If looking for a reasonably priced hotel this is the place. No frills. No food or pool bar. Big pools but no atmosphere. Close to parks which was good.

I stayed in an updated room with a Disney fireworks view which was really nice. It was conveniently close to the disney parks, a walmart supercenter, and a bunch of food and stores. My only downside was that 2 out of the 3 pools were open which isnt much of a complaint but the hottub in pool #2 had cloudy/foam white bubbles which was questionable. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on ever away from home. I have had 3 back surgeries and never sleep too well, but on this trip I slept like a baby every night we were there. The place was spotless and even smelled clean. The pools were perfect, not too much chlorine, but yet they were clean and clear. Will definitely return to Westgate Towers!

I felt that we were not staying at the main resort, but they still charged us for a resort fees that we only went to the pool once. Also, the walls are really thin. You can hear our next-door neighbors have conversations well into 4 AM in the morning. When we went to the main resort, the hot tub wasn’t very clean. It was very greasy. It looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in years the same with the pool, but the property was very nice.

Amazing experience!!! The rooms were spacious and very clean. Convenient to have a full kitchen and two full baths. Grounds were wonderful with multiple heated pools, fire pit, lounge chairs, grills. Will definitely go there again!!

This place is pretty good for this price range. We live in Tampa and come this way often. You have quite a range of options. I think we've stayed in like 30 places over 20 years. This location is good. Anything you could want is close. Like everything else in this area it has some age but they have renovated and still are really. Some places around there are not. Three pools which is nice. Kind of a cool area that has butterfly garden. Can't say I've seen that before. Easily worth the price

I loved this property and would absolutely stay here again. Quiet, renovated, and convenient location. There is a Walmart right down the street if you forget any essential items. Plenty of eating in the area. There is a shuttle that will take you to the other Westgate Villas resort for sit down dining options.The only issue I had was key cards not working frequently. I followed all rules about not having them near my phone or car key, but it was a constant issue getting in and out the building and the room. Other then that, loved this resort and look forward to staying in the future.

The hotel was difficult to find due to their sister property nearby having the same name and some of the entrances that Google directed me to being closed. We went to the wrong place, waited in a long line, and were sent to the other property. Most of the amenities are at the first property which was quite inconvenient. There was no restaurant or breakfast at this location. The staff were not very attentive until you cornered them. The rooms and pool areas were clean and they did have a nice little garden area. The arcade consisted of about 5 arcade games, one of which was broken. With all of the other options around, I doubt I will stay here again.

I stayed for the first time, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The room was outdated, with several issues that made it an uncomfortable experience. The room has strong smell of humidity, which made unpleasant to stay in. The cleanliness was poor, with the carpet being dirty and unkept. The mattress was uncomfortable, with an indentation in it, making hard to sleep well. The furniture appeared old and in need of repair or upgrades. All the appliances were not working properly and old. Overall, the location was very convenient and with some renovation and a stronger focus on cleanliness and maintenance would help to be like is advertised.

Very clean and well maintained resort and rooms. Our 1 bedroom King room had a full kitchen and lovely views. Very near to restaurants, stores and the Disney parks. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Quick overnight stop after a long day. Comfortable and nicely appointed room with the thinnest walls possible! We could hear every word and screech of the family next door—at 11pm. Even with the ceiling fan and a/c running, the noise couldn’t be muffled. Not sure that I’d stay again considering this feature.

This place is really outdated. It sounds petty, but there was no lotion. The bed was like sleeping in a canoe, it sunk in the middle. They still use vertical blinds, and some were broken. The shower head was directed towards the shower door without being able to move it, so I got soaked before even going in. I'm not saying it's the worst place, but in Orlando, there are A LOT of better options.

We booked a studio room and were shocked to find that this was actually a conjoined room separated by only a regular bedroom door. Staying in a blocked off conjoined room is fine if there is adequate safety and privacy, typically the standard is a solid metal door with a lock on both sides. This was absolutely not the case at Westgate Resorts. Our door had at least an inch gap from the floor and everything could be heard from the other side's room. I woke up one morning to our neighbors casually talking. Absolutely no sound proofing with the door and no sense of security with the flimsiness of that being our divider to strangers that we do not know. The front desk could not offer us any solution saying the resort was booked and all single room were like this. We tried to book other accommodations but could not on such short notice. This whole ordeal of attempting to scramble and find a new place had completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing and early night in after the Disney parks. We had to settle for putting a towel down to create a makeshift cover at the huge gap between the door and the floor. We went to sleep not feeling completely safe and whispering to each other to communicate. Security and privacy should be 100% guaranteed within a hotel stay and yet we were so disappointed in what Westgate Resorts offered in those criteria.

