Rating would have been hire except for parking. Getting in and out of facilities is ridiculous! No attendent, parking machine confuses most people… long lines, people trying to back up with a line behind them, they charge your room for parking then you have to call them to get refunded. Worst than being at an airport!

Love this is close to Disney springs and has multiple pools. Also the options for dining is a good variety. During our stay this hotel was very busy, multiple conferences and groups. The pool restaurant and attendant could not keep up with the crowds. So wait times for food and drinks was long and sometimes you didn’t get your order.

Beautiful grounds, easy transportation options to Disney. Very nice amenities. The hot tub was awesome. Excellent dining choices. John T. was top notch. Staff were extremely helpful. I would return. Although Disney shuttle had signs, I did not find the shuttle until after it had left.

Location is convenient to Disney spring and other Disney parks. Hotel is good but bit old. We’re assigned pet room which was ok due to we had dog. Only dissenting part was soon as we stepped in to room, there were old dog poop on the floor. Hotel offered free shuttle bus to Disney parks which we didn’t know till last day. Wish front desk informed us about it.

We love the location and cleanliness of this hotel and always stay here when visiting Orlando. It's a quick walk over the bridge into Disney Springs for dinner and shopping. The Disney shuttles are convenient, as well. Great conference rooms and we love the outdoor areas and pools.

Love the easy walk to Disney Springs, the quiet layout of the pool deck, the breakfast was delicious and loved the friendly, helpful staff! Dislike the $25 per day parking fee. That was terrible! The mattress in our room (865) needs to be replaced. Springs popping all night long. The pools definitely in need of attention. Black and green molds are highly visible in them. Some tiles are broken leaving sharp edges. Grout is missing in tile throughout the pool edging and needs to be ground out and replaced in many areas. We saw pool guy using net to get floating items (leaves and bugs) out of pools. While in the pool, noticed that all the dirt and debris on the bottom would be stirred up and highly visible. It was obvious that the pool had not been thoroughly vacuumed in quite some time. Both hot tub water levels were too high. Floating items could not go into the skimmers. Lower hot tub bubbler non-functional. Lastly, I was charged $34 for a single rum and coke!!??? Was told pricing was not in their control.

The lobby area was nice. We weren’t greeted very nicely by the front desk person and it was disappointing because we were excited to have arrived after a long drive. The elevator ride to our room was quick and easy. The hallway was musty smelling. The room was not clean. The shower gel was empty. The bedding had hair from someone else and the tub and sink weren’t properly cleaned. We brought Lysol wipes and spray and we had to use that to clean in order to use. It was very expensive for the quality of the stay. We did love that it was a quick walk to Disney Springs.

Property is a little old and outdated. Our room seemed like it was still stuck in the late 80s and updated from time to time but no modern features. Wasn’t too impressed with housekeeping where we found stains on multiple items like a couple towels and our comforter. I’ve stayed here a few times over the years but I am ready to give it up for something better.

The beds are very uncomfortable, the blankets are not soft, warm, or cozy, they were more like a thin towel. You have to rent dvds to watch a movie. Not convenient at all! A/C only goes down to 68 degrees, at first the room was stuffy and hot. It took well into the night to feel comfortable and not stuffy. The staff was friendly, and attentive when we needed anything. I will not stay at this location again. Not recommended 👎

The hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs, with a short walk to the skyway over the street. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The a/c was working but not too strong, but the room temperature was still comfortable. Bed and pillows were good, shower water pressure was great. The hotel is older but well maintained.

Disney Springs was easily accessible - better than I expected. Pool was nice and small coffee shop was convenient and nice as well. However, our room was quite dated and in desperate need of a refresh, including way to many cracked spackle spots in the bathroom, old furniture, and a very tired carpet. I also don’t like when (non-downtown) hotels advertise affordable rates but then charge large fees for parking. And charging for basic hotel WiFi is ridiculous these days. Not that they aren’t transparent about fees if you check, but given vacation planning can be hectic, I personally don’t prefer this approach and so likely will be looking to other options next time.

You can’t beat the location of this property. Overall it was a great experience. The condition of the room was lacking. Although it was very clean, the curtains had large tears and the walls had obvious patchwork that needs paint.

Manager Deacon was so rude. Lied to me, when I proved him wrong, he didn’t even apologize. They overbooked and I understand they were stressed, but the customer service at the palace was 100x better.

The property is ok, the beds are a little hard. Parking is an extra charge but they dont tell you till after you check in. There is a sign in your room letting you know. The staff is ok but they dont really want to give any information, and i was told i would get a text when the room was ready, but i guess they forgot. So far i can say i should have stuck with IHG. :( 😞

They really went above and beyond. From the moment we checked in with Miranda, the hospitality stood out. We requested a fold-up bed and it was delivered right away. It was surprisingly comfortable. Our bellhop, May, who helped with our bags was engaging and friendly. Even the security guard on property was very friendly. With so many hotels feeling the same, this level of hospitality makes a real difference. When we return, this will be our go-to place to stay.

We always stay at Hilton, but this was one of our favorites. Location!!! The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the breakfast—it offers a great selection, including plenty of healthy options like fruits and vegetables, which can be rare. However, I wouldn’t recommend the Japanese restaurant located inside. Yes, we’re already planning to return in the spring!

Hotel is showing age. 2 bed rooms are small even for 2 guests. One room is our group had a strange smell so room was swapped. Staff did replace a non functioning hair dryer quickly. Rooms are tended to everyday.

Terrific 3.5 star hotel. Friendly staff, great service, comfortable rooms and beds. Incredibly convenient to Disney Springs. Older decor/rooms. They make up for it with nice people and amenities. Complimentary water and coffee.
