The amenities were fantastic. Enjoyed playing pickleball plus mini golf in the shade. The musicians were fantastic. Spent one night dancing. Loved the two pools and one was great for morning lengths. The walk along the lake was very serene.

This was a gorgeous resort. Our room was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for our trip to Disney. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Parking is my only negative for this resort. We had to park two buildings away from our building when we arrived. We were able to park on the side the second night but it was not enough parking for each building. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Onsite deli that was like a mini grocery store and a poolside bar! The spa was everything and it even has a game room and poolside activities for the children with live entertainment.

Check is in at 4. They don’t give early nothing. You can use the amenities early. But can’t get settled in a room. Nice property, Chris at the front Desk is phenomenal!! Everyone’s friendly and attentive. Kids has a blast! I enjoyed the sauna and steam room the most.

Beautiful resort with plenty of things to do -- nice pools, hot tub, bingo, karaoke, mini golf, etc. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Very close to Old Town and Disney property. No complaints at all.

Hot water didn’t work the bathroom Filthy w other’s hair all over the place. I checked out early because of the horrible conditions of this place AND THEY SAID OH WELL they couldn’t even refund me for the nights I didn’t stay. THIS PLACE SUCKS IT IS AWFUL.

There were bugs and ants dead and alive We weren’t able to sleep well because we were up killing ants all night The office sent someone to spray but it didn’t help the issue The place desperately needs upgrades. Everything is outdated. EVERYTHING!!!!!

The bed was about a 7/ 10 when it comes to all sorts of hotels and resorts ive stayed at, but the sheets were gross looking. It was nice that the property had a garden tub, what was awful was scrubbing it clean, the jets looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years, there was black gunk all in and around them, the floors werent mopped properly so after walking around for about 30 minutes in the room my feet were turning black, the shower had soap scum in it that was very obvious, the outlets in the room were falling out of the wall, the toilet made an awful squeeling noise every time you flushed it for about 5 minutes straight, the couch was very hard and uncomfortable. They also lock the thermostat so you cant get it under 73 ( thank you youtube for teaching me how to drop it). We had people staying in the unit next to us and you can hear everything in the units very very clear, theres really no noise barrier. Overall i wouldnt stay here a 2nd time and that truly is a bummer considering a lot of places dont offer garden tubs anymore but i refuse to pay over 400 for 2 nights for a unit i need to clean myself.

Flies in room and in kitchen. House keeping is only available if you’re staying more than eight days. Will never stay here again. Place is filthy. Noise level is horrible. There is no security driving around. The guest underneath us played loud music until 3:00am . I reported the dirtiness to the front desk all they said was thank you for letting them know .

The resort has a lot of potential but it just missed the mark on everything. At check in the staff is completely rude and clearly does not want to be there. The grounds have potential by having larger units but they are extremely outdated and not clean at all. The common areas are filthy and very noisy. The one positive I did see is that they do have an entertainment staff that keeps events going on like Bingo and Karaoke. It makes for a fun stay. It also keeps to stay busy and not be in the filthy rooms.

The customer service was impeccable, the room was spacious and amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was seeing two roaches in the kitchen I had to shake out my luggage to be sure I didn’t bring any home. Now I know it’s visitors who come and bring roaches but it has to be something that could be done to stop the issue before it gets out of hand.

I rent the room for 2 days when we came in to the room the mirror from the jacuzzi was not clean the shower was dirty as well we ask for extra towels they said was $7 dollars per towel we will never come back to this location

The floors were so dirty that our feet were black from walking around barefoot. The jacuzzi jets didn’t work. There was a funky smell in the room. There were just a lot of little things that made it look kinda junky. I do appreciate the ease of check in and check out and the huge bed was nice.

Spacious and clean. Obvious wear and tear on the furniture but didn’t affect our stay. Our upstairs neighbors were very inconsiderate. At midnight we had no choice but to make a complaint and they were quick to try and resolve it. If you have a choice, I would recommend staying on a top floor as the walls and floors are thin.

Good location for access to the parks. Suite was spacious. Pull out bed very uncomfortable bars in your back. Property stingy with toiletries and dish detergent. Pool not heated so too cold for the week we were there.

Check in was frustrating. Was asked over 5 times if we had any additional guests coming (we didnt) asked for 200 refundable deposit in case of damages (this was not disclosed earlier) when asked if they take cash she was a little rude and said no cards only. The living room/ kitchen was shared with another couple (also not disclosed) and the bed was super uncomfortable and made a noice like it was going to break in half when you moved. Its a beautiful property and the tub was nice but overall not worth the money or hassle. I would not book again.

