Highly disappointed in the (gym)? It would be best to add some equipment. Clean it up. Or just close it all together. Really pathetic as it is. Otherwise, always enjoy my stay.

Everything about this place was great. From staff to the room. They have a small bar that has pizza, a pool that you can go from the inside to the outside and has adult only hours, with a sauna.

Sadly, this hotel is not being maintained to the level it once was. Dressers with peeling wood strips, shower head coming through the wall, and dirty carpets. Pool area was just as bad with holes in rock decor and a non-functioning hot tub.

Our room was quit dirty with gum smeared on side of bedside table… gross splatters all over lamp shades. We sat in the hot unairconditioned lobby for a half hour while they fixed a toilet seat and door latch in our room instead of changing our room. The pool bleached my clothes and was so strong it burned eyes and felt it in lungs.

Main we choose this hotel was for pool. Pool was too cold to use, even our six year old would not stay in the pool. She stayed in about ten minutes. We attempted to go in the next morning and she would not go in at all. Not would other kid guests, they all went to the hot tub The hot tub capacity is ten people. While we were there it had 22-25 people in it with unsurprised kids jumping in.

Check in was quick - front desk attendant was pleasant and friendly! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stay at a lot of Stoney Creeks and this one has the best pool area by far! Outdoorsy themed - pool table - hot tub - indoor/outdoor pool & sauna! Check out was a breeze! This will continue to be our go to any time we are in Quincy!

The outdoor area was great to unwind with an indoor outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Great for all ages. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Will definitely be back!!

There was gum smeared on my bedside table. When we got there, air wasn’t working in halls, pool was so strong it dyed my clothes, toilet seat was broken and tub not draining well. Also our door had to be fixed when we got there as it wouldn’t latch. We sat in the lobby and waited for about a half an hour for them to fix everything instead of giving us a new room.

This place is way below standards. The smell of pets, the dirty carpet in common areas, non of the surfaces in the room were clean, the bath tub was dirty, there was hair hanging from the lamp, hair on the carpet. It was absolutely horrible. We were never informed the hot tub was out of service. It needs a service closing and a deep clean. If I has not selected a non-refundable payment, we would have not stayed after smelling the place.

I stayed at this property a couple weeks ago and I had an excellent room and excellent service. The property was clean then and everything went well. I returned for another multiple day stay and it was very different. Food and debris all over the carpeted stairs leading to the rooms. No one vacuumed or cleaned up for 2 days. They could not get the card reader to work so they ran my credit card multiple times. I had to call the credit card company to dispute multiple charges that showed up as pending. My room was lacking towels and the comforter had stains. I used my own blanket. The TV did not work. I had them change the batteries in the remote and it worked for 6 hours then quit again so I did not have a TV for the rest of my stay. The doors on the trash area outside, on the front and side of the hotel, were always left open and you could see trash lying everywhere. Just not a good stay this time. Would not recommend and will not be going back next time.

At first glance this hotel seems really nice. The amenities are great. We just wanted to take the kids swimming and get out of the house in mid winter. The pool was freezing. It was an indoor outdoor pool. The hot tub was nice and warm though. It was also huge! This hotel needs a good cleaning. It looked as though our toilet had not been cleaned, a little dirty around the edges of the carpet, in the hallway, and elevator. Just little things that made me think housekeeping was probably not doing a great job. My son had a remote control car that he drove under a bed and that is when we decided to pack it up and go home. It needs a serious deep cleaning. We were only 25 minutes from home. As I said before this place seemed at first glance to be very nice, but I do not feel comfortable staying somewhere that is that dirty when I can stay at my own home when I do not have to worry about things like that. They have a lot of perks to offer that were great when we checked in also.

Room 105 was dirty, bathtub was broken had a crack down the side and the plug was completely broke off and wouldn't seal to take a bath. Blanket had what appeared to be a urine stain on it while the pillow cases had hair left on them the back of the chair had skin particles all over it as if someone was shaving of a callus or something. The bathroom floor had either mud or feces on the floor infront of the toilet the TV kept cutting out it hadn't been vacuumed their was about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper when we arrived and my daughter had left to get food and had forgotten her key returned to the hotel to find that all the doors to the building had been locked she had to call inside and the lady working the front desk went to open the front door but not before looking at her standing outside on the could laughed went back into the back door an additional 5 mins then finally returned to let her in. Breakfast was ok but there was no coffee made and was told to go out to the lobby

It was clean and comfortable. It included free breakfast which was nice. Typical free hotel breakfast. Wifi was not very strong, kept dropping out. My room on the 3rd floor was pretty noisy at night. I get the sense that this would be a better choice for a family than a single adult. TV channel options weren't very good. All in all I had a nice stay, though.