The staff was excellent and check in was quick. The hotel itself was in great condition as there were great amenities including three pools, various parking areas, laundry room, butterfly garden, and games. The location was great too as there were many restaurants close by and a Walmart 3 minutes away. The room itself was spacious and included a jacuzzi tub. But the room was a bit outdated as furniture seemed old and too used up including the mattress that was basically sinking and very uncomfortable and the dresser and bath vanity looked like they were from the 80s. The bathroom had gunk on the sliding door metal. The water would be straight up hot, barely any cold water. The central air was a plus. They are currently doing renovations so hopefully they makes these changes.

The staff were above and beyond - Vey courteous, knowledgeable, and at the ready to assist or answer questions. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. This is not a complaint just a suggestion - television channels were OK but could be expanded to be more accommodating for sports and movies. All in all, highly recommend this property.

When we arrived I was greeted by Ryan who provided a very incredible first impression representing Westgate Towers with pride and kindness. He understood we were travelling from Canada and spending 7 days at the resort. I explained to him that I needed a quiet location where in the morning I could sit outside with my husband with our pot of coffee and enjoy the heat of Florida. Ryan went over and beyond to provide us a beautiful King size suite on the main floor with our own private terrace facing the pool. We were extremely pleased with the beautiful suite and would recommend booking this location! The staff were so kind and friendly including Carlos and Juan at the front desk, the pool attendant and grounds keeper, the security staff and the cleaning staff. What a wonderful group of employees so kind to all guests and who all seemed to enjoy working for Westgate Resort, proudly representing their Resort and Kissimmee.

At the time of our stay from the start they had given an uneasy feeling. Upon arrival they asked questions about what we planned to do & see and how often we’d be in our room. After checking in they asked us to go on a golf cart tour ( that the entire grounds & staff knew nothing about *scam) Once we had arrived to our room, around 8pm we called the front desk we had no a/c & the thermostat was blank & had no batteries. We had been told a maintenance technician would arrive, by 10:15pm no one called or showed. We went to the front desk to get our own batteries to install our self. Once they were in place the thermostat was on set to 68 reading 73 alllll NIGHT! We called at 7am the following day, security brought a room fan & left. Again the desk said maintenance would arrive. Once they arrived to our room after 24 hours of this notice we never heard from anyone again. Our family has stayed at other Westgate’s in the area & we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and well maintained resort and rooms. Our 1 bedroom King room had a full kitchen and lovely views. Very near to restaurants, stores and the Disney parks. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Our room was spacious - it had 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. It was only 9 minutes to Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and there were a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Great value

I'm a disney adult, we frequent Orlando alot. I was worried about staying off property I'll be honest with you. Westgate towers exceeded all of my expectations. We were upgraded upon arrival at no charge. Great start. Then we got to the room! Wow! All updated and designed beautifully. Comfortable and clean. With a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a balcony! Westgate earned my business twice fold. We will be back!! One note, the GPS put us out at the resort, not the towers so double check your location. We waited in line for 20 minutes to find this out. Oooops.

The hotel was difficult to find due to their sister property nearby having the same name and some of the entrances that Google directed me to being closed. We went to the wrong place, waited in a long line, and were sent to the other property. Most of the amenities are at the first property which was quite inconvenient. There was no restaurant or breakfast at this location. The staff were not very attentive until you cornered them. The rooms and pool areas were clean and they did have a nice little garden area. The arcade consisted of about 5 arcade games, one of which was broken. With all of the other options around, I doubt I will stay here again.

Great property. Rooms a little dated but overall still great. Walkable to several restaurants, Starbucks, and Walmart for those items we tend to forget at home. They also provide a shuttle to the Westgate Villas which is less than a mile away with restaurants, waterpark and several other amenities. I do recommend staying here and will stay again.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa and loved having the washer and dryer in our suite! Wish they a had a restaurant on site, but plenty within walking distance! Friendly staff and quiet building, clean..only about 15 min drive to Disney and other parks! we would definitely stay here again!

I loved this property and would absolutely stay here again. Quiet, renovated, and convenient location. There is a Walmart right down the street if you forget any essential items. Plenty of eating in the area. There is a shuttle that will take you to the other Westgate Villas resort for sit down dining options.The only issue I had was key cards not working frequently. I followed all rules about not having them near my phone or car key, but it was a constant issue getting in and out the building and the room. Other then that, loved this resort and look forward to staying in the future.

Beds were super comfy and the room and pool were great. We were a bit disappointed that the buffet breakfast (with surcharge) did not exist. We did not realize we would have a toaster so we would have brought bagels with us for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and just bring breakfast with us.
