Was traveling for work and stayed for two nights. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Could use a few updates but was disappointed that no one cleaned my room. This is something that should be communicated. Otherwise the free breakfast is ok. Pool is small as well as the gym. For work purposes it was fine close to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway.

The only reason we booked this placewas for the kids to swim. Well the pool was under construction and no where was it indicated on the web sit that the pool was closed or we would have gone somewhere else. The front desk was no help in that regards. They just kept staying that it was on the website, which it wasn't and I did show them that fact. Gave me a card to call manager but said manager wouldn't be in till Monday. We were only staying till Sunday. On top of all that the room smelled liked it was full of mildew and the carpet was damp. We all woke up with stuffy noises and runny noses. The stairways had garbage and ledt clothing in them. Not a place we will ever be staying in again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the pool & hot tub were great. The breakfast was good and offered several choices. The only downfall is the highway is very noisy close to the pool and traffic is heavy in the area. It is very convenient to everything and Silver Springs isn’t too far away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone there who made our stay so pleasant.

Great breakfast! Driveway/portico pavers needs to be cleaned with a power washer—a little grungy looking. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was huge. King bed is best I’ve ever slept on. Shower was great! Reasonable rates.

The hotel was clean and comfy. All employees we talked to were very nice, and housekeepers were very respectful. Food was warm and yummy! It was real food!!! Bed and pillows were comfy. Pool could have been a little cleaner, as water was low. The only negative....which is not the motel, but the traffic in front of the hotel is crazy busy. Big plus is Dunkin and Sam's is super close!

Only stay if you have to, dirty, the furniture looks like someone’s dog chewed on it. In the 4 nights I stayed there, not once housekeeping come to clean my room. If you have to stay here from escaping a hurricane, it will work.

Checked in, marissa at the desk was very nice Dropped stuff,went to dinner We got back late,getting ready for bed,kid saw a bug.Had to get up early for comp in am,told dont worry about it,go to bed.As I looked around the room,bugs everywhere.down to desk and showed pics.offer to switch room, desk not phased 20+ pics.They know they have bugs I’m pretty confident that there are bugs in every room in that hotel with the way that they reacted to my complaint. I said previously, my daughter had a big competition the next day and I did not wanna wake her up at 12:30 to move her to another buggy room. I knew we were leaving first thing in the morning and I just sat up all night waiting for 6 AM to come. I was told the hotel is up for renovation soon & and that she couldn’t process a refund for me right there on spot. But that I should call Expedia and they could take care of a refund for me. Contact Expedia first person I messaged was appalled as well by the pics, issue escalated to diff dept got a sorry for the inconvenience hotel denied refund Hotel Mgr will not take my calls,in meetings all day. Don’t stay at this hotel, it’s disgusting & their manager is disgruntled & Expedia is

This was a quick stop, 1 night only. Front desk was very friendly and easy to check in. Walked into 1st room and it smelled really moldy. Went back to front desk and they took us to another room down the same hall on 1st floor. It didn't smell so we dropped our things off and left to go get dinner. Came back a few hours later to get ready for bed and found live bugs in our beds. We video taped them and showed the front desk. She immediately got us another room on the 2nd floor in a handicapped room. We tore the beds apart to make sure there were no bugs and ended up staying the night because we needed to get on the road the next morning. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff was extremely friendly. Would we stay again? I'd have to say no.

Another great Fairfield experience. Front desk check-in was a breeze. The ladies were personable and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Always love a thermostat on the wall.

The hotel smelled of mold and artificial fragrance…something similar to a glade plug in that did not hide the underlying smell of mold and mildew. The smell was prevalent from the time we walked in to the room. We cracked open the window and there was an old mud wasp nest. If you are sensitive to smells this is not the place to stay. We didn’t stay the two nights as planned…we could only tolerate one.

The room was nice but our room was not cleaned for four days out of a six day stay and only after we said something. The cleaning manager brought us towels on the third day. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. The cleaning crew was working short staffed.