Showing it's age a bit, comfortable and Cozy but shower sucked, barley a trickle and the TV is terrible. Confusing no local channels, bring your IPTV if you have one and you like to watch regional TV or sporting events live. No ESPN or ABC/NBC/FOX.

Was rather noisy with people above us. One of the lamps did not work, was flickering because the cord was bad. Unplugged it and the room was dark because of it. Breakfast should include a meat with Eggs. Not enough electrical plug ins in the room for all our electronics these days. No Grab bar in the bathtub for older people to hang onto. We have stabilization issues as we get older.

Staff was friendly and polite, but check-in process was VERY slow. Despite reservation, they seemed uncertain if rooms were available, or if so if cleaning was completed. We did not arrive early, it was after 4:00pm. Stood and waited quite a while for the customer in front of us and then again when it was our turn. Seemed rather disorganized despite sincere effort to accommodate....Also, pet friendly hotel meant we had to listen to a yelping dog next door incessantly. While I am fond of pets, owners must have abandon this poor little dog. Staff/management needs to monitor this situation somehow.....

Staff seemed to be nonexistent desk staff rarely present and even when you rang the bell could not be summoned. No bath towel hook in the bathroom. Only a twist lock on the door no secondary locking option. Room was very dark (lighting was not sufficient). Overall I would not stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding. We found the front desk staff (especially Johnny Moore) to be friendly, helpful, reliable, and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The beds were comfy. The shower had great water pressure. The free hot breakfast was delicious.

We were told at check in that we werent VIP when we asked for drink tokens, and we said we were. Then clerk acted like she "checked things" then she said oh i see it, after she said we didnt pay enough to be VIPs, then when we "cashed in" our tokens, they acted like we were a bother, on a Saturday night in a hotel bar

Front desk ladies at this hotel make you feel like trash. Twice we stayed here while our son plays college sports, and both times two different front desk clerks were awful. We were told first time we didnt get VIP status cuz we have to pay extra, even though mt email confirmation clearly said VIP access on it. Today, the clerk acted annoyed that we asked about drink tokens, and very rudely told us we only get one between us, even though the VIP access description clearly says one per staying customer. Way to make your customers feel like trash! We would of kept staying here, but will never stay again. You can keep your stupid tokens if they are that important

What a difference a year makes! We thoroughly enjoyed this inn last year, but the changes were dramatic and unpleasant. Everything was dusty or dirty: our room, the hallways, the elevator, the breakfast room, the refrigerator in our room (which was also VERY noisy), literally everything was dusty or dirty! Front desk personnel were unfriendly, uninformative, and often absent altogether. Trash in the breakfast room was so overflowing that ours had to be carried out to another trash container in the hallway. The lampshade in our room was in shambles and the tub/shower faucet was broken (and installed upside down). Food in the breakfast room was fine, but there were no plates or plastic ware on the counters (we had to hunt through the cabinets).

Such a cute hotel! The decor was right up our alley with the fishing/hunting outdoorsy theme. The staff was great, the place was clean and comfortable. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the outside area was set up so cute to enjoy the beautiful evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and the facility was well lit. There always seemed to be fresh coffee and water in the lobby. When we checked in the clerk at the front desk let us know about the bar, it’s hours and drink specials. When our alarm clock didn’t work properly it was promptly replaced. It appeared that the pancake maker, microwave and toaster weren’t working as I overheard a guest making a comment.

Clean room, staff was friendly, only had one plug in the room that we could charge phones that was position in the middle of the room/wall that we had to move the chair over closer, a desk or small there would of been nice The plug by the bed was pushed into the wall that a charger would not stay. The "hot" breakfast on the first day by the time we got there at 7:10ish was completely empty. Ended up going out to breakfast the second day because of this.

The breakfast was a hot breakfast everyday as well as other options like cereals,bagels,etc the pool area had a nice hot tub as well as a pool table you could play. There was a bar area and coffee 24 hours and a spot you could get a drink of Water. We would stay again.

The breakfast rated several notches below all our previous stays at Stoney Creek--- there was no meat at all, the omelet was not good, had peppers in it , and was cold! There was no decaf coffee. Even though we have stayed there 12 or 12 times, we may have to try somewhere else next time we are in Quincy.
