Overall hotel was nice Room was clean and comfortable Tv didn’t work properly as it was stuck in pip mode but not a huge deal. Also the pool and hot tub were out of order and appear to be going under renovation as the windows were all covered with paper It would have been nice to know that as we would have probably stayed elsewhere

Would give the property about a C rating. Beds are way too firm and very uncomfortable. Shampoo and conditioner bottles are extremely tiny. First floor room was extremely loud as the front desk. Workers were yelling at 6 AM in the morning parking a bit awkward pool was closed.

Came here from almost 3.5 hrs away to see a show, came back and they allow other businesses to have their guests park here and illegally (parked in multiple spaces) and then being told there is “nothing they can do” and a “refund isn’t an option” I’m tired, and waiting in my car for almost an hour to figure something out is a bit much. I will not be staying here again:

Check-in was quick and friendly. Mary and Layne were very kind and helpful. Room was already cool and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of towels. They had hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) with an adequate selection of other breakfast foods. I was very pleased with my room and service and plan on staying here again for future work trips.

Good for the value, but not the cleanest. Lots of grease spots on headboards, hairs on linens, and dirt in floors. Beds were clean and everything looked nice in common areas. Cheapest stay for the quality, though.

Wonderful stay! Front desk staff was friendly and prompt in checking in. Clean, updated room with comfortable bed (on the harder side if that is a concern). Loved having the space and a couch to sit on. My only one complaint (and this is not a slight to the staff) is that breakfast was somewhat depleted as some sports teams were staying there and seemed to have come through right as I was going to breakfast. Perhaps a friendly note to staff to proactively stock breakfast and refills in this case. Otherwise a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Only needed a comfortable bed for the night. Both of the beds were terribly squeaky every time we moved and woke us up. Not ideal. Everything else was clean enough and people were friendly.

This is a very well done refurb. Clean and with unlimited coffee. Nice linen and complimentaries. Staff friendly and helpful. Breatkfast plenty with lots of choice. Well presented clean and tidy. Perfect to the old city historic sites Bed a little high and I had to unplug fridge and microwave etc as too much light and noise when trying to get to sleep. The air conditioner was fairly modern and did a good job but I had to switch it off to sleep The main problem was noise bleed from the hall way which was excruciating when a family with a baby was put in the room on the opposite side of the corridor. 4 hours of high pitched and screaming hell to the point that I had to complain 2x to reception. Unfortunately that made me review my original.assessment and I would probably not stay there again.

Was told upon arrival that they don't rent rooms to locals.. Only after I had already paid and reserved the room online and the lady at the desk was very impolite and was playing on her phone the whole time very rude and dismissive

Very conveniently located to Oakley Lindsey Center and the Town Square. Can run over to Missouri as well. Bed pillows and linens great. Breakfast has lots of choices but it was barely warm so that needs some adjusting. I prefer to have my room tidied up daily but this trip they did not. The staff is super!!! Friendly and helpful. I will stay again.
