The room was clean and bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Restaurant staff was very professional and even though we arrived at 9:15 we were able to order dinner. The carbonara pasta was excellent! Breakfast is not complimentary - that would be a plus if it were. Coffee in the lobby was ok but not as good as it could be and the water for the tea was not very hot.
