, kitchen table was sticky with crumbs, bathroom had hair in the shower and floor. It could be the unit we were in, but it was disappointing overall

I give it 3 stars for cleanliness because during the week we were there there was no mop to clean the house, the corner of the bathrooms had mold, a closet door was broken, the electrical outlet where the hair dryer was in the bathroom didn't work, we reported it and they never fixed it, and the girl at reception when we checked didn't say that the property had been renovated, I go almost every year with my grandchildren and this trip was not like the others, it's a shame I think they should have more control with the cleaning.

OVERALL STAY AMAZING. CUTE LITTLE TOWNHOUSE. ITS A BIG PROPERTY SO IN MY OPINION, I WOULD ASK TO STAY ON UNIVERSAL STUDIOS COURT. ITS SUPER CLOSE TO THE POOL AND FRONT DESK.THE LAZY RIVER! THE POOL! THE POOL BAR!!(PRICEY THO).THE WATERSLIDES ARE INCREDIBLE. SUCH SPACIOUS GROUNDS AND NEAT. MUSIC PLAYINGTHROUGHOUT THE AREA ON SPEAKERS.THE LAZY RIVER HAS A WATERFALL.SO PRETTY. THE FULL KITCHEN WAS GREAT.NSTACARTED AN ORDER DELIVERY.NICE DINING AREA AND LIVING ROOM AREA WHICH LED OUT TO AN ENCLOSED SCREEN PORCH. SAT OUT EVERYNIGHT NOT WORRIED ABOUT CREEPY CRAWLIES. STAFF WAS GREAT. VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.SIGHS.NOW THE COMPLAINTS. NOT MANY BECAUSE I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN BUT WILL COME PREPARED.THE BEDS?THE ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER HAD.WHOMEVER HAD THAT JOB OF GETTING MATTRESSES NEEDS TO BE FIRED.THE KING BED WAS SO HARD IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR.NO EXAGGERATION.ROOM WITH TWIN BEDS MADE THE LOUDEST NOISE EVERYTIME U MOVED. Love the pool area and activities! We spent most of the time there. Villas are ok I wasn’t as comfortable as previous stays. Villas are a little dated. I love the location and convenience to the strip with all the food and shopping stores.

Pool was fun, wish the slide was open more hours. The rooms were great. It is a townhouse, keep in mind the stairs. You can certainly hear all the steps and everyone taking a shower from downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean.

We love fantasy world! Great for families and lots of things to do! Thank you for keeping the pools open later!!! The rooms could use some upgrades though, for example the pillows, mattresses especially the pull out couch! Only having one open roll of toilet paper with NO back up is crazy to me.

Enjoyed the pools and lazy river. We were told we were "upgraded" when we got to the villa, the first floor (kitchen,living area,etc.) were newly renovated but the 2nd floor with bedrooms definitely was not. The air conditioning didn't make it up to the 2nd floor bedrooms unless we blasted it making the 1st floor freezing!

We stayed here for 5 nights while we visited family in Orlando. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a kitchen for the same price as a hotel (minus the resort fee). The villas were great, a little dated but, they were clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. This also put us only about 15-20 minutes from Universal City Walk or Disney Springs. Food and shopping options were easy access within a 5-10 minute drive. The mini “convenience” store in the lobby had almost anything you could need and had a self check out option. Our kids loved the pool, lazy river and slides.

Fantasy World is currently a mixed bag. There is some updating taking place that will likely bring some improvements, and it was a decent value for what we paid, which I assume was somewhat discounted due to the construction taking place that impacted the experience and limited some amenities. The pool is very nice and the staff in the activity center were kind and accommodating. We wasted a fair amount of money on arcade games that didn't work, but didn't bother to follow up as our stay was relatively short (3 days). The service orientation of the staff varied quite a bit. Shiloh was outstanding, as were the staff that greeted us upon arrival, going well above and beyond to provide meaningful assistance, while some of the other staff were less than friendly. Our questions and requests received prompt responses, but some front desk staff - and a female life guard at the water slides - were oddly chilly to us. Very minimal cooking gear in the kitchen, but we eventually discovered that more can be provided upon request. Comfortable but dated condo. A very old, dirty & barely functional broom was provided & some kitchen cabinet handles were broken. The toaster was junk and the dryer took FOREVER to dry even a small load of clothes. Room temperature is controlled by the front desk, which complicated things in the evening as we prefer cooler temps for sleeping and guests are not able to 'fine tune' the temp without a lot of interaction, so we opted to open windows at night.

We’ve been there two times and had to wait over two hours to get in to our condo each time, staff was mostly nice but at the end of our trip got over baring with the kids and there monitoring! We were a little late to checking out and the cleaning lady was down right disrespectful stood there with her arms crossed while we took a few minutes to get our suitcase out of the condo we were already packed up breakfast just took longer than expected!

