I LOVED the jacuzzi tub in my room. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean. My only 2 issues was the exit beside my room was hard to open at times and the TV wouldn't connect to the internet.

Rates are very helpful for extended stays. Hotel situated in a private and quiet area. Parking well lit with working cameras, a big plus for me. The daily maintenance is impressive. Jerry and staff were above and beyond providing service. Breakfast was always kept up like fresh bacon and French toast. Even grits is always available. Recommend hotel highly.

When I walked into the hotel it had a strong smell of marijuana. The room had a jetted tub that didn’t work and I saw a couple of roaches. Which is unfortunate because this hotel is really close to my workplace.

Sadly I stayed 2 days in this hotel. The worst decision. Since I entered smells like Marijuana, the neighborhood is not bad the the smell very strong. Bad smell like the drainage wasn't working and the whole place smell like that (poop). I was trying to sleep in the morning and they start making noises like a construction exactly in the bedroom next to me (they was hammering the wall) after I worked 10 hours i was looking to sleep .. i couldn't. The breakfast not enough. Empty waffle jar, no egg, and at 929am they didnt have breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel. Outside look ok but thats all

The property had roaches. I saw one in my room as soon as I got there. The front desk associate moved us to another room on the same floor. That room also had several roaches but they didn’t come out until the next day. I feel like for the price they should have the property sprayed more frequently,because I was terrified I was gone bring one back home in my bag.

Horrible experience. Inside of hotel smelled of wet carpeting/fishy smell. Just awful. The odor lingered into my room. Cockroachs in the bathroom. Strange loud machinery from the hotel came on and vibrated the entireroom and bed until early morning . Extremely loud guests and out of control children running up and down the hallway at all hours. Only 3 hours of sleep. Very surprised at this lousy experience! This facility and Raddison will never see another dollar from me. I should of just slept in my car. Folks, if you want to see the people that work at your local carnival, then this is the place for you!!

This property did not match up with other Country Inn and Suites we have stayed in and we were very disappointed in its quality. Multiple hardware items were broken and missing in our bathroom, bedroom carpet was sticky, bathroom stall had prior guests hair on walls and we never received maid service to replace our very worn-out bath towels. We actually shortened our stay at this hotel because of these issues. We would advise guests to look elsewhere for a hotel in Panama City for a comfortable, clean stay. It was not worth the money we paid.

Very sad with my stay here pictures look great and all but rooms were not cleaned a sheets had blood on them and stains Food left in fridge also shower rod was rusty and the curtain don’t close Whoever came in to clean our room never closed the door good and u could just push it and it opened did not even have to use our key The property so I very nice and cleans clean but the house keeping sucks so I felt very unclean and safe knowing they just come in and out of the rooms .

However, the bathroom could use an update. The wifi sucks, the light in the bedroom flashed our entire stay. The breakfast also sucks, well at least it wasn't what we're use to. All in all, I would rate it as 7/10 because I would stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also nice and quite. The room was accurate to website picture.

We just slept here overnight. Love that the check out time was 12 noon. The bed could use a new mattress. It had a hump in the middle and two dips on either side. But overall the dip was comfy enough for one night's stay.

Shower curtain needs removed and washed, some damage to the door going to bedroom needs repaired, bed was hard. Good amount of space in the room. Hotel is in a safe location. Worth the money to me. Would stay there again.

Hotel was ok at best we went on memorial weekend which probably made it a little higher in price but you can tell they just put lipstick on a pig our room was slanted down which was weird and the paint was chipping in the bathroom real bad but the ac was cold the beds were comfortable this would be a great deal at 90$ a night but I think I paid 140ish a night which was too much , breakfast was great though overall I would stay again but not at that price also Panama City is awful don’t waste your time going there

It was very convenient and the staff was nice. But the alarm clock didn't work, not all the lights worked, the coffee machine was broke and no regular coffee just decaf. Then we asked the cleaning people for towels and they said they would bring us some which they never did.

OVERALL my experience was a 4/10. I booked two rooms for a major city event. My first check in was awesome, my second check in was HORRIBLE. The absolute worse encounter with the front desk receptionist I’ve ever experienced She was very disrespectful, lacked knowledge and I hate to say it but RACIST! She threatened to call the police on me for asking prominent questions that she should have known the answers to. I ended up having to book ANOTHER ROOM there which had a broken toilet and a dirty tub full of water and paint chips. After checking out, I did receive a call from the manager Jarrett that morning who smoothed everything over by “the next time you book, a discount on me and I will have a talk with her once she returns to work” but I will not be revisiting this location unfortunately fact of the matter is I had to encounter a lot of disrespect, racial slurs and police threats by a person who was in the WRONG; for over 45 mins. I would not recommend, unfortunately.

We got there at 2:15 no one was at the desk then when she finally came she said no rooms were available. About 15 minutes later I’m waiting in the lobby and a new person on duty with the original next to her said nothing to me and the new one checked in a guy. My person was just too lazy since she was probably going off duty. Will never stay there again and breakfast was garbage.

After checking in, we went to our room and discovered that it had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, there was garbage in the room and unflushed urine in the toilet. During our 4 day stay, one day we never received new towels nor did they pick up our trash. Our bed sheets were never done during our entire stay. We never received an apology.

The staff was very friendly, but the room wasn’t. The furniture was dirty, the carpets were filthy (left our feet black) and the faucet in the shower was broken. The grandkids slept on the hide-a-bed and we could feel the springs poking through the mattress. It was also very small with little storage room. Definitely not convenient for a family of six.it was also too far from all the attractions. We checked out 4 days early and found something closer to the beach.

Overall the stay was ok, convenient to the City Marina for the Fourth of July celebration which is why we went down. I would love to be able to stay in hotels without the horrible smell of weed stinking up the corridors but it’s everywhere I go these days so not really a reflection on the hotel itself.

What I liked about the property was the quick response of staff for our needs. What I did not like about the property was that I was not greeted with a warm welcome as I walked into the entrance on the day of check-in & the breakfast was horrible.