My only critique is that they need to update the rooms to have USB plugs in the rooms. From kitchen to the bedrooms. I would Like to also point out they need to add “smart” TV’s. No streaming services on any of the TV’s.

The room itself was very nice, as the main reason for booking it was the big bathtub. Parking spaces get taken very quickly, but there is still plenty of other spaces a little further away. For some reason however, my room door was opened by someone else other than me on three separate occasions, and there were people constantly trying to open my door when I was in the room, even through the night. It was a scary experience. The walls are also thin, and I could hear the next door people very clearly.

The beds were comfortable. The amenities at the property were great. Customer service was probably the worse part that I didn’t feel was the best. Our air-conditioning was broken. When we checked in, we called maintenance and they came up. The maintenance man said he was only able to do so much and we would have to wait till the morning. we asked him for some fans and he said he would get them. An hour later we were told that they didn’t have fans. So we had to sleep in the unit without air-conditioning, which was very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk the next morning and explain the situation, and the woman told me I needed to go back up to my room and call maintenance on the phone. I asked why she wouldn’t be able to get a hold of maintenance because I’m standing at the front desk and you could tell it was an inconvenience for her. We had eight people in our unit and we needed to get three extra blankets. I called housekeeping and I was told their policy was only two blankets per day extra. I said we had four children and one of them was not going to sleep without a blanket. She continued to insist that was their policy. So my kid had to use a sheet for the night instead of a blanket. The unit that we stayed in was definitely older and not cleaned as well. Overall, I give the stay at C+. We should have gotten a credit for one night necause of the air conditioning and blanket issue.

This is the email i sent when we were trying to check in. We checked in finally a hour and 30min later Hello, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service we received upon our recent arrival at your resort. Despite having made a reservation and being assured that our room would be ready by a certain time, we were informed upon arrival that our room was not ready, with no indication of when it might be available. This lack of preparedness alone would have been frustrating enough, but what truly struck the issue was the complete lack of sympathy or apology from the staff at the front desk. My husband and I traveled three hours to reach your resort, only to be met with inconvenience upon our arrival. To make matters worse, the staff failed to provide any sort of time frame for when our room might be ready. This forced us to cancel our dinner reservations, as we were unwilling to further delay our evening plans without any assurance of when we might be accommodated. As paying guests, we expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that was sorely lacking in this instance. The failure to communicate effectively and the absence of any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused is unacceptable from a establishment of your caliber.Additionally, we requested some sort of goodwill to acknowledge the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced during our stay but was only told a hour added to check out. Luckily the overall romm was enjoyable.

When you make a reservation and you express that you are handicapped you ask for something you kinda expect it especially when you call 3 times to make sure it happens ! But one person a lady by the name of Tina a night auditor there went out of her way to move us closer and I appreciate her out all the managers there , she deserves a manager position as she showed dedication to me

Poor front desk reception etiquette, demeanor and attitude, completely unacceptable and rude. Unscheduled maintenance of heavy construction 🚧 during early hours of the morning, ie: 0715, pounding in the floor above our suite. Grounds crew out blowing leaves etc down our stairwell at 0800. The resort shoppe had minimal items for purchase. Not what one would expect from a resort! Good things - clean rooms, nice pools, good food from the restaurant!

Room was clean but the at 7am we were woken up by banging and tools and then informed there was a leak in the room under us and was believed to be from the ac. They were quick tho to accommodate us in another room and a 50$ credit for the inconvenience to use at their bar, deli or towards a massage. Was very satisfied at the end even with the inconvenience.

Arrived to a room without air conditioning. After contacting the front desk. It took them over 2 hours with an extremely insufferable, rude, and nasty attitude to remedy the situation. We could hear them snickering and talking sh$t as they gave us the run around for hours. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life with customer service/staff of any establishment in my life. If I wasn’t a civilized, grown up, with children. I would have thrown hands.

This place was clean and spacious. Pool was great. Bar and staff were great. Deli not good as food was tasteless and costly. Both times we purchased counterperson was pointedly looking for additional tip for nothing on top of overpriced food which already included 18% percent gratuity. No wonder that it was mostly empty.

We loved the spacious rooms with a full kitchen! Even though we didmt cook our 2 nights there, we like a lot of drinks and snacks. The resort is gated and feels safe. We had a ton of fun at the upstairs bar doing karaoke. Will definitely stay again!

Thus was my first visit. I loved the property. I loved the amenities. Food and bar pricing was reasonable and affordable. Initially my room needed re swept and mopped due to hair on the flloor, looks like was caught up in the mop from 1st cleaning. It was fixed immeadiately