We enjoy Fantasyworld because they keep the rooms and the public bathrooms especially clean. We enjoy the pool and all the activities. The staff is professional and fast with checkin. The area is walkable and close to everything. The bar has great drinks and food items. They stock the kitchens with everything you might need, even dish soap and sponge.

Great property from the room (villa) to the ammenities (pool, bar, slides, lazy river). Clubhouse being renkvated, but this property did not miss a beat, still took awesone care of us!!! Chris at the desk was phenomenal!! Cant wait to bring the whole family back this summer.

We were told with Gold Status we’d be eligible for a late check out. We were told we weren’t allowed to have one, even an extra hour was a no go. 10am seems pretty early. Most places are 11 or noon. So it was a rush in the morning to leave. Also we didn’t receive our 2 free welcome drink tickets and had to ask for them the next day. The pool area is beautiful and fun. But there is no shade unless you’re lucky enough to get one of the extremely few umbrellas they have or pay $150 for a cabana. The property is close to a lot of dining and Disney which is nice. Have stayed a few times as we are semi local and have about 5/6 resorts in Orlando we rotate through. Check in this time left a bad taste in my mouth as when we called to see if we could check in early they said yes for a $50 fee, we agreed and then when I got to the front desk the lady told me no units were clean yet, when I had just gotten off the phone less than a minute ago with someone else, she said oh yes we do have some clean when I told her that’s what I had been informed. Christine at the front desk was also very aggressive and had a bad attitude. Property and amenities are decent

This huge condo village has a washer and dryer in the individual unit, as long as you get one that’s more than just beds. Think kitchen. The pool, lazy river, fountain, kids soak zone etc are very nice. It’s on a quiet road just behind Irlo Bronson, but this backroad makes it very easy to come and go. Last I knew they have free shuttle to Disney, universal etc but the bus leaves around 7:00 a.m. and probably doesn’t return you until 9 P.M.

This is a great place that is conveniently located near all the parks with shuttles if needed. Also, it is perfect for travel with families. this is our 2nd time at the resort. they have made some renovations since our last visit. the pool is fun for all! Activities for the kids. its not a luxury resort and its not bottom tier. But its the perfect mid level resort. full kitchen so you can go down the street to Walmart to get items you may need. ( 4 mins away). Clean pools, clean resort. The staff was helpful and nice as well. no complaints overall.

Our favorite place to visit every year. Smaller, friendly resort atmosphere. Many improvements since last year too. The only critique I have is bar food no longer good quality. I hope they consider old menu/ingredients because we only ate here then. Now we will eat somewhere else or order delivery. Bartender still top notch service and attitude! Staff is outstanding.

We had the best time here. Everything was great including staff. Don’t fall for the ice cream bit though, around 11-12pm daily they say come get some ice cream by the lazy river, what they don’t tell you is until after you pick one it’s $4 an ice cream.

The property itself was as expected. Our only disappointment was the quality of food offered and the price of the drinks at the bar. We ordered from the bar on day 1 and never did again! Drinks were very expensive and the grilled chicken was a microwaved patty. The bartenders attitude was like we were bothering him. At checkin the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Overall, we would stay again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom townhome just a 30 second walk from the pool/slide/lazy river. It’s conveniently located and not far from the parks, however, we went just for the hotel. It is great for kids with a lazy river, 2 water slides. Hot tubs, splash pad, arcade, and pool with the graded entry. They had activities like a foam party and bingo. There a pool side bar/grill, and ice cream. Very cool place for a weekend get a way and will definitely be back.

The pool bar closed early but didn’t have hours posted just posted the time it opened. Lots of activities but every little activity costs extra.

Actually really enjoyed staying here. To have a 2 bedroom house with a resort feel was great for the family. The pool area is fantastic and hot tubs. There is a bar near the pool for drinks and burgers between 12-6 and drinks til 9:30pm. Also arcade area & ice cream robot machine lol. Feedback: We had someone roof clean with a generator and pressure cleaner at 7am on a Saturday morning. Not a nice way to wake up on vacation. There is also a description of an onsite restaurant but there is not just the bar area. There are food options like pizza, greek & chinese in walking distance that you can eat in bar area near pool.

This resort was incredible. From the front desk, to the bartenders...everyone was friendly. The room was perfect for our group. And the amenities?! They have everything! We plan to make another trip JUST to enjoy the amenities. It was a great weekend.

My family stayed here in October 26 and we had so much fun. We used all the pools and hot tubs on the premises,more than once. My granchildren and husband loved the slides and lazy river. The villa we stayed in was well taken care of. It was clean and organized. Having the screened in back patio was excellent for us. I would stay here again if we are visiting orlando in the future. Highly recommend.
