Excellent job during check-in! It was in late January, so I had the pick of room & beds. The indoor pool was the main reason for booking, and it was great. Breakfast was also wonderful. Staff was the best. Will add them to future stops!

the hotel was rather dirty. flies flying everywhere, especially during breakfast. the janitor picked up trash out of the trashcans with her hands, leaving a dirty trash bag in the trash cans. the pool was slimy, needed a good cleaning.

The only thing I didn’t like was all the spring breakers partying loudly in the pool, but I couldn’t hear anything when in my room. The room was great and I liked the dining options. After a long day I could just eat at the hotel which was nice.

I have stayed here numerous times and I have the best service every time! The staff is so friendly! I also enjoy having the restaurant and bar with live piano music. It's a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

The decor and finishings are beautiful - but our room needed a good, deep cleaning. After showering, there was water on the bathroom floor - we used a towel to wipe it up - when finished, the towel was full of dirt and grime. We did not take our shoes off while in our room.

Pictures is a lie the pool is indoor and really bad when we arrive there was a person in the office the door was open but we waited like 10 minutes at front desk when we get room pillows and bedding has some dirty spots on it we stayed only one day . Breakfast online says free but you have to pay 14$ per person . didn't complain because it was only one day and we went to Destin .

The staff was absolutely wonderful, room clean. However you have no outside benches or seating which is odd especially in Florida. You also don’t have outside garbage cans so there was an extreme amount of garbage being left around the back parking lot. If the above was improved I’d give 5⭐️

Everything was great. Beds comfortable. The only thing I did have a problem was the price of breakfast was misleading. States that breakfast was $15 for 2 but was charged $15 a piece. But with that being said it was one of the best breakfasts at a hotel that I've had.

I loved the room so comfortable and everything was good but one thing I didn’t like about it that the breakfast didn’t come with your room you have to buy it and is 16.99 per person that is crazy and still got to leave some tips too and other thing to I wasn’t in my room and they went to the room and got the towel but didn’t even try to clean the floor or the cover to the beds I thought if the got the towel they will get the cover too but noooo

Staff was very helpful and very kind. Tasha from housekeeping was excellent and i will be back because of the her services. We didnt gave them 5 starts because as i was eating a delicious breakfast, I had a bug on my food and will not eat there for the rest of my stay. Online photos do not match the actual property conditions. The lobby wall that should be full of live plants, it is not. Areas of the hotel where there are large tables or seating areas that should contain plants to make the stay comfortable and inviting. There are no plants. The carpet in the rooms is old and dirty. The rooms and hallways smell musty. The main elevator feels and sounds as if it’s going to free-fall at any moment. It’s a very old hotel that needs a true refurbish and not just a coat of paint.
