Unfortunately, we specifically pick a hotel with a hot tub but it wasn’t working. I wish they would put that update on hotels.com before people book. Room wouldn’t stay cool. Room service was ok. Breakfast was good and people were nice but the description didn’t match the experience.

The bed had a large stain on it. Dirty room with bugs. Both the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Cleaning carpets outside of room at 7:10pm, painting hotel rooms, strong smell of paint in hallway. Shower head broken. Food at buffet was terrible. While eating breakfast, maintenance ran a loud vacuum cleaner. Attempted to relay concerns to customer service for Hilton but they are based overseas, very difficult to communicate. Will never stay there again!

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice service. My only complaint is that I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised having an EV charging station, but when I arrived I discovered that the charging station was newly installed and had no service. I should have called to double check before I booked it. Lesson learned!

I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had EV charging and a pool/hot tub. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found the pool looking dirty… like no one had shown it any attention in a while… and the hot tub didn’t work. Then when I asked abt the EV charger so I could charge my vehicle, they told me it’s down the street at Dicks Sporting Goods. This felt really deceiving. You don’t get to claim that you have EV Charging if the location is a mile drive down from the street. Staff and room were good… but I literally booked this one because of the 2 things they didn’t have. Pretty frustrating.

Pool water was pretty dirty and the hotel fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for some unknown reason. Breakfast was overpriced for what they served. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and well cared for. I was traveling solo and I felt safe in the hotel and on the premises. The horse stables were a lot of fun in the rear of the hotel.

So disgusted with this property. The lobby looked nice enough. The room we were given smelled like dog urine and had a musty scent. The bathroom was filthy. I mean filthy. Couldn’t believe they’d give someone a room like that. Staff responded appropriately by apologizing and checking us into a different room. It was much better, but the bathroom still needed a better clean. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The property is in a great location , many restaurants around it. The lobby look very modern and welcoming but once you go up in the rooms wakala . They are an old and has a musty smells . I pay almost $300 for my stay considering is a Hilton but not worthy .

We discovered this open condom package on the floor near the bed. Considering the implications of what may have happened in a room that was supposed to be clean, it was unnerving to say the least, but it was very late after a long drive, we were exhausted and had already prepared for sleep so we did not complain until the morning. At check out the clerk at the front desk was appalled and encouraged us to file a complaint. However, neither the Hilton Hotel nor Expedia have any interest in making this right. For the amount of $$ that this Hotel charges for an unsanitary room, there should be a fine!

Reviews and pictures for this hotel were very misleading, we stayed on the 2nd floor and it the room and halls were full of mold. As soon as we walked in to the room it smelled moldy and humid. As you walk through the hall they have an open vent full of mold. They need to do better at keeping up with the hotel as this could be very hazardous to our health.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton hotel, our tv did not work in the room. As soon as we checked in we reported this to the front desk and they never sent someone to fix this issue. The hotel room is extremely outdated and has a smell as if it is wet or humid.

I love staying here. I love to see the horses in the back area by the pool in the summer when I come to visit my family. My only wish is that they could update a few things. The walls are extremely thin. I spent much of the night listening to the man snore in the next room and every other noise all night. The ac/heating units are very very noisy no matter what room I seem to get. But otherwise it’s a lovely place to stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, with stellar experiences. This stay however was a bit disappointing. We were in a non smoking suite, which was nice and clean. However the room did have a smokey smell. We had a bike stolen off of our car during the night. The staff did not want to even listen to our issue, much less call the police for a report. They said “It was our problem.” Disappointment for such a swanky area.

They were unnecessarily loud, slamming things in neighboring rooms and talking very loud for 2 hours before 10am. It didnot make for a pleasant Sunday morning of rest. Good location nearby shopping and restaurants but not really walkable as it’s a busy street with heavy traffic. Hotel room was a little weathered with some obvious staining on the bed skirts and carpet and bathrooms could use an update, but comfortable beds and friendly staff with perfect parking which was all that mattered to us.

The staff at the Hilton Ocala were great - friendly, polite and professional. The hotel is also beautiful and very welcoming as you walk into the lobby. However, I gave it 3 stars because our room was not cleaned well. Additionally, and food served in their restaurant, Arthurs, was terrible and our table was not wiped off well after the previous customers, and the floor was covered in food. Finally, our room was very humid, especially after taking a shower because their was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
