I searched through a ton of properties before choosing this one and forgot to make sure it had free breakfast - it DOESN'T. You also have to pay for parking, which is beyond ridiculous. Just add that price to the room and call it free. Those are my only complaints. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool or fitness facility.

I made an advance reservation and received a confirmation email. Nowhere did it mention parking fees. So much else is described about the hotel: restaurant, pet policy, laundry facilities, in-room accessories, local attractions. Why no mention of parking fees? Because they deliberately hide it, then add it after checkout and hope that you don't notice the charge on your card until too late. It's purposely obscured. Parking fees are legitimate, IF you disclose them upfront. I called after noticing the fees, and the front desk person agreed with me that it's borderline dishonest. So, I emailed the Asst. GM. His response? I'm still waiting for it, and it's been nearly two weeks. I'm not holding my breath, and I"m not returning to this hotel.

Our room was on the third floor and we were told there were no other available rooms for us. The hotel is not in the best area, so we had to bring in all of our things to avoid our car getting broken into. That meant several trips up multiple flights of stairs hauling our heavy luggage. The hot tub hardly worked and was full of dead bugs, as was the pool. In our room, the closet was broken. Our beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our tub faucet was broken and spun in circles. Other guest were smoking weed and being disruptive. All of the gym equipment was broken aside from one machine. Staff was friendly but this property is not up to the Marriott standard. We have stayed in Motel 6's that were nicer.

Over all decent hotel for a short term stay. The bathroom was a little dirty with mildew build up in the bathroom but this tends to be common with coastal hotels. Felt safe staying here and had some dining options in the area.

The Courtyard Marriott in Panama City is a great facility. Beautiful hotel lobby and very nice hotel room, spacious and comfortable. The front desk clerk was a 10! She was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the town and went out of her way to answer questions I had about the area. Recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in this area.

Not sure of the occupancy rate, but i was given a room that shared a wall with the elevator shaft. Made for a noisy room. These should be the last rooms they give out. Hot tub was not in commission. They service rooms every other day so i had to go by the desk to get the coffee refills. Overall clean facility and no complaints for the desk personnel.

Did not stay. Staff wanted our cc number because they said something missing from their form. Multiple discussions. My call to hotels.com. Again to find that the motel should have called not me and that the motel didn’t need my cc. Room was paid for. Motel cx the reservation (didn’t like my attitude). I requested they cx our return stay. I am waiting for a full refund as stated or I will file fraud charges. Requested to talk to manager - staff said she called and refused my request. Also charge for parking $10 per car. Now we know why parking lot and motel empty. Happy to post that we went down the street to an amazing hotel with exceptional staff. Took their last room. Zero issues using the same system.

We got here and they had the room ready and it was great. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was after paying $25 for breakfast through hotels.com the hotel had no confirmation of that and we didn’t get breakfast. I would like a refund of $25 for that please.

Room was not ready at check in time. Says dining available, which means you can buy Starbucks in the lobby. Booked with 4 people in the room, complimentary water was 2 bottles, why not one for each person booked?