The front desk lady was super kind, but NOT impressed with the hotel rooms. Both on the first floor, 108, and 321 were nasty and smelled like mold! The third floor room had pink mold growing in the shower. We werent there an hour and switched to a new hotel after a full refund.

Had a 4 day 3 night stay. Was told that i would get turnover on my third day. When i arrived back at my hotelcthe turnover service did not occur. Usually not a big deal because I'm pretty clean but was out of towels. When i called the cront desk I was told I had to run down and get them myself. I was a little taken aback. Regardless, i went down and picked them up. At that time, i asked about why I did not recieve my turn down service. Inl was rudely told by the front desk clerk that they were too busy and chose not to do my room. The room also had an occupancy sensor for the A/C and heat which means nothing ran at night due to lack of movement. It got uncomfortably warm at night.

The smell in our bathroom was a combination of musty and moldy. Spent 4 days dreading using the bathroom. Cleaning the rooms daily and changing towels must be a thing of the past. Had to call finally to get the rooms cleaned. Asked a housekeeper for clean towels from her cart and she told me I had to go to the front desk to get them. Lights over the bed didn't work and the internet service was a joke. Front desk clerk agreed it was horrible

This property is parallel to I-75, you will hear the traffic all night long. The TV’s are antiquated, you are limited in what you can watch. Movies are not current/2024/2025, and you do not have the option to purchase a movie either. The property is under construction- no “signs” to guide you to the “new entrance”. I usually enjoy Fairfield's-but going forward, I will spend the extra money to get a better quality sleep and entertainment.

We were given a room on the side that was right next to I75. The truck traffic was extremely heavy all night long and obnoxiously loud. The motel was not even close to 1/2 full so this had to be complete indifference on the staffs part. I am sure they know this is a problem, and should have let us know or placed us in a less noisy area. I got a horrible night's sleep as a result. My confidence in Fairfield has been shattered after good results before now.

Receptionist was exceptional, working when we checked in about 6:30 pm Dec. 30. But, lights in room are very dim, tv did not work and if the commode was any lower you would be sitting on the floor! She let us move two doors down and it was ok. Breakfast was at best about a 6 out of 10 but the attendant was very nice as was the checkout staff member.

The room was VERY small for a King room. The a/c didn't cool very well, it was okay. There are several fast food choices within walking distance and a few gas stations as well. Room faced the interstate and was quite loud all hours of the day. I am a heavy sleeper but had a difficult time getting to sleep due to the traffic noise. Breakfast was lacking greatly!!! Food was inedible, dry, tasteless, and texture was off.

Reserved 2 rooms, 7 days in advance. Upon arrival (4 pm check in) rooms were not available and we were asked to wait an additional 1.5 hours! The receptionist told us they didn’t have any clean rooms and then checked another person without a reservation in behind us, while waiting in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. Totally unexceptionable!!! Could not get adjoining rooms, door locks were hard to operate, and the persons that were in the adjoining room we couldn’t have slammed the doors going in and out all night!

Well first all spending this much for a hotel, they REFUSED to give us two keys. I realize spring break and every person staying the room wants a key. But stop treating an 81 year old like an 18 year old. I have another reservation in Dothan, Al on our return trip with the same chain. Let’s HOPE they don’t REFUSE.

It's just off the highway- at the intersection of large main road. The location is a good stop off place but doesn't give you any sort of Ocala experience. Indian restaurant across the street is a win.

Our sray at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the lobby's lemon water dispenser was empty, clearly neglected for some time and there was no coffee available. The room had its own issues--the bathroom fan was excessively loud and only turned off when the lights were off, making nighttime use inconvenient. Worse, the outlets had charging issues preventing us frim charging our phones properly. The most frustrating part was breakfast. We do not eat pork, yet every egg option contained bacon, leaving us with very limited choices. While they did provide acomplimentary toothbrushes, they were so hard, they were painful to our teeth. This hotel has potential, but newds serious improvements They should start with the lobby and work there way to fixing the breakfast options.
